Chelsea Rose Beauty is a wedding hair and makeup company based in San Diego, CA. Owner Chelsea is dedicated to ensuring her clients feel pampered and taken care of on their special day. Through natural airbrush techniques and light-weight makeup, she brings bespoke looks that will have you looking beautiful and feeling confident as you make your debut. We travel throughout San Diego, Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles County.
At Chelsea Rose Beauty, your wedding session will begin with a rejuvenating face prep to get your skin glowing and radiant. Sip on a glass of bubbly and relax as this makeup artist creates your fully personalized look. Chelsea has years of experience working with clients of all skin types, tones, and ages and provides services for all members of your wedding party.
Our pampering wedding services come with undereye gels for each guest, 24K gold mask for the bride, a welcome gift for the bride, and much more. In preparation for your wedding, you'll have an extensive consultation questionnaire, beauty and wellness prep guide, and day of beauty timeline for the big day so that you can be that much less stressed on your wedding day. You will also receive an online portal so that your contract and invoice are easily accessible in one place. On your wedding day, you get to relax and Chelsea will provide you with a relaxing facial rolling session, skin nourishment, weightless natural or soft glam airbrush makeup, individual or false lashes, and a romantic hairstyle that best suits your unique style and aesthetic. Additionally, the bride will receive a touch-up kit to use throughout the day. Bridal party guests receiving hair and makeup services will have an additional artist to help them feel and look beautiful too (fees apply), and hair accessories can be purchased as needed.

redibly easy to work with. On my wedding day she arrived on time, fully prepared, and made the entire "getting-ready" process feel relaxed and fun.
Chelsea created the most beautiful soft glam look for me—exactly what I had envisioned. My makeup looked flawless and photographed perfectly, and my hair stayed in place all day and night (and then some!). She was also extremely thorough and paid close attention to every detail to make sure everything was just right.
One of the best parts was that Chelsea does both hair and makeup, which made the planning process so much easier. Not having to coordinate with two separate vendors was a huge relief during an already busy time.
Overall, my experience with Chelsea was an easy 10/10, and I would absolutely recommend her to any bride looking for someone talented, professional, and reliable for their big day!

o my makeup and not charging a service minimum like most of the other makeup artists I was looking at. Chelsea was so easy to book through her online portal and eliminated a lot of back and forth and waiting for emails like a lot of other wedding vendors!
She did my trial the day of my bridal shower and she was arrived on time and set up in a timely manner. She captured the vision that I had perfectly. I wanted a very natural makeup look since I don't wear makeup often and she executed it perfectly. She even brought extra pearl accessories for my hair since I mentioned I liked that look which I thought was really thoughtful!
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, my mom and mother-in-law asked if my makeup artist had extra time to do their makeup. Last minute, I asked Chelsea if she could add them on and she replied quickly and seamlessly adjusted to fit them into the timeline.
The day of the wedding she once arrived on time and got to work right away. The facemask and aromatherapy at the beginning of the service definitely helped me relax and calm nerves. She even gave a touch-up kit before she left which I thought was nice too!

She is flexible, professional, so fun to talk to, and so so talented! She made me feel pretty for my engagement photos, bridal trial, and of course the big day. Chelsea also did my mom's hair. My mom doesn't usually curl her hair, and she loved the way Chelsea did it. And her curls lasted the whole day (even in the San Diego heat!).
