the options are endless. While it was unfortunate we had to postpone our wedding due to covid, it actually allowed us to rent CHV 2x and have a smaller wedding weekend and then larger full wedding. Patti was AMAZING to work with and responding super fast and was willing to accommodate all of our requests - she truly goes above and beyond to make your day perfect! The wedding weekend is really the way to go at this venue if you want to take advantage of everything the Villa has to offer (pool, jacuzzi, pool table, putting green, fire pit, volleyball, etc...). Oh, AND it's dog friendly - does it get better than that? There is SO MUCH ROOM FOR ACTIVITIES! Also, you can have the rehearsal a the Villa too if you rent for the weekend and choose to cater, do trays or whatever based on how many. WE LOVED having out wedding party and close family on site the night before and it felt more like a a picnic - we opened the pool and music and a ton of yard games set up (for the wedding too). Like I said, if that's not your style, this venue is can be morphed into so many different themes and styles. One thing I would highly recommend if you choose CHV is hiring a Wedding Coordinator... since CHV is a blank canvas, there is A LOT that goes into set up / decor and break down. We did pay our caterer for set up an clean up but there was so much more that we had to do so I can't imagine having not done that (and our decor was pretty minimal compared ot other weddings I've been to). Or, another recommendation I would make then is once CHV's wedding seasons take off again, maybe this is something they can partner with another company with to provide at a special rate etc... I found I spent a lot of my time running rather than relaxing or enjoying and that when I relaxed and let it be handled by others, things weren't how I wanted. Regardless the day was great and everyone has a blast! Another HUGE plus is that the hotel is on-site and short walk across the parking lot. Save on transportation costs - easy peasy! Some might think the rooms are a little pricey for the area but the hotel is new and very nice! 12/10 recommend !!

after stressful planning and then a rush clean up. We got married during Covid and although we had to postpone our first wedding date, CHV was very accommodating in helping us choose the new date. We showed up on a Thursday night and hosted our rehearsal dinner right there on site- we had all day Friday to prepare/set up and enjoy the process while doing it! My family and wedding party spent the weekend bonding and sharing laughs right up until show time- The wedding was not stressful at all because everything was right there and nothing was rushed! Patti was wonderful to work with. She has this calm about her that is just what a bride needs! Photo opportunities are endless! The house itself is gorgeous- I got lost once or twice, I know I’m not the only one from our party. It’s huge. My wedding party and parents could spend the night comfortably! And guest from out of town had the accommodations of a hotel on site! The outhouse was a huge hit! All over our guests Facebook and snap chat stories- they were heated! Much needed on an October evening… our vendors enjoyed working on this site. The kitchen is nice and big for caterers to utilize. After the DJ played our last song a handful of us lit a fire and continued the party! Going to bed feeling stress free and so overwhelmed with love! We didn’t have to end our day worrying about getting out on time or if the trash was all taken care of. The clean up in the morning was a breeze since Patti and her crew helped so much! Leaving the property was the sad part, it felt like home for the weekend!

y was from Fri-Sun for our wedding weekend in Aug 2021. Our wedding was originally scheduled for 2020 & Patti rescheduled our dates without any issues. She kept in touch with us & answered all questions in a timely manner. Over our wedding weekend, she made sure everything was in place as planned for both our Rehearsal Dinner & Wedding Day. Our whole weekend was a dream come true. Even with rain in the forecast, the tents help so much! The pool & on-site hotel are a MAJOR plus. Patti & her team are completely trustworthy,& I would suggest to all couples to have their wedding at CHV! 🙂

Hill Villa we knew that it was the special place that we were looking for.  It was especially attractive because we could rent the villa with the exquisitely restored farmhouse (which sleeps up to 20 guests) for the entire weekend.  There is a list of recommended vendors provided but the flexibility to use other vendors allowed us to really do things the way we wanted. Patti  was very attentive and helpful every step of the way. She and her staff had everything setup up and ready to go and were helpful before, during, and after the ceremony.  We can't thank them enough. If you're looking for a venue for a wedding or any special event, definitely consider Chestnut Hill Villa.

dinner was held in the kitchen and dining areas and held 32 people with the caterer on site. It was fabulous that we could hang at the Villa all day, set up a few things, use the pool, and transition right into rehearsal and then dinner. The Villa was clean, spacious, well-stocked with the necessities, and had so much room to roam. The day of the wedding was all hands on deck in the morning to set things up, and then the girls had plenty of space to gather in the bridal suite. Hair and make-up were done in the suite for the entire wedding party and the mothers and at no point did it feel crowded. Patti and her staff set up the ceremony area, dinner tent, and anything else we requested. Zack in particular was so helpful with the Villa details and the grounds. It is helpful to have a few extra pair of hands once the caterers arrive to help finish some details that couldn't be done beforehand. Having the wedding at Chestnut Hill Villa was truly an event and an experience for the guests. The entire grounds were used throughout the weekend. The bride said her day was PERFECT! It was more than she ever dreamed it could be. What can be better than that?!

care of. We loved how open the venue was, with separate tents for dining and dancing, a house on site that sleeps up to 20 guests, and beautiful grounds to enjoy! We ended up having to switch to our rain plan the night before, and everything still came together so beautifully. We also loved that we could choose which vendors to bring in for our big day. Some of the other venues we looked at had a set list to choose from, but we were able to save a lot of money by choosing who we wanted and what was within our budget. Our whole day was incredible! I would highly recommend Chestnut Hill Villa, as well as Patti and her team!

weekend. It made set up easy and also provided a nice location for rehearsal dinner. It was also great to be able to provide accommodations for the bridal party as the house sleeps 20. A lot of our guests were traveling so this worked out perfect. It is also nice to have the hotel right next door. They do however require a two night minimum stay so our guests opted not to stay there. I worked closely with Patti who is amazing!!! She was available to answer my questions (even at odd times during the day). The day of, staff is readily available to move tables/chairs/coordinate parking/etc and make the day run smoothly. While I never saw myself having a tented wedding, they exceeded my expectations of making them look very elegant. The chandeliers are especially a nice touch. You can make this venue exactly what you envision for your wedding day. Anything from more casual to rustic to fancy. We got married 6 weeks ago and people are still talking about our wedding! Especially how beautiful the wedding venue was. I would highly recommend chestnut hill villa as a wedding venue!!

The venue is right off of the highway, shares a parking lot with a nice hotel, and you have the opportunity to stay on site in the ginormous farmhouse. Not to mention full access to the pool and hot tub! This was truly a magical venue and Patti and her team really care about the couple and their experience throughout the entire planning process and day of.

Then, you don’t have to check-out until 10AM on Sunday, which means you don’t have to worry about clearing out of the venue (decorations & people) immediately after the reception is over. Plus, the bridal party can spend the weekend at the villa! 3. Patti was very friendly and we could tell on the venue tour how passionate she is about showcasing the villa and ensuring her couples have the best wedding day ever. 4. Their “rain option” (which I most concerned about during the venue selection process) was still very beautiful and I was okay with knowing we could very well end up there on our wedding day (which we did) Reasons I was 100% satisfied and happy with selecting CHV as our wedding venue: 1. Patti, Steve & the rest of the CHV team were so easy & fun to work with and they truly want you to have the most seamless, carefree wedding day ever. Patti was very responsive with all of our texts, calls and emails throughout the wedding process. She is a true asset to CHV. Steve also was doing a lot of behind the scenes work on the wedding day and I know he contributed a lot to the success of our day as well. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the inside of the villa is pristine. 2. The weather was beautiful all day, then an hour before the outdoor ceremony was scheduled to start, we experienced hail, rain, wind, then back to sun in the matter of 1.5 hours. The CHV team managed to tear down the outside ceremony set-up and get everything set-up in the Celebration tent for an indoor ceremony in an efficient, timely manner without delaying the ceremony start time. 3. Having the villa for the entire weekend was incredible and helped reduce a lot of the wedding day-of set-up/tear down, as we were able to set some things up Friday and then tear down and load everything up Sunday morning. The bridal party stayed in the villa (which is gorgeous) for the weekend as well and it was so much fun! Thank you Patti and team at Chestnut Hill Villa- you were a core reason as to why my wedding went off without a hitch despite the hail that was thrown our way! My wedding at CHV was unforgettable, all for the best of reasons!

Our wedding was supposed to be May 9, 2020 but we postponed until August 1, 2020. Patti was extremely supportive of this decision and when we went to have the wedding in August she supported us in making changes and abiding by rules to adhere to policies for the pandemic. We felt safe and comfortable but the focus was still on the celebration of our marriage. I don't have enough space the explain how amazing our weekend wedding package was. The grounds are beautiful, the tent was wonderful for outdoor dining and the new concrete on the dance floor was perfect. We loved being at the venue the Friday night before our wedding. Our sweet family friend cooked our rehearsal dinner in the spacious kitchen and we swam, played games and enjoyed our closest family and friends before the big day. Then we stayed at the venue with our bridal party. The inside is gorgeous and bridal suite is THE best. Our wedding weekend was a dream. Do yourself a favor and contact Patti and get married at Chestnut Hill Villa. You won't regret it!

the venue's farmhouse can hold your wedding party the WHOLE weekend, and there's plenty of fun things to do on the grounds (including a pool!). This venue is so flexible and so conveniently located. Highly recommend for fun couples and for those looking for venues that aren't outrageously priced and "cookie cutter."

RFECT! My husband and I knew right away that this was the BEST venue for us- it has class, outdoorsy feeling, and provides so fun! It was the PERFECT place for our family and friends too. We were able to spend the entire weekend with our bridal party, had the rehearsal Friday night, and didn’t check out until Sunday! Book the entire weekend! You’re able to bring your own vendors and make everything your own. There are no stipulations, besides the music ending by 10:00- but you can use a Bluetooth radio for your after party with your bridal party! Our ceremony started at 3:30 & it was PERFECT! Inside the villa is beautiful, so many rooms, a huge kitchen, and the bridal suite is fantastic! Also, there are SO MANY photos options and the swing is just adorable! There is a hotel onsite for your guest to stay, so it makes it so easy to plan and book everything! Patti, the director, is BEYOND phenomenal. She goes above and beyond to make sure the bride is happy, your vision is complete and accurate, and truly makes sure your entire time there is exactly how you pictured it! She responds immediately to emails and texts and never makes you feel nervous! She works so well with all your vendors to ensure everything is how you want it. Do yourself a favor and book this venue, you will not be disappointed! Our guests loved the venue just as much as we did! s ruined by a storm. Speechless- Tuesday i made about 20 phone calls trying to find a new venue. I called Chestnut Hill Villa, They could hear the utter despair in my voice...And the rest is truly just a magical dream come true. After speaking with Patty & Jacques one time, you would not believe the next phone call. Jacques (according to my friends) basically proposed to me over the phone! Saying "Christine, we would Love it if you would let us turn your entire experience around and give you the best wedding you could ever imagine and hopefully so much more" ... I literally had tears in my eyes and said yes I'd be there after work. Tuesday Afternoon, I got to meet our angels: Patty, her husband and coworker Steve, and Jacques. My husband and I were absolutely BLOWN AWAY at how BEAUTIFUL and welcoming the venue is! Truly, photo's online do not give this venue the credit it is due! Patty took all of my notes from my original wedding plan and transformed everything to fit their venue all within 2.5 days!! She was absolutely the most amazing woman to work with. I just kept hugging her. Steve, her husband was so helpful with every single detail and everyone was just on board to make this the most amazing day of our lives. and TRULY, it was SO SO SO much better of a venue and our guests had the times of their lives here! They said it was the nicest wedding they have ever been to. Truly, Before you go searching for any other venue's, you MUST take time to visit this amazing place. They make dreams come true and they will forever be engraved in our hearts. Our guests will NEVER forget this either. They all were talking about booking even for large family events etc. The Bridal Suite- The Grooms Room - The Family Room - The Large beautiful Kitchen- The baby Grand Piano - The Billiards room - The Guests Rooms- The Dining Tent, The Outdoor Games, the Fire Pit, the Beautiful Scenery of the sheep farm in the background, The Barn area for lounging, the Beautiful Restrooms they bring in for guests outside... The Party Tent-- TRULY. You get so so so much, on top of the Heart and Soul of Patty & her Team to guide you through the process so effortlessly. Trust and Believe. If she can make my wedding as beautiful and perfect as it was in 2.5 days, I'm absolutely positive beyond the shadow of a doubt that she can make your special day just as perfect and even MORE perfect than you could ever imagine. we had to move the entire event inside at the last minute. There was plenty of room for 40-50 people, entertainment, catering, and a photo booth. We received rave reviews on how different our celebration was and we could not have done it without the help of Erica and her staff. The grounds of the venue are absolutely amazing and we wish we could have used more of the property. I would highly recommend this place for any wedding because there are so many options for any event. Love this place and we plan on coming back!

whim, and fell in love when we went to visit for the first time. When we went to our walkthrough we fell in love with the layout of the venue. It is not traditional in the sense that dinner and dancing happen in different areas of the venue. That was actually one of our biggest deciding factors, because we liked that ability to have separate activities happening simultaneously. We hardly needed any decorations because the venue is so picturesque, sitting next to a small farm and being renovated from an old barn and farmhouse. We also loved that the venue provided all the essentials (tables, chairs, linens,) and more! (yard games, fire pit, mini put put, directional signs, an arbor). Many of the places I found that offered this much also required you to use their vendors, which thankfully CHV did not. They do provide a helpful list of ones they recommend, but you are allowed to go off list (for us it helped keep costs down this way). Erica, the contact for the venue, was an absolute dream to work with. She helped me understand all the things I could do with the venue set up, and helped me stay organized. In our final walkthrough she took detailed notes of all our layout decisions and sent us back a floor plan that was really helpful to offer to all my set up helpers. She was responsive throughout the whole process, and helped me keep everything on track. Day of was amazing. Erica made sure everything was ready to go, even though there was an event the night before, you would never have even known. Steve, the set-up manager was amazing. He even helped us turn on the AC in the villa and shuttled my elderly relatives to and from the adjacent hotel. CHV provided walkie talkies to contact Steve and these really came in handy when we couldn't find how to turn down a light or silly things like that you would never think of when planning. The villa itself is magical. There was so much room for our wedding party and some of our friends to stay with us. Its so quirky with the layout and different stylings of the various rooms. We got married on a Sunday and stayed in the villa until Tuesday morning, it was so nice to be able to sit in the hot tub at the venue the next day and just relax. CHV staff continued to help us even after the event, and made sure we were well taken care of. I really cant say enough good things about the venue. They were so easy to work with and made it such a simple process from start to finish. They really worked with us to execute our exact vision, and were into our weird requests, like our live rock band and a small structure we set up for pics. There is so much useable space there to take advantage of for pictures and general hanging out. Being adjacent to the Comfort Suits was ideal as well. We had all the benefits of a hotel wedding without the ugliness of a ballroom reception. We were able to stay at the hotel the night before and begin hair and makeup there. It was so easy then to just drive across the parking lot and be at the venue. The venue is still relatively new, many additions were made even between our first visit and our wedding, but Erica let us know everything coming, in the end we got more than we had ever imaged. Get married here you won't regret it.

how everything went. We looked at MANY other venues, starting with only one idea in mind for planning our wedding which was "we want to be outside". We knew immediately after visiting the venue and reviewing packages/options that this was the perfect location. If you are as clueless about wedding planning as we were, then please take our word that you WILL NOT find a more beautiful, convenient, or flexible venue in the near vicinity. We had our wedding, reception, and after party on the property and stayed at the villa for 3 nights (night before the wedding, night of the wedding, and night after the wedding). We were able to decorate the venue as we liked and customize just about everything with regard to the ceremony and reception. Erica (venue director / main point of contact) was great with all communication and answered any and all questions in a timely manner. This is the absolute perfect spot for an outdoor wedding and reception, and the villa is a beautiful place with tons of space to get ready and perfect lighting for hair, makeup, and pictures. It was also a great spot to then have our friends stay over night as well - we also had an awesome after party (there's also a pool!) The venue offers a hotel block at the comfort suites which is a stone's throw from the venue across the parking lot for other guests that you can't accommodate at the villa (if you chose to stay over night - which you should). We would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone! ♥

And to top it off the bride and groom can spent the night in the bridal suite!

Whatever special , Chestnut Hill Villa is spectacular for what it has to offer. Surrounded by farmland and forest the facilty has a pool and putting green. If you think out of the box the possibilities are endless. Erica was very helpful with options and ideas. I recommend checking it out.

ds, elegant tents, their contingency plan for adverse weather, and the Villa. They also allowed us the freedom to decorate and hire our own vendors as we pleased. Chestnut Hill was our canvas. We had the opportunity to deliver a whimsical ambience for our ceremony outside, a chique reception and a festive high energy area towards the end of the night in three various locations but very close to each other. Around 200 guests attended our wedding and Chestnut Hill held them comfortably. Their tents are the most modern and their chandeliers are second to none. We chose to keep our reception tent for the guests who wanted to mingle, relax and listen to light music; Our festive tent was reserved for the guests that wanted to listen to loud music, drink and dance the night away (they also provide a bar area at this location). Another admirable quality of Chestnut Hill is the opportunity for the guests to float freely throughout the property: lawn games, fire pit, pool, cocktail area, area for photo booth, putting area. Lastly but most important is the Villa. I stayed at the Villa the night before (I suggest staying there the night before if it’s available) to do the rehearsal dinner and set up for our big day. Our wedding party came early the morning of the wedding and we all got ready together under the same roof but in different sections of the Villa. The bridal section of the Villa is gorgeous and had everything we needed. We had adequate space for me, bridesmaids, mothers, hair dresser, and make-up artist. My husband and groomsmen prepare on the other side and we didn’t see each or even had the opportunity to see each because how big the villa is. The very unique aspect about Chestnut Hill Villa is that after the wedding is finished, we invited our whole wedding party and their significant others to stay the night at the Villa! No other wedding property will have this attribute to spend the night with your closest loved ones and continuing the merrymaking however long you want. Along with continuing the festivities, we had a peace of mind knowing that our wedding party wouldn’t have to go home inebriated. Chestnut Hill Villa is a gem, and we’re ecstatic to be their first public wedding and we’re in bliss with the outcome of the wedding, and feedback we received from our guests

Erica is amazing and makes you feel welcome and is one of the sweetest people to work with. I would highly recommend this venue for future brides as I am certain that all your wedding dreams will come true at Chestnut Hill Villa.
