Kim was amazing to work with!! From her attention to every small detail to ensuring nothing was missed on our actual big day, she was heaven sent and I don’t know what we would’ve done without her. Our entire bridal party and immediate family kept complimenting how on top of everything she was and witnessed all the hard work she put in first hand. The day of, Every single vendor knew exactly what to do, where to be and there was zero confusion the day of because of her meticulous planning. She was able to make the wedding day of our dreams happen. From the start, Kim would always reply promptly and was able set realistic expectations with us when it came to budgeting, venue size , accommodations etc. because of her expertise and experience in the industry. Not only was she a guru at the logistic side of things, but she also designed a gorgeous garden theme that I personally never would’ve been able to articulate or come up with on my own. She did all of this all while still honoring our personal preferences and making it special and unique to us. Working with Kim and her team was amazing and worth every penny. Our wedding weekend went off without a hitch. Afterwards we just kept saying "no notes" - as in there is nothing we would change. Sarah (who was our day of coordinator) was an absolute gem. She made everything so much more manageable, allowed me to relax and enjoy the day as I knew that she had everything managed to a T! I absolutely loved working with Kim both in the months leading up to the wedding and on the day of! We truly never could've anticipated how perfect and special it would all turn out and it wouldn't have been possible without Kim! She executed our wedding weekend in New York City flawlessly from start to finish, including our rehearsal dinner at Dirty French and our wedding day at Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Guests raved about everything (from the flowers to the linens to the cadence of the events), all of which were carefully curated by Kim. She was incredibly patient with me throughout the planning process and communicated with vendors on our behalf to make everything seamless and easier on our end. She understood my vision and knew exactly how to explain it to vendors, including a lot of back and forth on creating our incredibly customized invitation suite. Her calm demeanor and support leading up to our rain plan was so appreciated, and when it did rain she handled the room swap and every detail without me having to stress in the slightest. We worked with Kim and Sarah for design and coordination (for those who do not need a full planner). It was absolute perfection. We had previously booked the majority of our vendors (photography, venue, music, etc) but desperately needed help on our vision. We worked with Kim to design a gorgeous botanical garden wedding. It was magical - we received so many compliments the day of and weeks after the wedding. Sarah was our day of coordinator. She was everything. I saw her speed walking throughout the day, making sure things were in place. Yet, she always stopped to ask me what I needed. Unfortunately, we had to move our ceremony indoors due to forecasted rain, but Sarah turned the foyer into a ceremony space in less than 1 hour. We loved having her with us the entire day. Both Kim and Sarah are some of the best people you can work with - would 100% recommend to all my friends getting married!!

One of the most common compliments we got throughout our wedding was about Kim and her team, who were absolutely amazing and so helpful on our wedding day. We received so much praise around how efficient, organized, and thoughtfully-designed our wedding day was! What our wedding guests didn't see were the 18 months of meticulous planning, back and forth e-mails, and phone calls - all of which was a seamless process due to Kim and her experience and professionalism. None of our wedding day would have been possible without her! Whenever we had a question, or an issue came up, she always handled it swiftly and with extreme professionalism. She also has an extensive network in New York and was always quick to offer her opinion if we were struggling with making a decision. We live in London and had been planning a wedding in New York, which should have been difficult, but honestly Kim made it so easy for us. She was an incredible partner through it all: thoughtful of both our expectations and our guests' experiences, and her sense of design and aesthetics helped pull together our dream wedding, even amidst a rainstorm during our wedding weekend! I could not recommend Kim and her team enough - it will be one of the best decisions you make for your wedding day!!

Kim was recommended to us by a photographer we were considering, and from the moment we spoke with her, we knew she was the one. Kim is a force of nature. We had an accelerated timeline, and honestly there’s no way we would’ve been able to execute everything we wanted to without Kim’s guidance, support and poise. What I love most about Kim is that she’s like your best friend who will support you and be there for you in EVERY way, AND not be shy about pushing back or telling you when something is a horrible idea in the most loving & gentle way possible. (Looking back, thank goodness she stopped me from doing certain things! Ha) And where Kim really shines is in her creativity & design. My now husband & I went into the rentals meeting thinking ‘Simple white linen, white plates, minimal everything.’ But Kim totally blew us away with her recommendations when she picked out the most unique pieces that went together so nicely. I ended up deferring a lot of design related decisions to Kim because 1) I trust her & her taste completely; and 2) I knew she would do an amazing job translating my vision to execution perfectly. Our wedding ceremony and reception were both so magical. It was everything I dreamed of and more, and Kim deserves a lot of credit for that. On the morning of the wedding day, the moment I saw Kim, I said to her, “I already feel better knowing you’re here.” And it was true. Just having Kim there eased my anxiety and nerves because I knew that she’s got it all under control. Our wedding day was so seamless and smooth (many of our guests noticed and made comments about it too!) thanks to Kim and her team. Every time I looked over at Kim, she was doing a million things all at once doing what she does best. I really don’t know how she does it. She’s a busy woman with a lot of clients to look after, and yet, she still makes you feel like you’re the only one. We’re so grateful for her.

I loved my wedding thanks to Chere Rosealie!! They made my wedding day dreams come true. My wedding day I did not have to lift a finger or stress at all and that is all thanks to Kim and her team! It was beautiful and stunning and I want to do it all over again!! <3

Kim was absolutely fantastic! She has so much experience and it truly shows. She just knew when to step in and when to let me take over. Even though our package didn't include her helping with the ceremony rehearsal, she came anyways, which made me feel so much better. There were so many tiny details that Kim just took care of.

We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Chere Rosalie! In just 5 quick months, Kim planned our entire event starting with helping us find our venue! She is an absolute pleasure to work with as well... so professional, kind, and warm. All of our vendors mentioned to me how much they loved working with her and her team. She understood the vision that we had and brought everything to life, even when I felt like I could not perfectly articulate it at times. When the wedding day came, everything was executed to perfection. There was not a single hiccup to our day thanks to Chere Rosalie, which is very rare. We had a great experience with Chere Rosalie for their coordination services (simple sapphire package). Our coordinator Sarah was just phenomenal throughout the day! Besides being on top of making sure everything was going according to plan, she was also quick on her feet when things came up unexpectedly (as they always do), and was just such a joy to be with all day/night. Kim is truly amazing!! It was such a pleasure to work with her for our wedding. Her energy was exactly what we needed from our planner -- organized, responsive, patient, flexible. Our wedding day was perfect, and most importantly, we enjoyed it to its fullest – thank you, Kim, for making this happen for us! Her pre-wedding day support was surprisingly robust and greatly appreciated! I had been optimistic that I could cover most of the planning myself, but in the weeks leading up, all the details really start to pile up and decision fatigue set in. Enter: Kim. We had a deep dive call where I laid everything out – planned and unplanned. I could tell she genuinely cared with how she invested herself into this process. She took time to understand the vision, and then jumped right in, making suggestions and taking initiative. She worked directly with our venue and vendors on logistics and nailed down the timelines and seating arrangements – offering much needed expertise in these areas. At the last minute, she even offered up some “extras” from her arsenal for our use - a card box & easel – crossing off those last lingering to-do’s that were distracting us from enjoying the weekend ahead. On the day of our wedding, Kim was the backbone of the day. She knew the schedule like back of her hand. She was *everywhere* we needed her to be and invisible all the same. She ran around the venue, a 500 acre property, making sure everything was in order – checking in on the vendors, cross-referencing our contracts to account for all deliverables, orchestrating various activities we had planned for guests, all the while keeping time and subtly shepherding around the wedding party through getting-ready, photos, ceremony. She fully took the lead on all logistics for the day – even putting out unexpected “fires” like a blown fuse in the bridal suite. This allowed my husband and I to fully immerse ourselves in the day, focus on our guests, and enjoy. We were truly impressed with the level of support we received, both leading up to and on the day of our wedding. Kim – we cannot thank you enough!

When we decided to have a wedding instead of using the convenient excuse of COVID to skip, I knew that we would be hiring a planner to help with the contract/scope negotiations and logistics. Kim and the team were great. They found us an amazing wedding venue along with great vendors that aligned with the vision/style of the wedding. From the beginning, it was important that we find a planner that was on our side and could negotiate with vendors so that we weren’t just giving in to the COVID premium and Kim did a fantastic job. Kim was very patient and understanding even through our moments of indecisiveness or just general wedding frustrations. I am very detailed oriented and Kim was able to be the partner I needed to get through the wedding process. The wedding itself was amazing and all the guests were so blown away with all the thoughtful details throughout the day. Kim and the team handled the day wonderfully and allowed us to just enjoy the experience. We can very much say that we are happy that we had the wedding (and for those who know me, that is saying a lot)

Kim is an amazing wedding coordinator. She met with me periodically before the wedding day and texted me with covid updates constantly. We were on a zoom call going through the details of my wedding for 3 hours one night! I do not think my wedding would've been as smooth as it was if Kim was not there. She brought her fellow coordinator friend Jen to help out and there would have been blips and bumps in our itinerary and in the day if they were not there to guide us and keep us on schedule. I felt as though I could truly relax on my wedding day thanks to them and felt very safe leaving everything up to them!! Kim is amazing and I couldn't recommend her enough. Everyone needs a wedding coordinator!

Kim was a godsend during the entirety of our wedding planning experience, which lasted more than a year. She was incredibly responsive, generous with her time, and knowledgeable about every detail. Kim made our wedding day truly special. We had gone back and forth with Covid unsure if we could even pull the day off. Once we realized that our entire party would be vaccinated in time, Kim planned our wedding in 5 days. No joke. We told her on a Thursday and by the following Thursday we had a venue, flowers, photographer, hair and make up all booked. On the day, the venue was gorgeous and Kim planned everything seamlessly. It was an actual no stress wedding. We didn't have to lift a finger. It is truly a day I'll remember forever. Before this wedding, I didn't believe in hiring a planner but now I wouldn't do a wedding not only without one but without KIM! I highly recommend Kim and her company Chère Rosalie. If you get to have her as a wedding planner - you are truly blessed and your day will be spectacular.

Since day one, we were drawn to Kim's personality and style. She took the time to get to know us, knew all of the right questions to ask and areas to proactively plan for. She was amazing at advising us on our vendor and style decisions, while also strived to keep us budget conscious throughout the whole experience. We couldn't have gotten luckier! Kim was heaven-sent to us; we had to postpone our wedding a week before it was scheduled to happen due to Covid. The process of re-planning was disheartening but finding Kim changed everything for us. She was responsive, organized, energetic, and a delight. Her enthusiasm helped me feel excited again and stress-free. The day of the wedding, Kim kept things running smoothly; everyone raved about her. Our ceremony was scheduled to happen outdoors but it was raining all day. Kim quickly came up with a back up plan that made us feel at ease; she was reassuring and I knew that with her running the ship, everything was going to be perfect. And it was! Kim loves what she is doing and that is the best energy to have on your special day. Don't think about it twice - every bride and groom needs Kim on their team!

"Kim is the best," is a phrase my husband and I must have said to each other minimum 100x in our short 4-week wedding planning process. And there are so many reasons why: Kim understood our vision immediately. I'd show her a picture of something I liked -- just as general inspiration -- and within hours she'd send me back something I could actually rent/buy that matched the picture almost exactly. She respected our budget. She was so adept at scouring the internet for affordable yet stylish pieces -- I assumed she only worked in that mode. But after peeping her Instagram, I saw that she's also a champion of the truly fancy NYC wedding. The woman does it all! She rolled up her sleeves, signing herself up for almost every DIY job of the wedding. She is -- BONUS -- a Photoshop wizard and did things like design a menu for us which really just put the finishing touches on the day and made the wedding feel like it wasn't planned in 4 weeks. She was so, so, so available and on top of things. She knew how important it was to keep the wedding Covid safe. She carefully measured the space and then figured out how to put 7 to 8 feet between each table. She is pure joy. She was our cheerleader. She loves what she's doing, and it shows. Like I said, Kim is THE best. I was never the kind of gal to dream and dream about my wedding. But, when I think back on the day, I feel straight giddy. Kim made it magical. Kim, we can't thank you enough.

I found Kim online after I randomly searched for a wedding planner for a wedding I had 3 months to plan for. I told her everything I wanted and she executed all of my ideas perfectly. She is resourceful and very attentive. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner. Kim made sure she was there from beginning till the end on our wedding day. Planning a wedding in three months wasn’t apart of my original plan but with all of her help, I have no regrets, it was exactly what we wanted.

Your wedding is in the absolute best hands with Kim! No task is too big (or too small) for her to perfect, and she won’t stop until you are happy. I got myself into some hot water with a scammy videographer, and Kim literally saved my day by finding the best possible backup. She also helped me with a day-of timeline that kept the whole day running smoothly and on time. Not only will you leave with a perfectly executed wedding after working with Kim, but you will also have a lifelong friendship. I can’t thank you enough for everything!

We can’t say enough about how incredible Kim was during our wedding weekend. We had a 3-day celebration, including a 130-person welcome party at the bride’s parents’ house the day before the wedding, 150 guests at the wedding, and a farewell brunch for all the guests (also at the parents’ house) the day after, and having on-site coordinators was essential. From the beginning, we knew that we wanted to handle the planning/general direction of our wedding weekend ourselves, and wanted someone to help execute on the day of so that we could enjoy everything and spend time with our guests. Kim and her team were exactly what we needed at a really fair price that easily fit within our budget. They walked us through every detail in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and Kim executed everything to perfection. The whole team was extremely professional, organized, and on top of every detail. We didn’t have to worry about anything and could just have fun the entire weekend. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

Kim was the perfect day-of coordinator on our wedding day. I knew I could rely on her and didn't feel stressed throughout the day knowing she's there to help take care of things. There is absolutely no way we could have managed to have a calm and joyful wedding day without having Kim there taking care of us. Do yourself a favor, get a day of coordinator and most importantly hire Kim.

Kim was the coordinator for our November wedding and we LOVED working with her. She handled every one of our wedding twists and turns like a champ and was magically always there when we needed her. She worked with all of our vendors seamlessly and made it all look easy. Every single thing was in it’s right place—with little to no instructions from us (the overwhelmed bride and groom). We can’t imagine any other human doing a better job. When we left at the end of the night we were sad to see her go, but happy to have known her for a few hours. Couldn’t recommend more.

Kim Pestalozzi was my day of coordinator for my NYC wedding in August. The day ran smoothly and Kim was essential in making that happen. She anticipated my every need and was always thinking 10 steps ahead. Kim pretty much spent the day racing around, but when I needed her she was there within moments. She was prompt and professional at all times. Kim came prepared with a bag full of items that you might need but hadn't thought to bring. We were a very large group and Kim made it seem so easy managing us. Several of my bridesmaids later told me that Kim was amazing and so helpful. My mom later told me that she had no idea how we could have done anything that day without Kim. Thank you so much Kim!!!

Kim coordinated my wedding and post wedding brunch. Going with Kim was one of the best decisions I made during the entire planning process. Kim made everything seamless and her calming organized presence let me go through the weekend without worrying about a single thing. Kim is incredible and extremely organized, she understood every detail of the day and kept us all on schedule. We had a 200 person wedding and Kim handled everything with ease and grace even when my husband needed a button reinforced post-ceremony and my matron of honor split open a seam on her dress. Kim was right there and sewed everyone back together. I had no idea the dress had even tore until the next day! Kim has a magical way of anticipating our every need and kept us very well hydrated on a hot NY day. Kim not only coordinated the brunch the following day by managing setup and dealing with vendors but also directed the staff working during the brunch. Kim was an absolute joy to work with, I cannot recommend this company enough. Stop looking and just book them!
