nd I had little more than a general concept, and a hope that we could achieve the experience for ourselves and our guests that we wanted. From the first meeting we had with her, we knew she was not only going to help us realize our vision, she was going to elevate it. Along with an amazing attention to detail and rigorous project management skills, Chelsea brings a wealth of industry contacts and relationships that allowed us to get creative with how and where we brought our events to life, as well as a sophisticated eye for design and overall event flow. In short, without her, our wedding events and planning process would have been nowhere near as special, and the trust we had in her to bring everything across the finish line allowed my husband and I to truly just relax and enjoy our events. She is nothing short of spectacular at what she does, and it was a pleasure to get to know and work with her.

g a bad experience with another wedding planner, we found Chelsea Song Events. And thank god, we did. Chelsea immediately put my partner and I at ease. Within a week, Chelsea made us a shared document/spreadsheet where she organized all our vendors, to-do lists, timelines, etc. When I talk about everything was organized (even when to write vows, parent gifts, when to organize bathroom baskets and what to put in them), I mean everything.. Having access to this helped our Type A personalities feel so much better. For months, we met on a regular basis, and Chelsea always came with an agenda to help us focus on what needed to be done or updates about what she had done during those two weeks. There was full transparency which we really appreciated. After hiring some wonky vendors (before we met Chelsea), she pushed to make sure she personally had meetings with them and prepared them to deliver on the day of. She also created design mockups and floor plans so that we could really envision what the venue would look like. The month of the wedding, Chelsea handled everything having to do with vendors and the venue (double checking things, COIs, contacts), giving us brides the time to relax and get excited for the big day (without a to-do list ourselves). And day of, wow! She killed it. She and her team handled everything so that we didn’t have to. We had 180+ people and a dozen vendors. But still, every time she saw us, Chelsea assured us everything was perfect (AKA she was putting out fires left and right, but we didn’t know that). And we ran EXACTLY on time, thanks to her. We also heard from so many of our vendors that she was amazing to work with on that side too. It’s difficult to put your trust into someone when planning a wedding, but speaking for myself and my partner, you can trust Chelsea every step of the way. She truly cares about her couples, and she loves what she does. She’s always reachable, great to bounce ideas off of, and wants to make your dream wedding come true. While being a perfectionist planner, Chelsea is also the kindest person. We can’t recommend her enough.

Chelsea has an incredible eye for design and style. She helped me choose the perfect decor, florals, and stationery that reflected my personal taste and stay within budget. She was also able to read between the lines of what I wanted and envisioned, even when I couldn't articulate it myself. From the initial concept to the final execution, Chelsea is organized, efficient, and always on top of things. Planning my wedding with her this past year has been seamless and fun. I truly felt like I was in good hands the entire time. I cannot recommend Chelsea enough to any bride! She is talented, passionate, and dedicated to making your wedding day the most special day of your life.
