Hello, My name is Madison Ronzio, I just had my wedding here September 7, 2019. I have to say that I was EXTREMELY disappointed by the staff members and those who are upholding the castle. Donna, in particular was very rude not only to me, my family, and guests. I understand that Tweet wanted preserve this gorgeous place for nature and for others to admire forever, but you can do it in a kinder way. I’m not really sure how people are trained to maintain the grounds, but I would advise a training on how to work with people. Especially those who are spending SO much money to rent out this beautiful space. You can maintain, preserve, and upkeep without being unkind and disrespectful. Unfortunately I will never recommend this venue and actually discourage people from it because of your team.

Having our wedding at Cherokee Ranch & Castle was truly a dream come true!!! If you are looking for a unique and magical wedding venue with a spectacular view of the mountains, look no further! From the moment my husband and I stepped onto the Castle grounds, we knew it was the most perfect venue for our wedding reception. We had a destination wedding with guests coming from far and wide (many of which hadn't been to Denver before). Having our reception here provided our guests with a gorgeous Colorado setting like no other! The grounds, the historical artifacts and spectacular views are all incredible. Isabelle Kline was our wedding planner but also served as our point of contact at Cherokee. She went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding was beyond perfect. Despite weather complications and traffic delays, Isabelle and the Cherokee team ensure that everything went off without a hitch. Our guests adored the venue and I highly recommend it (and Isabelle) for your wedding!

We had our Mendhika here and it was very, very nice. The weather was clear and the temperature was not too hot. The staff at the Castle are very professional, the food was excellent, and the bar staff was top notch. One of the perks of this location is the various photography options that can be had. We took some beautiful pics looking out over the valley from the parking area on on the lower terrace. If you want to have a outdoor Colorado location without having to traipse into the mountains, this is the spot for you!

We hosted our wedding at Cherokee and it was spectacular! We received many compliments on just how beautiful the venue is. Surprisingly enough we found the venue through a friend who had attended a wedding there. The venue makes for great pictures which meant a lot to us. The venue rental fee and requirements was fair and easy to navigate but the perk was Isabelle Kline and Company. Her and her staff took it to the next level. So knowledgeable, professional, and talented which made our dream wedding come perfectly together. We received top qualify service! In our view Cherokee Ranch & Castle was the best venue we could have had for our wedding in Colorado and serviced by a dream team! A more than well deserved five star rating.

Our wedding at Cherokee Castle was absolutely amazing! Every aspect of it, from the beautiful venue, to Isabelle & her wonderful staff! Our guests were treated like family and they can’t stop talking about it! Our fairytale has come true in one of the most beautiful places in Colorado! Happily ever after...

We absolutely loved our wedding venue and continue to receive compliments about this beautiful place. Our only complaint is related to their alcohol policy and the pricing associated with the alcohol. The tent is also a little loud when everyone is talking under it during the reception.

My husband and I just got married at Cherokee Ranch & Castle this June and we couldn't be happier with our choice! It hit everything on our check list! First off, the location is just stunning. It sold us the moment we visited. The breath taking mountain views, serenity, beautiful white tent, and historical castle are straight out of a fairy tale. Second, the remote but close location to Denver gave us the feel of being in the mountains without driving it (this was great for our out of town guests). Third, Having the entire place & staff to ourselves on wedding day was such a gift. It made our wedding feel so intimate. Fourth, the castle gives you the flexibility to make the day all your own. We were able to pick our caterer, beverages, rentals, ceremony and reception locations, back up plans, and the start and end time of our wedding. Finally, The staff are AWESOME. I can't say enough kind things about Isabelle and the castle team. They were so helpful along the way. Thank you to all at Cherokee Castle & Ranch!

As mother of a recent bride, I am honored to give the Cherokee Ranch & Castle a 5-star review for being a remarkable wedding venue. It was everything we hoped for, and more!! Our bride & groom toured multiple Colorado venues, but fell in love with Cherokee Ranch & Castle the first time they saw it! We all felt so fortunate to work with Isabelle Kline, Cherokee Castle Event Manager, who made sure every detail was absolute perfection! It is hard to summarize how special our daughter’s wedding was, and the memories that we made which will last a lifetime. The Cherokee Ranch and Castle was an ideal destination for our guests who traveled from 11 States to attend. Here are a just a few reasons why my husband and myself sincerely recommend the Cherokee Ranch & Castle: • The Castle is historical, picturesque, private, and surrounded by the natural beauty of Colorado. • We were treated like “Royalty” by the Cherokee Castle staff and felt like we were part of a “fairy tale” come true. • Isabelle Kline & her talented staff provided impeccable coordination, so we could simply enjoy the whole day. • The dressing rooms for Bridesmaids & Groomsmen were pure luxury. The transportation was flawless and there were ample restrooms for all our guests. • The Ceremony sight overlooking the mountain range was spectacular, and the lighted white tent was pure elegance. • Cocktail hour was such a treat with 2 bars, and multiple kind & helpful docents sharing the history of the Castle while guests had freedom to roam…what a treat! • The Security guards were both non-discreet and professional. • To top it off the pricing was reasonable. We even had flexibility with the timeline & ability to extend reception time. • There were so many private & unique areas for photos. • We appreciated the private room where the entire Bridal party witnessed the signing of Marriage Certificate…what a pleasant surprise! • We enjoyed the most delicious food from Biscuits & Berries catering…and of course the Voodoo donuts were a hit! Every single approved vendor was stellar in our book. • Isabelle Kline even made sure there was flexibility with alcohol order…even during the reception! • All in all, the whole day flowed seamlessly…the Mother & Father of the Bride had No worries the whole day and can’t thank the Cherokee Castle & Ranch enough for all that they offer!!!

We just got married here on 5/27/18 and it was AMAZING! Gorgeous venue, amazing staff and the venue was perfect! Could not have had a more perfect day at a more perfect location!!

Finding the right venue for our destination wedding was crucial. We toured every venue through the eyes of our guests and without a doubt Cherokee blew us away. There was so much to see and take part from the moment you drove in. I can go on and on about the castle, the history but the view is truly jaw dropping and takes your breath away. Once in this magnificent century old castle you feel like you are in another world. We honestly felt so honored to have found this location and that we were able to create such a flawless wedding. We also were very, very lucky to have planned with one of the best planners you can only dream of Isabelle Kline. She takes the time to help the castle but she is also there if you need her and she makes sure of it along with her amazing staff. She is worth gold and her and her staff went above and beyond. The opportunities are endless at this venue. I wish we still lived in Colorado but now we have even more the reason to come and visit and reminisce at Cherokee. You will not regret hosting ANY event here! I would give it 100 stars if I could!!!

Our late September wedding at the Cherokee Ranch & Castle was absolutely breathtaking. The view is absolutely spectacular and had every guest in awe. If you are looking for a romantic and intimate setting that encompasses all Colorado has to offer this is the place! The staff at Cherokee went above and beyond to accommodate our needs while planning, as well as the day of the wedding. We absolutely made the best decision on our venue! If you decide to book your wedding here I would highly recommend having Isabelle Kline help you with the planning and flowers, she is amazing in every way and took all of the stress out of planning and made our day magical!

We had our wedding at Cherokee Ranch and Castle, and I cannot imagine getting married anywhere else. From the moment we first saw the castle, we knew it was our venue. It is so magical, with the amazing views, and with all the lights on the castle at night. We haven't received our photos yet, but I know the castle was the perfect backdrop.

This place has terrible service. I can't even get someone to call or e-mail me back and I've been trying for 2 weeks!

The venue defines the wedding. Lucky for us, we found the most spectacular wedding venue in all of Colorado. Cherokee Ranch and Castle is the perfect balance of history, beauty, character, views and convenience. It truly lives up to its tag line as "the realm of the extraordinary." We had originally wanted to have our Colorado-themed wedding in the mountains. We started our search in Estes Park. After a while, we realized anything there or anywhere else in the mountains would become an unintentional destination wedding for us and our guests. We decided to begin looking closer to home in Southern Denver. I had an epiphany one day about the beautiful property I had been to for a tea many years ago and wondered if they did weddings. Sure enough, that property, Cherokee Ranch, did, and at an extremely reasonable price. We learned of the Castle's fascinating history, of Tweet and all her character, of the building's beautiful art and architecture, etc. However, what absolutely sold us was the VIEW. The moment we saw the sweeping, gorgeous views from Pikes Peak to Denver, we were sold. We booked immediately. Ultimately, we could not have chosen a more perfect venue for our Colorado-themed wedding. Anasa Shank, the wedding and event coordinator, was extremely helpful throughout the whole planning process, and she acted as an excellent on-site coordinator on the day of the wedding. We really enjoyed working with her. All of our guests ended up raving about the tours, the views and the naturalistic beauty of the Castle. Many said it was the most spectacular view in all of Colorado. (We couldn't have agreed more!) We also had plenty of spaces and opportunities for truly breathtaking photos. (Including unrivaled sunset photos!) If you want a reasonably-priced venue full of character, beauty and charm (and one AMAZING view), look no further. Cherokee Ranch and Castle is truly "the realm of the extraordinary."

The Castle was the perfect venue for us! Most importantly, it helps when the venue staff works well with the wedding planner! Anasa and Isabelle Kline made it all happen at the Castle. You just cannot get enough of the spectacular views and the richness of the wildlife in the area. The docents took their time touring our guests throughout the Castle during the cocktail hour, and everyone was just plain friendly. This venue is rich in Douglas County history, and we will definitely be going back for a private event!

The vistas are amazing and the ambiance was perfect for my rehearsal dinner. Anasa Shank was awesome to work with.

An absolutely stunning venue, however lots restrictions.

I loooved the location of Cherokee Ranch and all my guests had a great time. At the end of the day, I don't think I would have done anything different. The rules and restrictions are high at this venue, however, and they don't budge on anything. Also, beware of the alcohol restrictions as they will keep any extra alcohol you order. Overall, it's a beautiful venue and makes for a beautiful wedding day with a few headaches along the way.

My husband and I recently got married here and I have to say, everything about our experience was perfect. We looked at probably 20 different wedding venues but nothing compared to the Castle. Linda was very helpful and worked with us on every last detail. The setting is beautiful, both inside and outside the Castle. We are so happy we were able to have our ceremony here!

Of course, I would say that this venue is 5 stars. My wedding was amazing there. The castle is a great place to show off the Rocky Mountains without making guests pay a lot and stay in the mountains. The venue can hold a ton of people and give them space to explore. It is a bit pricey but the services are great!

Cherokee Ranch and Caste is the most beautiful place! The story that the castle holds is a perfect place to start your own life story! The setting, the views, the castle itself, the nostalgia, the staff, everything was amazing! Tanya was our event co-ordinator for the Castle and was almost like having your own wedding co-ordinator, and we couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with in pulling our wedding together!

I couldn't have asked for a better day everything was perfect, everyone was so helpful and made sure that I have very little to do on my big day.

We knew about Cherokee through friends and family, what a hidden gem in the metro area! The setting bascially acts as decoration for you - views from Downtown to Pikes Peak, a castle to tour and a great tent set up during the warm months. The staff were fantastic and all our guests loved touring the space.

Beautiful site. Incredible views, and also a spectacular one of a kind location.;They constantly changed the rules and wedding coordinators even after you book with them and give a deposit. Children were allowed and tours were free when we booked with them, but 4 months before the wedding they said no free tours allowed anymore and absolutely no children unless in the wedding party.

We had the best of both worlds - beautiful scenery and a magnificant building. Our venue showcased the beauty of Colorado with breathtaking views of the mountains. The castle itself was so unique - people loved touring through it.;The ceremony cite is completely outdoors and uncovered. If it rains, as it often does in Colorado summers, your plan B is to have the ceremony in the reception tent. This would then only give your caterers a short time to set up you tables for the reception.
