There were a lot of things that we hadn’t considered but Chelsea was super patient , understanding and just wonderful all around. This was such an important day for us and I fully appreciate how understanding of the entire situation Chelsea and her team were the whole time. One of her partners, Alana, gave us a moment to ground ourselves and it really allowed us the opportunity to get wrapped up in the moment and really take in everything . All the planning and thoughtfulness showed through the pictures as every frame beautifully captured all the emotions we felt that day. Mar, the photographer went above and beyond to capture the perfect lighting and get pictures that not only showed us in the moment but also our individual personalities. She was able to tell a story through a camera lens and we can’t thank her enough . The entire team went above and beyond and it just shows their commitment to helping people make their special day so much more memorable than possible. We can’t thank them enough and words don’t do enough to show our appreciation .

o be around and work with. We first found her on Instagram in 2021 and fell in love with the style of her work and knew we had to have her photograph our beach elopement in Hawaii. Booking her as our photographer was easily the best decision we made as every photo was stunning and captured our wedding day perfectly. We love looking back on our photos every year on our anniversary! Two years later we reconnected with Chelsea in SoCal and booked a sunset session with her in Laguna Beach and the photos are absolutely GORGEOUS!! Chelsea does an incredible job at scouting and selecting locations for her clients and it shows through her work. She took an amazing variety of shots during both of our sessions together and plays around with creative angels and poses and we LOVE that about her! We’re so lucky to have found Chelsea and can’t wait for our next session!

I am definitely the type to get nervous infront of the camera, and a lot of the time, I didn't even remember that we were being photographed because she made it so fun (and not posed at all). She has a genius eye for imagery - she had us stand on the rocks at sunset when things did not appear especially scenic to us, but the resulting picture was breathtaking and is going up on our wall at home. We also booked her to be our officiant, which was a really lovely way to make our ceremony even more intimate and special. y not easy and we had to change our date due to my husband's work schedule, Chelsea was so accommodating. She put our mind at ease immediately. She was informative from vendors, places to go, things to do on the island and everything in between. We were also worried that it would be awkward to have a "stranger" take these intimate pictures. But as soon as we met her in person the first time, it felt like reuniting with an old friend for an adventure. Anyone can take pictures but I think it's crucial to have that connection with your photographer and we definitely had that. I can go on and on but just book her already! Lol seriously couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Chelsea more than exceeded our expectations! We booked a three hour photoshoot and upon booking, I worried that it was too long. However, when the day came, time flew by fast and we had a blast shooting with Chelsea. She made us feel comfortable since she was so easy going and stress-free to work with (we did not feel awkward). Most importantly, she allowed us to be ourselves. planning an elopement in Hawaii is no easy feat, especially in 2020. Chelsea was there every step of the way to provide help and reassurance, answer any questions we had, and to just be there to calm our nerves. She basically is a photographer/wedding planner/best friend wrapped all up in one person. The day of our wedding Chelsea was an absolute pro: she made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, served as our adventure guide, and even married us at the top of a mountain! Can you ask for more? No, but we got a million times more! Fast forward to receiving our photo gallery—the editing that Chelsea does is so natural and beautiful, and she has a sheer talent for capturing the most candid, intimate, and special moments. I’ve looked at these photos about a million times in 24 hours. Besides being the most talented photographer ever, Chelsea is that much more awesome of a human being. She brought such a bright light to an otherwise crazy and dark year, and provided us with a joy that we felt had been stolen from us when our original wedding plans had been cancelled. She is just so positive, cool, funny (I could go on and on)—the type of person you meet and just want to be friends with! She has that ability to vibe with you in an effortless way. An all around, incredible person who I feel lucky to have gotten to know and had such an epic experience with! disappoint! Not only were the pictures beyond gorgeous, she is also just an absolutely lovely human being. So personable and fun! We are, like a lot of people, pretty camera shy and awkward. But she captured all of the fun and it made for a perfect day and perfect pictures to bring home. If you are looking for a photographer for a special day, this is your girl!

When we finally met on the day of our wedding, it felt like we already had a friendly rapport that put us at ease. We really felt like we could be ourselves, nerves and all, and as a result all of the photos she took of us felt natural and expressive. She has an artist's touch and vision and to see it all come together when we finally received our pictures back was incredibly rewarding. Could not be happier with our decision and by my estimation Chelsea's services (which included most of the logistical legwork day-of including setting up floral, hair/makeup, and officiant services) were worth every penny. 5/5 would recommend.

She answered every email within 24 hours - and even soothed my irrational fears of how to pose. There was so little stress knowing Chelsea had everything covered. With all the back and forth emails, we were best friends by the time we met in person on our wedding day - her attitude is so positive, bright, and warming. Most couple will say that you will only get 10 good photos from your wedding photographer. Chelsea gave me over 100+! I’m having a hard time picking what to put in frames. In our opinion, given the circumstances, this doesn't seem like the fair or ethical thing to do. We didn't want to cancel our wedding; we weren't given a choice considering the safety of our guests and ourselves is our highest priority. My fiance is out of work due to the pandemic, and we could really use the money.

What I loved most about Chelsea's images were that they captured the beautiful brightness and color of Hawaii. We found SO many elopement photographers here on the islands, but only very few had the quality of portfolio that you will find here with Chelsea (have you seen the lighting in her photos??). The images speak for themselves. Photography from your wedding will be cherished for a lifetime, photos can be an investment, so you should love them!! Especially since this was an elopement with just my husband and I, these photos were the most beautiful way to share our day with family. YES they are candid, fun, whimsical, airy, colorful, magical- Chelsea's portfolio was exactly what we were looking for. We booked her immediately and the search was over. A short phone call was the only validation I needed to confirm that Chelsea was responsive, knowledgable, easy to talk to and able to answer all of my questions, changes and nuances. We even changed ISLANDS! and she was flexible with us. Chelsea was on it! **Seriously, lets be real, it can be hard to find quality, timeliness and customer service on an island in the pacific, sometimes its just the essence of being in Hawaii, an island flooded with many weddings and overbooked photographers. ** Chelsea arrived on time and ready to shoot, we also had a videographer with us that she worked seamlessly with. I will admit, the first 10 minutes of photos felt awkward to me, almost too quiet! LOL! I wasn't sure if that was because we were camera shy in those first few moments or if it was because I wasn't sure what to do while my future husband was getting ready, haha. Anyways, small details, once I found my pace, it was incredibly natural and fun!! The things I loved about that day.... Chelsea captured the beautiful moments: facetiming with my parents as I got ready, the first look, the crying vows, the excitement. I feel the day every time I see these photos. We were able to do shots at the house, at the venue and even cliff sunset photos, having the variety in background is so nice- especially in Hawaii! Take advantage of the beauty we have and a photographer that works with the natural light, the colors of the florals and the elements. The candid nature Chelsea has captures the feelings of the day.
