Cherise was absolutely amazing!! She worked with us on setting up a payment plan; since we planned our wedding in 4 short months, which meant a lot of money going out in such a short time. Cherise was very fast with her responses and would check in with us all the way up until our wedding day! Then she made sure to meet with us as well so we felt very comfortable with her on the day! She was amazing on the day as well and had great communication with how things would flow! When we received our sneak peak we were absolutely in love with the 10 photos, which made us so much more eager to see the rest! Cherise got a significant amount of photos and we have so many favorites! I could tell she took a lot of time to work on our gallery! The lighting was amazing along with the coloring of them- they were just so beautiful! The amount of photos I am in love with was shocking, but I couldn’t be more happy with Cherise’s work; she is phenomenal!!! Now how am I going to decide which picture to frame there are so many!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Cherise not once but twice! I opted to have a smaller ceremony due to COVID and had a larger ceremony/reception 10 months later. Cherise delivered both times! Picture were probably the most important part of the day to me because they last a lifetime. After seeing the amazing quality of Cherise's work online, I scheduled a phone consultation and that's how I knew she was the perfect photographer for us. She was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. What stood out the most with Cherise's work is her gift with lighting. As a brown couple we were very nervous about not showing up on pictures as our best selves but even with the low lighting of both of our venues, Cherise made sure the lighting was perfect in our photos. I seriously don't know that I have ever seen myself as more beautiful than I did being captured by Cherise. No matter how many pictures family and friends took, none compared to the magic Cherise works. My husband is very picky when it comes to pictures of himself and he was surprised at the number of pictures he absolutely loved. The way she consistently had us and family and friends show up in every photo was second to none! We had an additional shooter at our larger reception and I could not tell the difference in the photo quality between the two. I'm grateful we did not have to wait a year to get our pictures back as I have heard horror stories about other photographers but Cherise was very timely! She is worth every dime and more! Cherise was the moooooost patient and understanding photographer for our wedding ceremony (and surprise engagement photos!) During our virtual wedding she captured great shots that will be unique to our ceremony and even stayed late and captured really beautiful night time photos despite an early morning the next day. And did I mention my friends and I had so much fun laughing and joking with her?! During my very long and indecisive (because of me not her!) wedding album selection process Cherise was super patient with me and never made me feel rushed or judged. Cherise did an AMAZING job! She was professional, responsive, flexible, and my wedding pictures are gorgeous. From our first consultation she was so easy to connect with. She listened to my vision, but also offered her professional opinion, which made it so much easier. I also had to change my wedding date last minute, and not only was she flexible enough to make it work with her schedule, she was reassured me that everything was going to work out. On my wedding day she was on time, professional, and organized. All the things you would expect from a vendor. But what really stood out to me was her, from the moment she walked into the dressing room she felt more like a friend, and by the end of the night family. We are not big picture takers, so initially I wasn’t too sure how it was going to go having someone take pictures of me all day, but she made me feel so at ease. She even got my husband to smile in a lot of his pictures (I guess it’s a guy thing, but he does not smile in pictures, ever). I got my pictures back on time (I have heard a lot of horror stories about it taking forever to get your photos back) and they look amazing. I decided not to hire a videographer, so I was hoping that my photos would capture the essence of the day, and they did that and more. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, and would use her again. I felt like I got exactly what I paid for and way more.

From the first day we called Cherise to inquire about her shooting style to the months after our wedding when she delivered, not 1, but 2 wedding albums (in person, at that!), she was a complete delight to work with. We found Cherise through an online wedding website and after seeing some examples of her work, we were quite impressed; she was able to suggest a photo package that met both our budget requirements and stylistic needs. She even offered up some other potential vendors who she worked with for videography and makeup artistry. During the wedding, she had an additional photographer with her which allowed them to focus on different areas of the wedding (something that proved to be very important when reflecting back on our wedding pictures). One of the things I loved about her work is that she was able to capture some candid, potentially-missed moments between guests, the wedding party, and my husband and I that we will cherish forever. As far as personality, Cherise is full of life, very much jovial, attentive, and took charge on directing the posed photos. All-in-all, it was a great experience and we would gladly use Cherise again for our future events!

I cannot say enough great things about Cherish Richards Photography! I initially stumbled upon her work while researching photographers in the Atlanta area and was instantly attracted to her high quality photographs. I booked the wedding package B (middle range package) which included our wedding and 45 minute engagement session. The engagement photos came out beautifully! We used 3 images for our save the dates and our guests could not stop raving about them. I had high expectations for our wedding day and Cherise Richards and her team did not disappoint. You can tell that they are expert wedding photographers, for not 1 detail was missed. From our getting ready shots and decor, to the ceremony and reception photos, it was all captured for our special day. Although their were some challenges during the wedding day, Cherise and her assistant Cam made sure the day went as seamless as possible, and that my husband and I got all of the shots that we desired. Our package also came with a 10x10 album, 16x20 mounted enlargement and a USB of all digital files . I would highly recommend this photographer!! Worth every penny!!

My husband and I recently tied the knot on December 2016 and we could not have chosen a more perfect photographer to be apart of big day! Cherise did an absolutely amazing job on our wedding day with capturing great shots while keeping me comfortable. Wedding photos can be expensive but she gave us an affordable package deal as well as a payment plan that worked out great for us! She made sure to get the shots we wanted but otherwise moved around discreetly and captured special moments. We were able to select our favorites for our album from the digital copies that we received back a few weeks later. Once we received the album in the mail (perfectly wrapped) we were over joyed by it's AMAZING quality!!! I look forward to working with her again.
