t the business and our venue, as it has very strict rules. The food was to die for! Over two weeks later and people are still talking about how good everything was. As the bride and groom, we were treated to a private dinner after the ceremony just for us to soak in the moment which was SO AMAZING. Our cocktail hour was overflowing with food, our guests raved how the staff was so attentive and they never had to go "hunting" for food. The steak during dinner cut like butter and the fish was sweet and savory! We (the bride and groom) did not have to go looking for anything, as our server had our drinks replenished every time they got a little low! We are SO happy with our choice in going with Chez Gourmet!

ur wedding planner and did a flawless job in executing our plated dinner for 150 people! Everyone commented on how delicious their meals and the apps at happy hour were and how professional the wait staff was. My husband and I were also assigned a personal helper for the night, Jen. She was a ROCKSTAR, she made sure we always had a drink in our hand and even brought paper towels to dab our sweat and keep us looking fresh during pictures. I would 100% use Chez Gourmet for any of our catering needs in the future

e was incredibly easy to work with and responsive throughout the entire process, facilitating our every wishes and exceeding expectations. The staff was wonderful and were attentive to every guest. They even went above and beyond and had a designated staff member take care of my elderly grandmother (who didn't speak English) to make sure she was comfortable and happy (without me even mentioning anything about her). The quality of the food was exceptional, the pricing reasonable, and the staff was simply wonderful. It was such a pleasure to work with Michele and her team that I wish we could get married all over again just to relive the experience!

I was a little bit of an indecisive bride through some of the process and anytime i asked her to change something or quote something for me she did with no hesitation. ferings. Our catering coordinator, Claire, truly understood our vision and helped us create a menu offering that reflected my Middle Eastern and Italian roots and our love of sweets! Claire also understood that some of our guests had dietary restrictions and worked with us to craft a menu that would satisfy all of our guests - from kids meals to vegan offerings, Chez Gourmet had something tasty for everyone! We worked with Claire to create a menu comprised of heavy hors d'ouevres consisting of Floridian, Middle Eastern and Italian favorites such as crab cakes, falafel pita pockets, hummus, eggplant and chicken parmesan sliders, antipasti and a small plates dinner featuring a fish taco bar, shrimp scampi station and chicken marsala served to our guests at kiosks/stations. During the tasting, Chez Gourmet was open to feedback and suggestions on how to enhance the recipes, especially the falafel and other Middle Eastern offerings! At the wedding, we were all pleasantly surprised at how tasty everything was - especially the falafel pita pockets! We had a full dessert buffet complete with an ice cream sundae bar, Rice Krispie treats pops and wedding cake. The presentation of the food was beautiful and the decor they provided on the food stations enhanced our vintage, beach theme. My only regret is that I did not eat more food at the wedding! Chez did box up a bunch of leftovers for us which we nibbled on later that evening. You will not be disappointed with Chez Gourmet!
