This conversation served two purposes—it helped me decide whether I felt Edwin was a good fit before committing to anything and it helped me understand what I wanted from our wedding photographer and gave me a chance to express that to Edwin. I was really pleased to hear that Edwin had ample experience with South Asian weddings and he was very excited to come up with poses for our wedding day photoshoot. Being a Diamond Bar local, he scouted out a good location for out photoshoot before the reception. Those pictures turned out to be our favorite ones from the night. The vividness and brightness of the pictures as well as the natural and cute ways he posed us truly made for some lovely shots. Edwin was very patient with us even with everything falling a little bit behind schedule and I could tell that getting the perfect shot was his priority. I trusted that Edwin would capture every moment beautifully. He was extremely patient and kind to our family and friends at the reception and was very much at ease in the hubbub of the party. He made sure to capture all aspects of the event very well and I never felt I had to flag him down to get his attention for shots. He was always around when he needed to be. He checked in with me a few times to ask me what I needed him for which was great. Edwin delivered a few preview shots to us via email the very next night which we both really appreciated. He gave the full batch of pictures via Dropbox less than two weeks after our event which was a great time frame. The lighting was quite dim in our hall, but Edwin made sure the pictures turned out bright and vivid. We were both very pleased and excited about the pictures. I appreciated the ease of downloading all the pictures from Dropbox as well. Another thing I appreciated was that Edwin only sent the best shots from the night. He did not send a lot of repetitive shots which made it easy to decide which ones to develop. He captured a full range of pictures ranging from group photos, pictures of all the speakers, and candid photos of us and guests. I didn’t get a chance to introduce Edwin to our important family members before the party, but he seemed to know who all the key people were and took the most pictures of them, which was wonderful. We highly recommend Edwin for wedding photography. He is talented, professional, and patient—all important traits in the person you are trusting to capture your special day. He captured our wedding party in a beautiful and thoughtful way and we will be happy to look at his pictures for years to come.

His package is affordable, flexible and reasonable. Edwin was professional and easy to work with. He made us very comfortable in front of camera. I really like how he came up different ideas of posing. His use of natural light and photo journalistic style are what I am looking for. On the wedding day, Edwin and his assistant showed up early, and captured all the shots we wanted. Some of my family members like my grant parents can't speak English, and it really helped that Edwin speak Cantonese. Two weeks after our wedding, he delivered our photo and they are so beautiful.
