I was also a big DIY bride who liked to bounce ideas off of her and she was so helpful. She kept everything leading up to the wedding in check. For the day of, she set up the venue exactly as I envisioned. She had such a wonderful, positive attitude. We were able to enjoy our wedding day and all of our guests as Cherie took care of the behind the scene events. She kept us on our timeline and it truly was such a seamless day. d aesthetic. After the first hurricane to hit SoCal in 80+ yrs, the area the reception was to be held was ruined by mud slides; in only 3 days Cherie had another location that was perfect. What could've been a disaster was saved by Cherie & her team. Guests were totally unaware of any changes & EVERYBODY said it was the best wedding/reception they'd attended. The reception area was decorated perfectly, like a dream, and the staff were awesome. Cherie offers her own home for the bridal party to get ready at and again the vibe is country chic & relaxing. Cherie totally makes the whole wedding prep experience stress free. We can't recommend her & her team enough A+++ Her IG shows many other wedding styles she has planned across the country, Whatever your vibe, Cherie's got it covered. Rustic, beachy, modern she knows what you're looking for and delivers. As the MOB I can't thank Cherie enough for easing the stress and having a beautiful, peace about her at all times. Cherie’s professionalism with friendship, and communication was invaluable to the smooth running of the wedding. We had several informative meetings beforehand. From these we knew Cherie totally shared our vision for what we were wanting. Again, I can't praise Cherie and the entire Riley family enough, they're a God send. 10/10

t, I was trying to do it alone, bringing so much frustration and stress between our daughter and me. There were times I wanted to cancel the entire event. Before hiring Cherie, I constantly told my daughter, "We are behind. Please do something." "Your birthday will not happen if you don't put some effort into making it happen." When Cherie met with our daughter, they immediately connected, and our daughter was able to start getting more involved. When our daughter would not get going again, and I was once again frustrated, I would call Cherie with so much frustration. Cherie was calm, let me speak, and helped me feel reassured that everything was going to go just as we wanted. She set up more meetings with our daughter and appointments for both our daughter and me. Cherie has an amazing ability to notice details. For example, when she came with us to see the venue, she noticed that the front tables' setup would not look as good as they were. She stated that she didn't like having our daughter sit in between two tables. Instead, she advised that the venue change the table arrangements to make the tables look like one long table. This is just one of the many details she coordinated for us. Though you may not see this detail's importance, the head table would have looked bad, and our daughter would have been uncomfortable. We had such ease using the website to input guess and their address and keeping track of who was coming and who was not. We were also able to create a sitting chart. Cherie gave our daughter the deadlines she needed to be still motivated to help and give us the time we needed to connect and enjoy the process. On the day of our event, Cherie had an assistant, and I cannot state enough how Cherie's attention to detail and her choice of assistant made the evening run so smoothly. I had NOTHING to worry about, including getting the food picked up. Our daughter had chosen several different menus, though all local, still needed to be picked up and driven to the venue. From the Dominican food to pizza and arranging desserts, none of our guests had to worry about anything. Cherie also coordinated throughout the planning process with our decor coordinators; her communication with them was helpful. She also helped coordinate with our amazing photographer. A highlight for me was how I spent the day with our daughter and her court of 14 damas (our daughter's friends who were part of the ceremony) while they got dressed and enjoyed their time chatting and getting their hair and makeup done. I could spend that time with them because I knew exactly what would happen because of Cherie's organization. We had a beautiful time; everyone came together beautifully to create a priceless experience, and the day was perfect.

all of the wedding party enjoyed the wedding without having to worry about the ceremony and reception. Everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator to make their day extra special.

and requests for last minute meetings. Cherie and Thad were so helpful guiding our rehearsal and we're equally amazing on our wedding day. They helped us execute the most beautiful day! We were truly so lucky to have such great people as our vendors.

Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate. So, when the bride was having a small meltdown, Cherie kept everyone calm and moving in the right direction. I, as the mother of the bride, could not have been as calm as I was if it weren’t for Cherie and her team. All of our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve been to and we couldn’t have pulled it off without her. I would recommend her to all the future brides.

as suppose to get married in 2020, but as well all know that didn't happen. She reached out to all the venders and held communication in a time were I was not able to be present or want to be. I was pretty depressed after news of my wedding was postponed a whole year the week of the wedding. She would call and check in on me, as a human and just listen. She was so sweet and I honestly don't know what I would have done without her! Day of the wedding was BLISS! Again, thanks to Cherie. She handled everything! If anything went wrong I had no idea about it, which was amazing since all I wanted to do that day was soak in all the love from our family and friends! STRESS FREE! She's a dream!

most of my vendors for myself since I was going to have a more non-conventional wedding, but she made sure the week of she knew everyone’s contact information and that everything was in place and helped me along the way when I got stuck. She was there for my wedding rehearsal until late even though she had a family commitment. The day of my wedding, she was organized, made sure everything was taken care of so I didn’t have to lift a finger. Our bridal party forgot our flowers when we went to take pictures much to my dismay, and she so graciously drove to our picture location and delivered all our flowers to us. My family was skeptical about hiring a wedding planner, but they completely changed their minds at the end of my wedding day and said it was single best thing I could have done for my wedding. Thank you Cherie and team for making my special day stress-free and memorable!

She drove all the way down to San Diego to meet me for coffee and discuss the wedding. I had NO idea what I was doing, and Cherie helped me organize my thoughts and asked me about so many things I hadn't even considered. She was there for me a number of times throughout the wedding planning process, and was certainly a calming presence through my panic moments. (eek!) She took the stress out of my hands and helped navigate some difficult logistics between our venue and other vendors. On the day of, Cherie and her assistant set up all our decorations, helped everything move smoothly along and helped my vision come to life. I'm sure many things did not go as planned, but my husband and I will never know because Cherie worked tirelessly behind the scenes to be sure everything was perfect!

ends were well intended in saying they would handle everything, what we wanted most was the people we loved be able to be "just" guests at our wedding and present in our special day rather than focused on which vendor was doing or delivering what. We had a very complex wedding holding three separate events, one in Europe, one in Chicago and one in California. Each with a different theme. Cherie and team made our event in California a wonderful grand finale as everything was exactly as we would have hoped, a day filled with the people we love, present with us and everyone in the wedding party enjoying the moment. She focused on all of the details, managed the vendors effortlessly and if there was any stress, we didn't know it, because she handled everything with grace. My husband commented after the ceremony how wonderful everything went and I attribute this to Cherie and also the vendors she recommended and works with. I thought her approach to getting to know us as a couple was truly lovely and I enjoyed all of our time together. While hiring a wedding planner might seem like a luxury, this is a once in a lifetime day-it goes by so quickly-you owe it to yourself for the months and perhaps even years to plan this day. Enjoy it to the fullest! We are so thankful to have worked with Cherie and would recommend her to anyone even considering a wedding planner!
