My husband and I cannot thank cherry brand designs and their team enough for putting together our beautiful winter wonderland floral arrangements from our wedding. The flowers were beautiful and fresh! From the centerpieces, bouquets and all the unique touches. Joanne really got our picture of what we wanted , the colors , the different flowers, the whole theme and answered all our questions and more!! Their team set up our ceremony flowers and refurnished them for our sweetheart table. You cannot go wrong with that! And a plus is that they’re so friendly and reasonable! TLDR: Beautiful, fresh flowers take a well-organized team! The Cherry Brandy team was just that, and they executed perfectly. The Deets: It was so easy to work with this team! I loved our consultation, that's where everything came together. It was collaborative and generative, giving my husband and I the chance to be a part of the process while learning about what would be in season to execute our vision. We wanted simple but lush florals and greens for our wedding. The venue itself was so beautiful that we really just wanted to complement it and bring in some forest-y magic. The CBD team listened to this vision and worked with me to realize it seasonally and in-budget. On our wedding day I can only assume everything went perfectly because it all looked beautiful to me! Everything was done with great attention and felt so organized (especially upon packup the next day!). I had brought a ton of vintage bottles to use for our centerpieces groupings. CBD treated them with care and were able to utilize so many of what I had brought, with a number of the extras being placed around the venue to help accent the space. I cannot say enough nice things about JoAnne and her team. From our first phone call I could tell that we would be taken care of. JoAnne was able to tell us exactly how to create our vision within our budget and everything she said came to light. But more importantly, I was able to call JoAnne the day before my wedding during a flash flood asking for help with an arch that my venue could no longer provide due to the weather. JoAnne sprang into action and had something for us the next day. The weather ended up turning out, but their ability to have something just in case made me feel so much more comfortable. I couldn't recommend them enough!

JoAnn and her team are amazing. Easy to work with and delivered beautiful flowers. I added a last minute ceremony piece and left it in their hands and it did not disappoint. JoAnn and her team were phenomenal to work with. On the day of the girls arrived promptly and set up everything quickly, as well as repurposed the arch to decorate our sweetheart, cake, and card/gift table. Everything looked really beautiful. As for JoAnn herself, I don't know where to begin. Brides - as you know florals are VERY expensive, and JoAnn provided us our centerpieces, bouquets, boutonniere, aisle and arch decor for a very reasonable price. As mentioned, she told me on our first call she would repurpose the ceremony arch garland and flowers to use on our sweetheart table instead of trying to charge me for an additional piece. Last minute, I realized I did not have an arch for the garland and she rented me one for a reasonable price as well. She also changed the date for us to go up to look at the centerpieces and finalize our order because it was the weekend of my bridal shower. She was so accommodating, but also very kind throughout this whole process, providing me with reassurance when I got stressed and listened to all of my concerns when I was overwhelmed. In the end, she followed through on everything she promised, and did so with a genuine warmth and love in her heart for the work she does. JoAnn and her designers were such a pleasure to work with! They were able to take my ideas and create the most beautiful arrangements. As someone who loves plants and flowers, I felt that what they created was beyond my expectations. Being able to meet with them in their studio and see the centerpieces beforehand was also extremely helpful! When my husband and I went, their warm and down-to-earth nature made it a pleasant and fun experience. In addition, the high quality of the flowers they used clearly showed as my bouquet still looked pristine the day after the wedding. I recently got married on 07/15/23 and used Cherry Brandy Designs for my florals. Joanne was absolutely amazing start to finish. From our first conversation on the phone I could tell how passionate she was about her work. I didn't have much of a vision for florals other than liking white and greenery and Joanne dreamt up the absolute perfect vision for us and our venue. She also created the most detailed proposal including my inspiration photos, color scheme, and break down of the different flowers she would use. Joanne was very responsive via email throughout the entire process. From the arbor, to the tables, to the bouquets, everything was absolutely stunning. She even stayed to repurpose the arbor flowers to be used at our sweetheart table at the reception. I cannot recommend Cherry Brandy Designs enough!

Cherry Brandy Designs provided beautiful flowers/greenery for our wedding venue. They set up the outdoor decor on the arch for our ceremony, set up all reception table decor and also decorated our cake the day of the wedding. Our daughter was married on September 1, 2019, and we had hired JoAnn as our wedding planner. From the beginning we knew we were in very capable hands, and it seemed to truly be a match made in heaven! The wedding went perfectly, right down to the very last detail. One of it's most beautiful aspects were the flowers - from the arrangements both inside and outside the venue, where the ceremony took place, to the flowers for the bride and groom and their bridal parties, as well as those for the members of the immediate families. They were not just simply beautiful - they were gorgeous, totally freshly cut, in keeping with the season and the color scheme, very well constructed and expertly arranged. The compliments flowed throughout the entire wedding as to how magnificent they were! And, of the two arrangements that I took home after the wedding, many of the flowers lasted for another month when placed in water. Working with Joann and Heidi was a truly wonderful experience. When we began talking about flowers, we had no idea what we wanted. I basically saved a hundred pins on Pinterest of things i thought looked cool - i do not have an eye for floral decor. We talked to Joann in the very beginning, and her ability to translate my rambling into an actual flower proposal was incredible. JoAnn was my saving grace during my wedding last weekend. When I learned my father had been diagnosed with terminal cancer and if I wanted him to be there to walk me down the aisle, I would need to plan a wedding in 2 months. The first day I met JoAnn, I told her my story and she let me sob my eyes out in her office. I believe everything happens for a reason and God sent me to JoAnn that day because he knew I needed her, even when I did not. Joann and her designer did an amazing job with flowers arrangements for our wedding. I wanted something organic looking and a little moody - I gave her some images of what I was looking for... changed my mind 20 times, and she was so accommodating and gave me exactly the look I was going for. I also wanted to provide the vases for the table arrangements and she never said boo to anything. I also wanted minimal flowers on chairs during the ceremony and was limited in budget - she worked with me on some suggestions to decrease cost and everything turned out looking perfect. I had a great experience!

From the first phone call we had with JoAnn, we knew she was the perfect florist for our August wedding at Onteora Mountain House. I didn’t know much about flower names, but I knew my style vision. JoAnn listened, offered advice, and shared in my excitement. Her attitude wasn’t fake like some other vendors I had encountered, and she didn’t try to upsell me to run up my bill. We ordered my bridal bouquet, 9 bridesmaid bouquets, 13 boutonnieres, 1 corsage, 3 ceremony arrangements with vases and columns, scattered rose petals, submerged arrangements with floating candles for various stations, 15 centerpieces, and a garland for the sweetheart table. On the wedding day, I was ecstatic to find that my vision had turned to reality, because Cherry Brandy listened, understood, and followed through. Everything was beautiful! We recommend them to all couples in the area.

My wedding is still 37 days away but I have to leave a review. The past year of planning my wedding has been insane - I have been through probably more than most brides will. But, I have to say that JoAnn has been the one person who has gone above and beyond to keep me sane. Not only is she an incredible florist, she has become a really great friend. With most vendors, you talk at your consultation, when a payment is due and at your final confirmation. JoAnn is different - she checks in with me every few weeks to see how I'm feeling, how I'm doing and if there is anything she help with - above and beyond from the flowers. She has driven 45 minutes to meet me close to home so that I didn't have to go far for all of our meetings. She has given me tips and advice on so many different aspects of my wedding planning and everything that she has told me.. she's been 100% right about! She knows this business and the ins and outs of the industry. It's like having someone on the inside to tell you what's worth the money and what isn't, what's worth the stress and what's worth just letting go. She is more than a florist - she is a wedding planner, confidant, voice of reason and a truly genuine person. JoAnn - I simply can not thank you enough for all of your continued love and support throughout this journey. Thank you a million times over!!!! If you don't go with JoAnn you will be disappointed. I have OCD and I researched every single vendor within 100 miles of the Hudson Valley - NY, NJ, PA, CT, etc. I met with a dozen of them and priced out more than half of them. No one's quality, price and character even compare to CBD. Stop wasting your time researching everyone else and go with JoAnn! You get well beyond your money's worth and you will not be disappointed!

Cherry Brandy Designs did the flowers for our ceremony and reception, and working with JoAnn was such a planner. A wedding planner by trade, she saw a gap in the floral industry as far as the service provided and what is generally required by most brides - and decided to fill it herself. And she goes above and beyond, meeting with us twice and putting together a whole prospectus of what we chose - which includes pictures to give you an idea of what she's thinking. It's so helpful to get that visual and make sure you're all on the same page. Everything was on time, and the flowers lasted beautifully all day - thank you for doing such a great job!

Working with Joann and her team at cherry brandy designs was a fantastic experience. Not only was she such a calming person to settle differences between my daughter and I, her ideas were fantastic. We used her for flowers, candy bar and lighting behind the sweetheart table. Everything was absolutely stunning. Cannot say enough nice things about our experience with Joann!

Our wedding flowers came out beautifully!

I was so pleased to see our flowers when they came in the morning of the wedding. They were so beautiful and we got a handful of compliments on them. I live out of state and had only had one chance to look at flower options in person. Cherry Brand Designs did a great job taking our changes and suggestions into account. They will also repurpose your flowers from the ceremony to the reception venue which is a great way to save money.

Let me begin by saying that the start of our wedding day was chaos. Several of the people in the bridal party were not where they were suppose to be when they were suppose to be there. We was unable to meet the girls who dropped off the flowers but my matron of honor did. She said they were nice and happy. The bouquets were delivered with vases and water to the Inn and the table settings were delivered to our venue on time and in perfect condition. The flowers were beautiful. The way JoAnn arranged them was exactly what I wanted. We had yellow sunflowers, red daisies, orange ranunculus and white freesias and some greenery. The colors were so balanced, the flower sizes compliments each other with the sunflowers being just large enough to take center stage but so not large that they overwhelmed the arrangements and the bouquets themselves were the perfect size. JoAnn is super nice and awesome to work with. We spoke to her on the phone and through email and she was always quick to answer questions and was very flexible. When I changed my mind about one flower choice and was unsure what to replace it with she suggested the freesias and they were perfect. We've received so many compliments on the flowers and even now when showing people photos they tell me they love the flowers. We highly recommend JoAnn and her team for any of your floral needs. They do professional work, they care about the customer and their products show this dedication. If we ever need a florist in the future we will definitely call JoAnn!

I had absolutely no reason to doubt JoAnn and Cherry Brandy Designs when I booked them as my flower vendor in February for my June 10, 2017 wedding. They had rave reviews and beautiful pictures, and JoAnn was incredibly accommodating. However, I had a low budget (which JoAnn was willing to work with me on) and every picture I sent them was straight from Pinterest—certainly there was no way the flowers I would pick up for my wedding day could be as amazing as the pictures I sent JoAnn for inspiration. But WOW, did JoAnn and her ladies deliver! My bouquet was, quite honestly, the most beautiful bridal bouquet I have ever seen, and was even MORE stunning than the Pinterest images I had sent over! The bridesmaids bouquets, smaller version of mine, were just as beautiful, as were the pew bouquets that we hung at the church. The buckets of eucalyptus and greens for the table runners (which we picked up and put together ourselves the day before the wedding to save money) were lush and plentiful. Throughout my entire experience in working with JoAnn, she was always quick to respond and super flexible and accommodating of my every need. Everyone at Cherry Brandy Designs is incredibly talented... I cannot recommend them enough!

The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Every detail was exactly as we hoped! The chapel was gorgeous and the flowers were then reused at the cocktail hour room - the only vendor that offered to move them. The reception looked amazing as well! We truly could not have asked for a better florist!

I was BEYOND impressed with the work that Cherry Brandy Designs did for our wedding!!! IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! The colors were perfect for our November wedding, and Joann and her team set up the bouquets and centerpieces effortlessly. They worked with me until I found the perfect centerpiece dish. (I can be picky to work with at times and their customer service and patience with me endless!!) They took their time to make me happy with the individual bouquets (because I had a lot of bridesmaids) helped me figure out what would look best with my overall color scheme and made me STRESS FREE!!! Once I talked to them, I felt at ease. Flowers are such a big part of your wedding day, they are all you dream about when you are a little girl. AND I HAD exactly that!!!My guests were THRILLED and couldn't stop talking about them!!! HIGHLY recommend them!!!

The service and care I received from cherry brandy designs was amazing. They took their time to get to know me and what I really envisioned for my day. My bouquets and center pieces were more then I could've asked for. We received compliments the whole day on our arrangements and color scheme and our pictures came out stunning. We were incredibly pleased and grateful for all their efforts and time spent.

I probably wasn't the typical bride with a specific direction of the flower decor (I don't know flower names and I had no desire about specific colors) but just with a few minutes of talk and joann was able to put together beautiful pieces for my day! Everything was exactly what I envisioned and wanted. My favorite was the baby's breath accent decorations for the aisle way at the ceremony location and the garland decoration of the entrance staircase railing at the reception! Everything was beautiful!

Cherry Brandy Designs was the perfect choice for our Hudson Valley wedding. From the start, they were extremely responsive, and able to build on my ideas and make them come to life in ways more beautiful than I ever imagined! They worked within our budget and had lots of helpful hints for making the most out if. Highly recommended!

Very happy with our choice of JoAnn and Cherry Brandy Designs - bouquets were beautiful as was the basket for our flower girl and flower wreath for her hair. She made our centerpieces and some small accent pieces for the venue as well - very vibrant and colorful - incorporated everything we asked for into our flowers. Would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for flowers for their wedding.

Cherry Brandy exceeded our expectations in every way. JoAnn was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the process. A lot of other florists didn't get back to me with quotes or were generally difficult to communicate with, but we booked Cherry Brandy on the basis of their superior customer service. JoAnn encouraged me to send over ideas and never made me feel like I was asking too much or had too many questions, etc. At times, I wasn't sure what I wanted or had way too many ideas, but JoAnn worked with us to hone into what our vision was and she really, really got it perfectly! On the day of the wedding, the flowers were BEAUTIFUL!! They really exceeded our expectations and were a highlight of the day. We received so many compliments on them. The flowers were were super fresh and lasted well over a week after the wedding. Cherry Brandy was also accommodating in terms of budget and I never felt pushed to spend more, etc. All around - fantastic, 5 stars. I highly recommend Cherry Brandy Designs!

My wedding flowers were absolutely beautiful thanks to all of JoAnn and Heidi's hard work. I live in TX and my wedding was in NY, and they constantly worked with me, always making time. In fact, every time I came to NY prior to the wedding they brought me samples to show me to ensure I had exactly what I wanted for my wedding. The table arrangements were elegant- everything I had envisioned for our black tie wedding- and my and maid of honour's bouquets were absolutely gorgeous.
