Located in Cumming, GA, Cherry Street Taproom is a brewpub that distributes its products for public consumption. An ideal wedding venue, this unique destination is approximately 30 miles from Atlanta and is partnered with Rick Tanner's Grille & Bar. From humble beginnings as a homebrew business to a now-flourishing and fully-operational business, this establishment is a true success story. Cherry Street Taproom was recognized with the US Beer Open Grand National Champions award in 2017. Each year, their expert brewers come up with new and cutting edge products that shake up the market. The brewpub always has something new to try and the 25 taps are flowing regularly. Many of their beers have received accolades throughout the years, numbering from two to 14 or more annually. Wedding parties of up to 70 people will have the opportunity to rent Cherry Street Taproom for a variety of jovial occasions. After spending many years in the restaurant business, Rick Tanner started his own venture in 1986. This has since grown into the taproom where couples can hold festive gatherings today. Rick's children, Nick and Alisa, are proud to present this family business to clients as a place to celebrate the union of two people in love. Live music is allowed at the venue and dogs can attend events, subject to their staying on the canine-friendly patio. Tours of the brewery can be arranged and take place on Saturdays at three in the afternoon. Adding a nice perk, couples and guests can have take-home mementos in the form of craft beer from the taproom and restaurant. Alternatively, the brews can be found in a variety of partnered wholesalers. If couples are hosting additional events elsewhere, they can also take advantage of Cherry Street Taproom's catering services. The available packages can accommodate anywhere from five to 500 guests. These meals can be picked up or delivered with consideration to the client's preference.
