was so helpful, put all of my worries to rest, and made me excited to trust her with taking photos of a lifetime. She worked with us to find a place to take engagements and bridals that would be budget friendly. I really appreciated the online catalog that she sent to give ideas of places and outfits to wear to help create the vision we wanted. Overall, for both bridals and engagements she worked with us to find places that looked magical and worked out the logistics so that it didn’t add anything else to our plates. As far as our wedding day I could not have been more thrilled. To say that she is a ray of sunshine is an understatement. She simply has a sense of joy and calmness about her that immediately puts you at ease. I had no doubt that she could handle anything we asked of her and I knew that I would not have to worry about it being done beautifully. Chelsea asked for photos of our invitations beforehand and brought accessories to spice up our detail shots. She was flexible with any changes throughout the day and gave Chase and I cues to make the pictures more natural. We were both worried about feeling awkward in front of the camera from the beginning and Chelsea made sure this was not an issue!! We had a family medical emergency that delayed the start of our wedding. Although her contract time was up, Chelsea stayed an hour later to capture the end of our reception out of the goodness of her heart. On top of all of that, the images are absolutely beautiful!!! I simply could not have asked for a more genuine, joyful, and talented individual to spend the day with and trust to capture my wedding.

For example: she used her own dress to wipe off my now husband’s military dress shoes along with his groomsmen’s shoes. My bridesmaids couldn’t stop talking about how great she was and how wonderful the photos turned out. We knew after our engagement photo session that we would also be in love with our wedding photos and we are. Her photos are bright and airy which was exactly the style I was looking for. Not to mention, she didn’t miss anything. We have photos of every aspect of our wedding. It’s like she was all places at once even though it was just her! Chelsea had a tentative schedule put together before our wedding planner did, and was so professional and patient answering the 20-million questions my wife and I had. That, alone, did wonders for my anxiety and helped sooooooooooo much with future planning.
She is so friendly, easy to talk to, understanding, and makes the most camera-shy people feel comfortable. Every time she was shooting, my wife and I felt confident just being ourselves and enjoying the moment.
She did our engagement photos, which was a wonderful start, then the full wedding day. We opted for 2nd photographer and an extra hour of time, which I definitely recommend if it is within your budget, and if you are on the fence, go for it.
All of this are just wonderful attributes about Chelsea and how she interacts with her clients. I haven't even gotten to the beautiful photos taken. Both my wife and myself are fairly camera-shy, self conscious about this or that, and have a habit of hating any photo we are in. Chelsea managed to take the two of us and produce almost 800 GORGEOUS photos from the full wedding day. I couldn't wait to share all of them with my friends and family, and love every single one.

I had to reschedule my bridal session once because of the military and our wedding once because of COVID-19 and she made it happen and kept me calm. with me on multiple occasions to plan out the timeline for my wedding day and discussed what pictures I wanted. Sadly, we had to cancel our wedding because of covid. I was literally in tears when I called her to tell her we were cancelling our wedding. She lifted my spirits with her usual encouraging attitude and even cancelled the rest of my payment!!! We later decided to elope and she drove hours out of her way to take pictures for us.
