Each dish is made with fresh, organic produce and free-range meats provided by local farms. very stressful process serene and easy, accommodated late meetings after 7 pm, due to my hectic schedule. Paul recommendations from the florist, DJ, photographer and venue were spot on. The Boulevard grand ballroom was perfect, everything from the lighting, décor, flower arrangements, to the friendly staff and bridal attendants. Chef’s Culinary Journey food was amazing! They are not your conventional caterer, this is a company that will completely tailor themselves to your needs, do whatever it is that you hope to have for your special day.
