We are so grateful to have had Cherrywood Strings as part of our wedding day. Brian was great to work with throughout the entire planning process, and I was so impressed with the wide variety of songs they were able to play for us. They did both our ceremony and cocktail hour music, and they sounded absolutely beautiful. They also provided our ceremony sound, which was so helpful as our venue did not have a built-in sound system. All of our ceremony sound was perfect, with no hiccups of any kind. They were amazing to work with and were incredible performers! So glad to have had them as part of our day.
Cherrywood String Ensembles made our wedding day feel truly special. From our first conversation, they were responsive and easy to work with, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free. They had so many options (including pop punk!) in their repertoire and helped us set the perfect tone for our ceremony. Our guests still rave about the strings, and we couldn't have asked for better entertainment for our special day. We'd absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for live music that will elevate their wedding.

Cherrywood String Ensembles is the perfect match for your wedding day celebration, adding a touch of beauty and elegance to your special day.
We offer a variety of instrumental ensembles and carry a large repertoire for your selection.
We offer string quartets, string trios, string duets, string solos
with
Brass Ensembles, Woodwind Ensembles,
and
Piano, Organ, Voice, Guitar, Harp solos and percussion.
Our repertoire contains over 1400 selections, including classical, broadway, pop, jazz, movie, rock, and more.
If there is a selection we currently do not have, we will find it and arrange it for you. We have an arranger on staff.
Our musicians are the top musicians in central and southeastern PA, performing with local symphonies and holding degrees from prestigious music schools.
We also offer electric instruments and amplification.
We have performed at over 1000 events to great success from Musikfest in Bethlehem to weddings to corporate events. As an annual weddingwire and Knot winner, we provide fantastic quality service prior to and during the event.
We travel all over southeastern and central Pennsylvania, in addition to New Jersey and Delaware.

Owner
A 2003 graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Mishler graduated with highest honors and a B.S. in Music Education and a Cello Performance certificate, while studying with Kim Cook. Mr. Mishler holds a M.M. degree from Northwestern University, where he studied with Paula Kosower, James Kjelland, Robert Hasty, Victor Yampolsky, and Jon Pegis, with an emphasis in Cello Performance and String Pedagogy. Mr. Mishler has also studied with reknown cellist Yumi Kendall, of the Philadelphia Orchestra.
