Measurements. Then they suddenly move location to Bayshore and apparently the forgot to finish my dress. Alterations were poorly made They left the dress too long and I can barely walk with the dress. They left the sleeves hem unfinished basically it was baste and worst of all one of the seamstress stain the silk slip with the steamer and I found out 2 days later. Renato try to remove the stain by himself instead of take it to a laundry and when I received the dress it still have stains and look dirty. I have to return twice because of all the inconveniences and make a full inspection of the dress before leaving since I don’t trust their work anymore. Finally I manage to take the silk slip to a laundry that specializes in wedding dresses and they removed the stain completely. I request Renato to pay for the laundry service and he agree. By far the worst experience during my whole wedding planning was with my wedding dress alterations at this place. Stay away of this place.

orrellas took amazing care of us and very importantly, showed us everything within our budget (unlike other sales associates at other boutiques which would show us dresses that were completely out of our budget). She was so honest and nice!! And understood exactly what I wanted, which I cannot say about the "leading Miami bridal boutique."
I can 100% honestly say that my experience at Chernaya was significantly better than anywhere else.

, but my wedding was in Miami, and was in Miami about 10 months in advance scouting out rehearsal dinner options. I decided to look in Miami for dresses and went to Chic Parisian and Chernaya. Getting my dress from Chernaya Bridal House was the BEST decision I made! Their selection of bridal gowns are the most exquisite works of art you have ever seen, straight off the runway - the most high-end luxurious gowns. The quality of Chernaya's staff and customer service experience is absolutely incredible. The staff is so friendly and talented. They are all artists. They are not pushy or salesy and truly care about helping you find your dream fairytale dress and feel like the most beautiful and confident version of yourself. They entire team went above and beyond to take care of me and make me feel like a queen. My mom and I immediately fell in love with Renato. He is an extremely talented and knowledgeable artist - both a designer and tailor. He is so passionate about bridal gowns and works MAGIC! He can do anything you want to enhance any of the dresses and make it YOUR bridal gown! Each dress I tried on, he customized to my body, pinning it perfectly, and listened and helping talk me through each gown, and guided me to chose the perfect gown for me. I told him what I was looking for, my price range, my venue, and some gowns I liked from NYC, he listened and pulled the most extraordinary beautiful gowns that blew my mind and expectations. I fell in love with all of them and he patiently putt up with my going back and forth on my decision and ultimately helped me chose THE ONE. My dress was a DREAM!!! The most beautiful gown I have ever seen and a huge part of this was their alterations! They tailored it PERFECTLY to my body through several sessions and custom made this to my body. I felt like the most beautiful bride and left in tears because I was so happy and loved their staff so much! Everything came in on time and they worked with me to fit in all my appointment times, etc. Honestly, I can not say enough great things about Chernaya! There was zero stress and they take care of everything and even come to your wedding to help you get in and out of your dress and in case of onsite tailoring! Dont waste your time anywhere else. Its worth every penny!!!

Andrea was who assisted us that first day and she was a huge help throughout the entire fitting process. Renato always made me feel beautiful and helped find the most perfect veil for my dress. All the seamstresses were so sweet and helpful and the dress fit me perfectly after they worked their magic. and I could share that special moment together. I almost didn't go to Chernaya because I thought the selection would be out of my budget (~6k) but I'm glad I was wrong! This was by far the best experience wedding dress shopping that I had. Priscilla was so sweet, genuine and funny - my mom and I had an instant connection with her. Our appointment ending up lasting 3 hours! At no point did I feel rushed or pressured which is key. She even styled my hair in a loose up-do so I would have an idea of what the dress would really look like on my big day. They stayed within our budget and showed me some fabulous dresses. I went to all of the main Miami places (Chic Parisien, Ever After) and even a bunch of boutiques in NYC - I have to say Chernaya was my favorite experience by far. I ended up buying my wedding dress from Chernaya and could not be happier! My advice to all Miami brides is to definitely come here and try on dresses!

the boutique we realized that this was not your typical bridal shop. The dresses on the showroom floor were impeccable and breathtaking! We had made an appointment beforehand and the experience felt SO personal. Pricilla, the manager, helped us the whole time and she was so knowledgeable and sweet. You can tell she really cares about her clients and the happiness of the bride! I felt so special! She picked out different styles for me to try on initially and that helped guide us. I fell in LOVE with the third dress I tried on and this is the one I ultimately picked! It's beyond anything I could have ever imagined.. so classy and elegant (sexy too!). The whole team at Chernaya are all so nice and accommodating. I can already tell that working with them for the fittings will be a pleasure. They are very meticulous and take great care into the alterations/getting the perfect fit for each bride. I feel so blessed to have found this place!! It's a truly wonderful experience. Also, please note: My sister and I visited one more shop the next morning (a shop in the Gables that is pretty popular, and we already had the appointment set). The experience did not even compare or hold a candle to our experience at Chernaya. We then returned to Chernaya an hour later to try on more dresses and ultimately say YES to my favorite all along. I found the salon because I had been looking for a certain designer, Angel Sanchez, and their corporate office said they would be selling their line at Chernaya, so I was thrilled when they had the exact dress I was looking for. I received a CRAZY amount of compliments, saying it was the most beautiful and unique dress people had ever seen- and that it was you will get a Chernaya - unique pieces that haven't been seen before, amazing customer service by Priscilla, Pete, and Renato, and their sweet and talented seemstresses who are such perfectionist they won't let you leave until every single detail is right. I can't thank this salon enough and am so thankful I found them for my wedding!!!

Chernaya carries the most amazing designers that I never knew I could find in Miami. Their service was incredible and their attention to detail was amazing. I was the only bride in the store from the start to the end of my appointment! Priscilla, Kasey, and Renato were incredibly knowledgable and they each made this experience one that I will never forget! It truly was the magical experience that I was waiting for! I highly recommend Chernaya to every bride!

Coral Gables. After going to Chic Parisien and a few others in the area in the morning - I was starting to panic! My experiences were not what I was expecting. Quickly being thrown into a room and then rushed and no one was really listening to me. So my mom called Chernaya and they had an open appointment that afternoon. We made our way to the Design District in Miami and we blown away. The bridal suite is simply amazing. The decor alone and this was the first place we were offered something to drink (it's the little things). We started out giving Priscilla (who is incredible) ideas and then she explores the store giving you lots of options and then you head to the room to try on. It works great as you are behind the curtain with Priscilla and your guests are right outside. They do the big reveal - it was the first place where I actually felt like a bride and not a just a customer. We found the dress! Priscilla and Pete are a great team and gave opinions when asked. They also stayed within my budget of $6k. I couldn't be happier with the experience!

Not only was the entire team warm and inviting (and the boutique itself...stunning), they were the consummate professionals. For them, it was a concentrated focus on the experience and the excitement…and genuinely helping me. There was no added pressure or ticking clocks. I was blown away by their selection, expertise, listening ears and discerning eyes -- just as much (if not more) as I was their hospitality. Ultimately, I found my dress at Chernaya and the process has continued to be one of the most seamless and rewarding. I look forward to recommending this beautiful boutique to friends and family. amily in Florida kept raving about Chernaya and how I just had to check it out so I did while I was in Florida one weekend - thank goodness I listened because I FOUND MY DRESS! It was completely unexpected because I planned to "just look" to get a better idea of what I wanted. Chernaya opened early for my mom, my aunt, and myself and the entire staff was extremely attentive and kind from start to finish. I worked with Priscilla in particular, who I absolutely loved and connected with right away. She listened to what I was looking for and the first dress she pulled is what I fell in love with! However, I wanted to make some adjustments, so Priscilla even contacted the designer to see if it was possible before we purchased, instead of simply "yesing" me. I was truly not expecting such a wonderful, attentive, pleasant experience - I did not feel rushed or like I was just another bride. I felt like the entire staff truly wanted me happy and gave their honest opinions and advice. We even celebrated with champagne when I said yes to the dress! I would recommend Chernaya to anyone - they have gorgeous dresses (that were not priced ridiculously for couture), wonderful staff, and a beautiful space.
