hly. Alison is an amazing coordinator and her staff is also wonderful. I barely needed to bring decor with the coordinator package, which was a nice piece of mind when planning, preparing and packing things up after our big day. I also booked the in house florist, and shared a Pinterest board with Alison as I was not picky on my flowers. She did an amazing job and but those together better than I could’ve hoped for. The rest of my vendors were pretty much all of Alison’s recommendations, and my husband, guests and I could not have been happier. We had all great compliments on the food, entertainment, and how amazingly attentive Alison was. Thinking back on the day, I wish I could relive it, but it also leaves me so speechless as we could not have asked for anything to be different. For a day celebrating our love I am beyond relieved by how perfect our day was, and we owe so much credit to Alison and her Cherry Barc Farm’s staff! With Alison’s help, our wedding went smooth and so stress free. We also did our flowers through Alison and they turned out AMAZING.

isit any other venues, this was my dream. The beautiful old barn, ceremony area with a stunning backdrop of trees, an apple orchard and of corse cute animals! There was nothing more I could of wanted. I choose to hire Alison as my day of coordinator and would do it 100 times over. She made everything leading up to the wedding a breeze and the day of I had no stresses. She saw my vision and executed it perfectly. Even her 2 beautiful daughters were out there helping set up. So many complaments where givin on how focused everyone was and how great they worked. I loved working with Alison so much I wish I lived closer so I could join her company and work with her all the time. If you are looking for a beautiful well maintained barn venue I would over and over again suggest Cherry Barc Farm!

Once our balance was paid off, whenever I called with questions, the communication went downhill. I would sometimes not get a response for 48 hours, if at all. The day of the wedding we also needed help with WiFi communication due to trying to stream it, and ended up having the ceremony prolonged by 30 minutes because we could not get answers from Alison. The venue is beautiful and the wedding was beautiful, however I know that Alison is also a planner and we got no support or answers in a timely manner. I feel like our needs were not treated with the same urgency and pushed aside because we did not use her planning services. Day of, her worries seemed more aligned toward her bartender rather than the wedding at hand. Furthermore, we brought in a keg and put it off to the side where guests could see it, and Alison and the bartender put it behind the bar where no one could see it nor did they inform guests that we had one and it resulted in only 3 glasses being drunk from it and we lost $127 from it. In conclusion, if you need help with a lot of details and hire the host as a planner, this is the perfect venue. If you're planning your own, lots of communication lines will need to be opened beforehand (which we did not anticipate). Overall their wedding was beautiful, just make sure you pay attention to detail.

r and everything went so beautifully. From setting up to tearing down, she did absolutely everything for us. She answered my late night texts when I would wake up with ideas, and when I came up with some pretty wild decor ideas she went with the flow and made it happen. The barn itself is GORGEOUS. I'm not a country girl and despised the thought of a rustic wedding, however Alison sold us on the barn and made it the furthest thing from rustic for our wedding dreams. The guests loved it. Included in our package was a Photo Booth and bartending services (as well as so much more) and it was definitely a hit. I seriously don't think I can recommend Cherry Barc and Alison enough. I've been screaming it from the rooftops since my wedding and will continue doing so forever.

ded. The barn itself is gorgeous and the grounds are an added bonus. A list of recommended vendors is available but you can bring anyone in, which we loved. However, the vendors we used off their page ended up being phenomenal as well! You can bring in a wedding coordinator but there is absolutely no need because Alison is top notch! She's been doing it long enough and knows the ins and outs of her own venue so everything ended up looking amazing and turned out perfect. I didn't have to worry about a thing which made the whole experience unbelievably easy!

She answered all hundred question I had for her, and she was so easy to get a hold of. The week of the wedding she made sure all of my vendors were on the same page, which was great to have that off my mind. As my wedding coordinator I was able to send her ideas of how I would like my decorations. When myself and my wedding party got to the barn I was blown away with how beautiful the decor turned out! Alison was so tentative to me and my girls while we got ready, it was abnormally hot for September so she made sure we had fans and plenty of water. During my reception we had a few little hiccups with one of my other vendors and Alison made sure everything was taken care of so I do not have to even think about it. We have received so many compliments about house beautiful our wedding was and how friendly Alison was to all of our guests. I can not say enough good things about Cherry Barc Farm and Alison.

The highlights of Cherry Barc Farm compared to other area wedding barns include a competitive price, real bathrooms (stalls, running water, handicap accessibility), farm animals, an outdoor ceremony area (with no tear down required between ceremony and reception), and of course Alison herself! The barn rental comes with tables, wooden chairs, and twinkle lighting already hung, giving a great backdrop for your individual decoration. The outdoor setting is gorgeous, and includes a great location for sunset photos.

easy! The ceremony location was wide open and beautiful, while the reception was large enough to fit 150 people, yet still feel romantic/cozy. 100% would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a barn wedding!

is just absolutely gorgeous all the way around. Once we got engaged I dreamed of having a barn wedding, Cherry Barc Farm was the first and ONLY venue we looked into and once I saw it, I was sold. Alison is so incredibly genuine and caring, she responds to any questions you might have in a timely manner. I didn't have the chance to meet her husband until the day of our wedding but even then he too was incredibly helpful.
