Chez Hotel

t this venue was the best choice for us. If i had to say anything disappointed us, we were told the hotel portion of the venue would be completed in time for our wedding and it wasn't. In our contract we were guaranteed a suite on the wedding night, so the Chez actually paid for a night of ours at another hotel to live up to their end of the contract. All in all, it was not a deal breaker as there are plenty of hotels in the area if it's still not completed when you read this. On the wedding day itself the staff was incredible, they had a lot of people in there working every table and the bartenders were fast and efficient. The food was exactly as what we had tasted and the service for all of our guest was top notch. I would highly recommend the sweets table and a meat hut if you can add it onto your day. They use a few bakeries and everyone was drawn to the meat hut especially for how unique it is. The white dance floor with our initials and the flower wall made things look very nice and detailed to our liking. To those claiming you can hear music from another wedding if you have only half of the room, we heard nothing at all from one that was going on at the same time. If you are reading reviews and trying to decide on a venue like we did, this venue will NOT disappoint. We had been to enough weddings in the suburban area and this place will give you the best bang for your buck. Michelle, Kristyna and Payton all did an amazing job with any questions or concerns we had. Let them take care of your big day, you won't be let down!

Anything we needed they provided and assured us along the way our day would be special and we wouldn’t have to worry about a thing. They delivered, our day was amazing. The staff and service was great, the food and drinks were amazing, and our setup was beautiful and the prices were some of the best we found. I highly recommend having your event here!

communicate with during the planning process. For anyone considering this place, PLEASE TAKE OUR ADVICE AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE. 1. A few weeks after paying the deposit and signing the contract, which permitted for select payments to be made using a credit card, the owner, Kristiana (phonetic spelling), insisted that despite what the contract specified, she changed her mind and now insisted that all payments be made in cash or check. She told us that she was being sued by another couple and did not want to "take the risk " anymore. We tried to remain calm and explain that the contract said otherwise, but we grew frustrated and she was insistent. So we left with an ultimatum from her to either cancel the contract, and get refunded, or pay in cash. Luckily, she eventually changed her mind. 2. When we came to deliver the final check to the venue, after having an invoice from them specifying what the total amount should be, we encountered the owner again who insisted one of the amounts was incorrect. After discussing how unprofessional and dishonest the change in cost was, she finally acknowledged the listed invoice price was their mistake but insisted we pay them more money. Eventually, she attempted to guilt-trip us by telling us the difference would be taken from an employee's check. 3. On the wedding day, we toured the room a few hours before the reception. We then realized while we paid for a full wall curtain, there was only a small curtain set up along the wall. This was frustrating because we had previously shown the Chez through pictures of other weddings at their venue how we wanted the wall behind the head table to look. What we saw in the room early that afternoon was not what was discussed. Also, the final invoice clearly specified that we paid for a full wall curtain. Before we headed to the ceremony, I asked our planners and day-of-coordinators to talk to the Chez. I found out the Chez was not only insistent that we had not paid for the full wall curtain and rude to our coordinators but had also been rude to the decorator. Apparently, they realized their mistake because a longer curtain was in the room when we made our entrance for the reception, unfortunately, it still was not a full wall curtain nor did it look like what we had shown them previously. 4. I asked one of the bridesmaids to hang my reception dress in the room which the Chez previously had shown me that I could change in. However, the bridesmaid told me that the employee put her finger in her face and told her that it had already been given to the other wedding party the Chez was hosting. While they market themselves as a venue capable of hosting two weddings at once, they only have one dressing room, you can hear the music from the other wedding reception through the shared wall, and they are short-staffed and unprofessional with guests – even the bride. We ended up changing in the office which has a door that locks when closed -- even if you are inside. Clearly a safety concern! 5. There was no soap in the women’s bathroom during the reception. This is appalling at any time, but especially so during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The planning process was very painless with them, the main thing is that they did not answer emails promptly sometimes. Otherwise, the staff was awesome. The room was beautifully decorated, and the entrance/lobby was just so beautiful with the white and black marble flooring and gorgeous grand staircase and gold accents! The whole banquet hall was very clean and had very modern, warm, and elegant setting and architecture! It was picture perfect! Thank you Krystyna, Anna, and Tiffany for making our day perfect! Very highly recommended for any events!!

too busy being rude. I do not think Brides deserve to be treated this way. If you work with them, beware of which wedding associate you work with. Try to avoid this man to have a successful experience.

If I had to do over again I’d still choose European Crystal in a heartbeat! Our wedding day was flawless and everything we imagined it would be!

staff and coordinators are amazing. Anna helped me go through all the little details of planning a 300 people wedding and was such a great help on my wedding day. The whole planning was stress free and on the day of the wedding they were always checking on me and my husband making sure we had everything we needed. They really made me feel special and made my day unforgettable. The workers that day were so kind to use and to our guest as well. The venue is beautiful and clean as well. Our guests still talk about the food especially the main course we had a filet & shrimp combination as well as the sushi river for our late night snack. I would definitely recommend this place for any wedding. THANK YOU!!!

All of our family and friends had nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff, the reception and the delicious food and drinks!!! I am still getting calls saying how great the food was. Everyone was so kind and helpful from the very beginning and we are so grateful. They made the entire planning experience fun and stress free and went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. Again, thank you all for the experience and memories - our wedding day was no less than a dream come true. Definitely worth all pennies we spent and would recommend this place anyone ask us wedding venue.

at European has been nothing but the best thing we could have asked for, she made everything so easy and stress free. She is amazing and knows what she is doing and will work her hardest to make your vision come true. She worked with us, listed to us and did everything she could to make everything we wanted happen and even had her own great ideas to help us out. The food and cake were beyond tasty everything was so amazing, all the guests loved our food including us. From the moment I walked into the hall on my wedding day I filled with tears from happiness when I saw the amazing job Anna and her team did to our hall, from the floor sticker, the guest tables and the sweetheart table everything was just as I pictured it to be. I would beyond recommend European to anyone who is planning a wedding and to work with Anna she is beyond amazing.

nu options and extras - the crepe bar was a hit! The venue was beautiful and the food delicious. All of our guests were impressed with how everything looked and the quality of the food. And most importantly ECB saved the day by agreeing to make our wedding cake for the reception after we had a last minute cancellation. Thank you Anna, James and everyone at ECB!

r Grand Ballroom; I fell in love with the space because of how classy and elegant it looks with the high ceilings and grand chandeliers - Location - we had a lot of out-of-town guests which make this very convenient for our guests with tons of hotels surrounding it - Food and alcohol - we went with the Duet of Filet Mignon and Chicken Christipher; after our wedding, we have received countless compliments from the guests on how good the food was and how we were able to find this venue. Thank you Anna, Karen, and the staff at European Crystal for making our special day so memorable!

e Knot App, I noticed this venue was coming up a lot. So it was the first place we saw. We were blown away and so impressed with how professional and outstanding Anna Nava was. She was so welcoming and she was so passionate about what she does. The day of the wedding I was so happy on how she did everything... if I continue on it’ll be a book. Needless to say, I loved everything about having my wedding here. It was more than perfect.
