Chère Rosalie

ills needed for broadcast news — organization, diligence, and attention to detail— are the same ones that made our wedding design and coordination a success. Kim was incredibly supportive throughout the process, honoring our preferences and giving great advice. She brought to life our vision of a fun, summery, and romantic wedding with classic touches. The rentals and florals added stunning textures and colors that made our New York City celebration uniquely ours. The ceremony and reception spaces were totally transformed. It was everything I dreamed of and more, I was completely in awe.  Not only did our guests love the design, we also received numerous compliments on our wedding timeline and flow. Thank you so much to Delaney, whose impeccable coordination and communication with our venue and our vendors ensured that our day moved along seamlessly and kept the energy high. Her calm demeanor and handling of the many moving parts allowed us to fully enjoy and feel present for our special day. Delaney’s warmth toward our family members and friends also meant the world. Our wedding was the best day of our lives and we’re so happy with how beautifully it turned out. We’re forever thankful for Chère Rosalie <3

at my wife and I had envisioned for the day and helped us bring that vision to life. Kim also was able to take care of every detail and coordinated all of the moving parts which allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day without any worries. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and Kim is a large reason for that! We highly recommend!

ng. Our venue was fairly all inclusive and Kim was still soooo helpful and much needed.

ndor she recommended, we ended up ADORING and genuinely people are still telling us it was the best wedding they've ever been to (even better than their own)!! We were planning our New York wedding from London and the time difference was never an issue for Kim which we so appreciated. Also, we had such specific wants since we were blending American and British culture & wedding traditions, and Kim made every single thing happen, in the most beautiful and seamless way. We felt like it was a true collaboration and she brought our vision to life. The best compliment we got was that the entire wedding felt representative of us as a couple, and that is entirely because of Kim. Many people said to us that we seemed so calm the whole planning process and on the day, and genuinely it's because we were!!! What's there to be nervous about when you have the best planner possible? We were able to be fully present our entire wedding weekend because of Kim, enjoying every second, rather than thinking through logistics or making small decisions. Every single person on her team were incredible on the wedding day, and we felt like we were in the best hands from start to finish. Kim is truly the best, and we LOVE her so much. Highly highly highly recommend.

m and family and half the guests were from the UK and Kim walked us through all the details with calmness and professionalism making the entire three day event the most memorable and perfect experience. She guided us every step of the way and balanced all of our input and helped us come to decisions that were the best in the end. We have said that we wouldn’t change one decision. Everything and every vendor were awesome. On the day of the wedding Kim and her team were amazing and we have the most incredible memories to look back on. We are so thankful for Kim and her team. They are the best!!

lly did not need to panic or worry one bit, she and her team were fantastic from beginning to end. A very professional manner from Kim who was always available to speak and who responded to emails promptly. Great service and a memorable 3 day party all organised by Kim with military precision. Thanks to all of the team .

done without her. Our entire bridal party and immediate family kept complimenting how on top of everything she was and witnessed all the hard work she put in first hand. The day of, Every single vendor knew exactly what to do, where to be and there was zero confusion the day of because of her meticulous planning. She was able to make the wedding day of our dreams happen. From the start, Kim would always reply promptly and was able set realistic expectations with us when it came to budgeting, venue size , accommodations etc. because of her expertise and experience in the industry. Not only was she a guru at the logistic side of things, but she also designed a gorgeous garden theme that I personally never would’ve been able to articulate or come up with on my own. She did all of this all while still honoring our personal preferences and making it special and unique to us. My number one piece of advice to future brides is not only to hire a planner, but someone you KNOW will get the job done right and Chère Rosalie did just that. Thank you Kim! Forever grateful for you.

e would change. Sarah (who was our day of coordinator) was an absolute gem. She made everything so much more manageable, allowed me to relax and enjoy the day as I knew that she had everything managed to a T! She was also so lovely to have around as part of wedding day. I cannot overstate how grateful my family and I are for all of Kim's work and support on creating an above & beyond vision. I was never one of those girls who imagined what my wedding would look like and our wedding surpassed anything I could have imagined and was more than I had ever hoped for.

service is truly exceptional. She embodies the role of an ultimate cheerleader and provides extraordinary care to her brides. If you're in search of someone who is willing to go above and beyond to guarantee that your special day is nothing short of perfection, then Kim and her team is the perfect choice for you! Booking her will be a decision you won't regret. She is dedicated to ensuring that your wedding day is unforgettable and everything you've ever dreamed of.

t and it wouldn't have been possible without Kim! She executed our wedding weekend in New York City flawlessly from start to finish, including our rehearsal dinner at Dirty French and our wedding day at Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Guests raved about everything (from the flowers to the linens to the cadence of the events), all of which were carefully curated by Kim. She was incredibly patient with me throughout the planning process and communicated with vendors on our behalf to make everything seamless and easier on our end. She understood my vision and knew exactly how to explain it to vendors, including a lot of back and forth on creating our incredibly customized invitation suite. Her calm demeanor and support leading up to our rain plan was so appreciated, and when it did rain she handled the room swap and every detail without me having to stress in the slightest. There are too many amazing things to say about Kim and the entire Chere Rosalie team, but those are some of the many highlights. I HIGHLY recommend using her for your wedding!

s (photography, venue, music, etc) but desperately needed help on our vision. We worked with Kim to design a gorgeous botanical garden wedding. It was magical - we received so many compliments the day of and weeks after the wedding. Sarah was our day of coordinator. She was everything. I saw her speed walking throughout the day, making sure things were in place. Yet, she always stopped to ask me what I needed. Unfortunately, we had to move our ceremony indoors due to forecasted rain, but Sarah turned the foyer into a ceremony space in less than 1 hour. We loved having her with us the entire day. Both Kim and Sarah are some of the best people you can work with - would 100% recommend to all my friends getting married!!

se around how efficient, organized, and thoughtfully-designed our wedding day was! What our wedding guests didn't see were the 18 months of meticulous planning, back and forth e-mails, and phone calls - all of which was a seamless process due to Kim and her experience and professionalism. None of our wedding day would have been possible without her! Whenever we had a question, or an issue came up, she always handled it swiftly and with extreme professionalism. She also has an extensive network in New York and was always quick to offer her opinion if we were struggling with making a decision. We live in London and had been planning a wedding in New York, which should have been difficult, but honestly Kim made it so easy for us. She was an incredible partner through it all: thoughtful of both our expectations and our guests' experiences, and her sense of design and aesthetics helped pull together our dream wedding, even amidst a rainstorm during our wedding weekend! I could not recommend Kim and her team enough - it will be one of the best decisions you make for your wedding day!!

imeline, and honestly there’s no way we would’ve been able to execute everything we wanted to without Kim’s guidance, support and poise. What I love most about Kim is that she’s like your best friend who will support you and be there for you in EVERY way, AND not be shy about pushing back or telling you when something is a horrible idea in the most loving & gentle way possible. (Looking back, thank goodness she stopped me from doing certain things! Ha) And where Kim really shines is in her creativity & design. My now husband & I went into the rentals meeting thinking ‘Simple white linen, white plates, minimal everything.’ But Kim totally blew us away with her recommendations when she picked out the most unique pieces that went together so nicely. I ended up deferring a lot of design related decisions to Kim because 1) I trust her & her taste completely; and 2) I knew she would do an amazing job translating my vision to execution perfectly. Our wedding ceremony and reception were both so magical. It was everything I dreamed of and more, and Kim deserves a lot of credit for that. On the morning of the wedding day, the moment I saw Kim, I said to her, “I already feel better knowing you’re here.” And it was true. Just having Kim there eased my anxiety and nerves because I knew that she’s got it all under control. Our wedding day was so seamless and smooth (many of our guests noticed and made comments about it too!) thanks to Kim and her team. Every time I looked over at Kim, she was doing a million things all at once doing what she does best. I really don’t know how she does it. She’s a busy woman with a lot of clients to look after, and yet, she still makes you feel like you’re the only one. We’re so grateful for her.

im and her team! It was beautiful and stunning and I want to do it all over again!! <3

helping with the ceremony rehearsal, she came anyways, which made me feel so much better. There were so many tiny details that Kim just took care of.

to work with as well... so professional, kind, and warm. All of our vendors mentioned to me how much they loved working with her and her team. She understood the vision that we had and brought everything to life, even when I felt like I could not perfectly articulate it at times. When the wedding day came, everything was executed to perfection. There was not a single hiccup to our day thanks to Chere Rosalie, which is very rare. My sister is using her as well for her wedding in the Spring, and my mom, sister, and I are so calm knowing we are in their hands!

essionalism, wisdom, expertise, and just overall amazing amazing job. I am so happy with how everything turned out, and how easy it was to work with her. Thank you Kim

oothly with her there! 10/10 would recommend!

emails, follow up calls etc, and helped us every step of the way. We truly cannot recommend Cherè rosalie enough!

aughter's dream wedding. Kim always listened to our thoughts and ideas. Her contacts and vendor suggestions were perfect. You look at pictures of weddings and say I like this or that looks great! Never did I realize until working with Kim and her team everything that goes into making that vision a reality. Without hesitation I recommend Kim and Chere Rosalie. On my daughter"s wedding day I was able to relax and enjoy every moment because I knew they were taking care of everything.

ful, and full of ideas. I never felt like she pushed anything on us, but instead presented many options based on our vision and budget. She made herself readily available to us throughout the planning process via texting, phone calls, zoom, and in person meetings. On the day of the wedding, I could totally relax because she and her team were taking care of all the details and being proactive to deal with any issues that arose. Everything ran smoothly and she maintained her professionalism and friendliness with everyone throughout the entire event. Our wedding exceeded our expectations in so many ways and Kim and her team were a huge part of that. We cannot recommend Kim and Chére Rosalie enough!

a great communicator! Having Kim as our wedding planner was by far the best decision we made! Thank you again SO much for making our special day so unbelievably beautiful! All your clients are lucky to have you!!

ty guards, your assistants, and totally run the show. I cannot thank Kim and her team enough.

le and individually. She really invests in creating a personal relationship with her clients, which makes it easy to collaborate and for her to put together an event that's really meaningful and exactly the way you want it to be. She's organized, incredibly detail-oriented, and prides herself on delivering the best and most special wedding day for brides, grooms, and their families. She also shines on the day of the wedding. She and her team work tirelessly to create a great experience for the couple (especially the bride) and allow for the couple to focus 100% on their day, and none of the logistics. She's truly a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone!

on top of making sure everything was going according to plan, she was also quick on her feet when things came up unexpectedly (as they always do), and was just such a joy to be with all day/night. She brought fantastic energy and our family and friends just adored her. We are so appreciative of everything that both Sarah and Kim did to make our day so special, and look forward to recommending Chere Rosalie to all of our friends getting married in the future!

abilities and enjoyed every minute of working with her. We worked with Kim from day one on everything from the floral design, invitations, photographer options, hair and makeup to every detail of planning our large destination wedding weekend at Cedar Lakes Estate. As a very busy bride with limited time to spend on wedding planning, Kim worked tirelessly to turn our vision into a wedding weekend for 300 people that exceeded our expectations. She helped us to create a truly unique and one of kind experience focused on every small detail for our guests. Our guests are still talking about our weekend as the best wedding weekend they've ever attended. Kim is very detailed and has a very special way of creating a unique experience based on getting to know the bride and groom. When we were stuck on what decisions to make, she provide options quickly and clearly. Our wedding weekend went off without a single glitch (very rare for a 3 day 300 person event). With Kim we got to enjoy every minute of the weekend and focus on having a great time, as she and her team handled it all. She is very professional, thoughtful, kind and well networked in the New York and surrounding community. I HIGHLY recommend Kim and the Chere Rosalie team for any event large or small. They planned and executed the wedding weekend of my dreams, and I already miss working with them.

dding reflected our personalities. Kim is extremely creative, organized, patient, flexible and responsive! Kim always made herself available throughout the whole planning process and spent multiple hours with us prior to our wedding day to ensure all details were properly mapped out. Thanks to Kim, my wedding day turned out to be absolutely amazing! Kim made sure the day went as smooth as possible, worked with all our vendors to ensure setup was perfect based on our requests, and kept us on track. We were able to fully enjoy the day without a worry! Kim made our day truly special! We highly recommend Kim and the Chere Rosalie team!

Our wedding day was perfect, and most importantly, we enjoyed it to its fullest – thank you, Kim, for making this happen for us! We are so grateful to have worked with someone so thoughtful and reliable. We hired Kim with a “month of” coordination package. Her pre-wedding day support was surprisingly robust and greatly appreciated! I had been optimistic that I could cover most of the planning myself, but in the weeks leading up, all the details really start to pile up and decision fatigue set in. Enter: Kim. We had a deep dive call where I laid everything out – planned and unplanned. I could tell she genuinely cared with how she invested herself into this process. She took time to understand the vision, and then jumped right in, making suggestions and taking initiative. She worked directly with our venue and vendors on logistics and nailed down the timelines and seating arrangements – offering much needed expertise in these areas. At the last minute, she even offered up some “extras” from her arsenal for our use - a card box & easel – crossing off those last lingering to-do’s that were distracting us from enjoying the weekend ahead. On the day of our wedding, Kim was the backbone of the day. She knew the schedule like back of her hand. She was *everywhere* we needed her to be and invisible all the same. She ran around the venue, a 500 acre property, making sure everything was in order – checking in on the vendors, cross-referencing our contracts to account for all deliverables, orchestrating various activities we had planned for guests, all the while keeping time and subtly shepherding around the wedding party through getting-ready, photos, ceremony. She fully took the lead on all logistics for the day – even putting out unexpected “fires” like a blown fuse in the bridal suite. This allowed my husband and I to fully immerse ourselves in the day, focus on our guests, and enjoy. We were truly impressed with the level of support we received, both leading up to and on the day of our wedding. Kim – we cannot thank you enough!

logistics. Kim and the team were great. They found us an amazing wedding venue along with great vendors that aligned with the vision/style of the wedding. From the beginning, it was important that we find a planner that was on our side and could negotiate with vendors so that we weren’t just giving in to the COVID premium and Kim did a fantastic job. Kim was very patient and understanding even through our moments of indecisiveness or just general wedding frustrations. I am very detailed oriented and Kim was able to be the partner I needed to get through the wedding process. The wedding itself was amazing and all the guests were so blown away with all the thoughtful details throughout the day. Kim and the team handled the day wonderfully and allowed us to just enjoy the experience. We can very much say that we are happy that we had the wedding (and for those who know me, that is saying a lot)

ible. She is so fun to work with and I would recommend her to everyone!

ails of my wedding for 3 hours one night! I do not think my wedding would've been as smooth as it was if Kim was not there. She brought her fellow coordinator friend Jen to help out and there would have been blips and bumps in our itinerary and in the day if they were not there to guide us and keep us on schedule. I felt as though I could truly relax on my wedding day thanks to them and felt very safe leaving everything up to them!! Kim is amazing and I couldn't recommend her enough. Everyone needs a wedding coordinator!

out every detail. She was our biggest advocate and supporter when the inevitable snag occurred during the planning process. We trusted her advice and decision making without hesitation and ended up with the most gorgeous wedding that we could have imagined. This was easily the best money we spent - if you want to relieve a great deal of the wedding stress, you can't do any better than working with a planner like Kim!

as so optimistic and helped us create a fairy tale wedding. We loved every moment of our wedding and the experience working with Kim was absolutely perfect. Chère Rosalie is a dream team and they are absolute professionals! Book them!

so painless and fun! She is so creative, organized, and on top of it. Believe me when i say you will not regret choosing her for your big day. We love you Kim!

n time, Kim planned our wedding in 5 days. No joke. We told her on a Thursday and by the following Thursday we had a venue, flowers, photographer, hair and make up all booked. On the day, the venue was gorgeous and Kim planned everything seamlessly. It was an actual no stress wedding. We didn't have to lift a finger. It is truly a day I'll remember forever. Before this wedding, I didn't believe in hiring a planner but now I wouldn't do a wedding not only without one but without KIM! I highly recommend Kim and her company Chère Rosalie. If you get to have her as a wedding planner - you are truly blessed and your day will be spectacular.

amazing at advising us on our vendor and style decisions, while also strived to keep us budget conscious throughout the whole experience. She curated a unique event that represented our vision and executed it flawlessly. Kim was extremely detailed and she continuously put all concerns to rest through her strong organization skills and attention to detail. She took the reigns the whole day of, which allowed us and our family/friends to enjoy the day. Our family continuously commented about how nonstop she was day of and yet was so genuinely helpful and kind to them, helping them with their needs throughout the way, while ensuring the event from start to finish went off without a hitch!

heartening but finding Kim changed everything for us. She was responsive, organized, energetic, and a delight. Her enthusiasm helped me feel excited again and stress-free. The day of the wedding, Kim kept things running smoothly; everyone raved about her. Our ceremony was scheduled to happen outdoors but it was raining all day. Kim quickly came up with a back up plan that made us feel at ease; she was reassuring and I knew that with her running the ship, everything was going to be perfect. And it was! Kim loves what she is doing and that is the best energy to have on your special day. Don't think about it twice - every bride and groom needs Kim on their team!

ng the easy process! Cant thank Kim enough for all she did to make the wedding planning process go smooth!

ep of the way. I felt 100% comfortable that Kim had everything under control, which allowed me to be stress free in the planning process (which says a lot when planning a wedding in less than a month!). Would highly recommend Chere Rosalie to future bride and grooms!

ything her and her team did and can’t recommend her enough!

rstood our vision immediately. I'd show her a picture of something I liked -- just as general inspiration -- and within hours she'd send me back something I could actually rent/buy that matched the picture almost exactly. She respected our budget. She was so adept at scouring the internet for affordable yet stylish pieces -- I assumed she only worked in that mode. But after peeping her Instagram, I saw that she's also a champion of the truly fancy NYC wedding. The woman does it all! She rolled up her sleeves, signing herself up for almost every DIY job of the wedding. She is -- BONUS -- a Photoshop wizard and did things like design a menu for us which really just put the finishing touches on the day and made the wedding feel like it wasn't planned in 4 weeks. She was so, so, so available and on top of things. She knew how important it was to keep the wedding Covid safe. She carefully measured the space and then figured out how to put 7 to 8 feet between each table. She is pure joy. She was our cheerleader. She loves what she's doing, and it shows. Like I said, Kim is THE best. I was never the kind of gal to dream and dream about my wedding. But, when I think back on the day, I feel straight giddy. Kim made it magical. Kim, we can't thank you enough.

ly. She is resourceful and very attentive. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner. Kim made sure she was there from beginning till the end on our wedding day. Planning a wedding in three months wasn’t apart of my original plan but with all of her help, I have no regrets, it was exactly what we wanted.

with a scammy videographer, and Kim literally saved my day by finding the best possible backup. She also helped me with a day-of timeline that kept the whole day running smoothly and on time. Not only will you leave with a perfectly executed wedding after working with Kim, but you will also have a lifelong friendship. I can’t thank you enough for everything!

before the wedding, 150 guests at the wedding, and a farewell brunch for all the guests (also at the parents’ house) the day after, and having on-site coordinators was essential. From the beginning, we knew that we wanted to handle the planning/general direction of our wedding weekend ourselves, and wanted someone to help execute on the day of so that we could enjoy everything and spend time with our guests. Kim and her team were exactly what we needed at a really fair price that easily fit within our budget. They walked us through every detail in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and Kim executed everything to perfection. The whole team was extremely professional, organized, and on top of every detail. We didn’t have to worry about anything and could just have fun the entire weekend. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

here is absolutely no way we could have managed to have a calm and joyful wedding day without having Kim there taking care of us. Do yourself a favor, get a day of coordinator and most importantly hire Kim.
