I was unable to find a caterer to provide the missing items so I googled Key Largo private chef and found Chef Wes. He was able to provide all three items with only 2 days notice. But I don't recommend you wait two days before your daughter's wedding to review the menu but if you're looking for a chef in or around the Keys, I highly recommend Chef Wes! The ceviche was delicious. It had a strong kick of flavor and was full of . We also had his Tropical Island Salad and Chef made dressing! The salad was fresh and delicious and accompanied the rest of our exotic meal perfectly. I highly recommend Chef Wes for your planned or unplanned wedding event.
