I paid the full amount of more than $15000 to this vendor. My daughter's wedding was canceled due to early Covid restrictions. This company has yet to refund my full amount though ...their business has been back to normal for almost two years. They pretty much want me to give up my refund claim. My advice to other future clients is never to pay the full amount to this vender until the whole event is done.
