Chef Wes and Ms. Penny were the best caterers I could possibly imagine for our wedding day. They executed a 5 delicious passed appetizer including asparagus-wrapped proscioutto, macadamia fish fingers, capress lollipops, crab-stuffed mushrooms, conch fritters. They followed that up with Skewered Chicken and shrimp served over jasmine rice pilaf in a carved pineapple bowl glazed with amaretto butter garnished w cinnamon toasted almond slices. Yes you can steal my menu because it was flawless! And this all came out of our personal kitchen!!! Thank you Chef Wes and Team!

This weekend while making a last minute checklist for my daughter's wedding menu, I realized a communication error between me a the bride resulted in a printed menu that didn't match the food ordered from the caterer. Our caterer did not offer shrimp cocktail or ceviche and we needed a salad to complement our Caribbean themed meal. I was unable to find a caterer to provide the missing items so I googled Key Largo private chef and found Chef Wes. He was able to provide all three items with only 2 days notice. But I don't recommend you wait two days before your daughter's wedding to review the menu but if you're looking for a chef in or around the Keys, I highly recommend Chef Wes! The ceviche was delicious. It had a strong kick of flavor and was full of . We also had his Tropical Island Salad and Chef made dressing! The salad was fresh and delicious and accompanied the rest of our exotic meal perfectly. I highly recommend Chef Wes for your planned or unplanned wedding event.

Chef Wes and Penny were amazing. They catered our reception, rehearsal, snacks for the after-party, and a welcome luau. In each case they exceeded our expectations and delighted our guests. The food was fantastic, great presentation, courteous staff, and surprisingly the most affordable of the catererors we looked at. They delivered plenty of food, and had a wide variety of options. We recommend the blueberry bisque, lobster eggs Benedict, tropical french toast dessert, bacon wrapped scallops, and coconut shrimp. We were thrilled to have them part of our wedding.

Amazing food. We had 4 appetizers and they were all to die for. They did well with dietary needs, gluten free/vegan, and made amazing chicken. Everything was timely, hot, and delicious. I dream about the key lime pie bites. They were very professional and fun to be around. If you are lucky enough to book them you will not be let down.
