We had our reception here and everything turned out really well. We had a small bump in the road in the beggining because the wedding coordinator at the venue changed and therefore...
so did the details of our event. But the new coordinator was excellent and very detail oriented. The food is delicious and the facility is beautiful. The price was within our budget. Our guests also loved staying here and loved the indoor water park.
Amazingly secluded and away from all the craziness. It was the perfect spot for our first night together. Great food. Beautiful setting.
The wedding coordinator was great before the wedding during the planning. however, during our actual wedding, the regular coordinator was MIA and her replacement was not that great...
... things were not set up the way we requested. But CVL gets a 3 because the location is beautiful and AFFORDABLE!
I worked with Lynda to plan our reception at Cherry Valley Lodge. They were absolutely fantastic to work with in the months leading up to the wedding, as well as on the day of the ...
wedding! They made sure that all our needs were met (and then some!) and Lynda was a joy to work with. Our guests raved about the food, and the atmosphere was better than I could have imagined.
I would recommend Cherry Valley to any brides in the Columbus area!
The staff was so helpful throughout the entire process, and the location was picturesque. I am so happy I chose Cherry Valley Lodge.
Cherry Valley Lodge is beautiful! Just go to their website to see some of the pictures.;The reception areas are tucked away in the hotel. They are not right by the beautiful ou...
tdoor areas. When you're in a reception room, it's just like being in any hotel reception room. You have to walk out of the reception area and down a series of long corridors to go out to the outdoor pond/ waterfall area.
Cherry Valley Lodge was the perfect place to be married and hold a reception. We were able to get married on their gazebo over looking the pond with a waterfall in the background....
Guests had the option to stay in the hotel after the reception as well which made for a nice yet inexpensive get away. The food was tremendous, the ballroom was exquisite and our DJ (DJ Don) truly made the night one to remember. I couldn't have asked for anything more!
The Cherry Valley Lodge is a beautiful, very accomodating location. The staff was very attentive and everything went very smoothly. We had our ceremony in the lodge as well. It ...
also has a gorgeous garden/gazebo for outdoor ceremonies.;We didn't think the food was quite as good as we would have expected for the price but you have to use their catering company in their reception halls.
