Chi Ro Makeup and Hair

I love Chi Ro makeup! All the stylists we worked with were absolutely wonderful. They made my bridesmaids and I look incredible, but we still looked like us, and the makeup and hair lasted all night, despite the wind and tears. They did a fantastic job and I loved the air brush makeup. Would highly suggest.

The best ever doesn't even begin to describe Courtney's abilities for hair and make up! I used Courtney for my bridal hair and makeup as well as my wedding hair and makeup and the end result was absolutely breathtaking. I also used her team for my bridesmaids hair and makeup and they were all just as gorgeous! The hair stayed perfect through the whole night and our makeup stayed flawless through the tears and the sweat! I highly highly recommend Courtney and her team for your hair and makeup needs for your wedding or next event, you will not be sorry!

Courtney was fantastic!! She did my hair and makeup for my bridal shoot and I felt beautiful! My shoot was outside in September Texas weather and my makeup lasted all day. Courtney is hands down the best in the business! Her talent and her attention to detail and the clients requests are spot on and never cease to amaze me. I had my makeup done by Courtney as a bridesmaid for a friends wedding and it was so flawless and natural that I knew she would be there for my big day. Then, on my wedding day, her talent as a makeup artist proved again to be perfect. We were all in love with her work, that another friend of mine booked Courtney and I was able to again have my makeup done as a bridesmaid. Her gifted ability isn't all, her personality and passion makes her truly the best. I will always recommend her, and anyone would be lucky to have her as their makeup artist.

My wife hired Courtney to do her hair and makeup for our wedding day as well as her bridesmaids' hair. She does fantastic work and made her feel like a blushing bride. Her personality and skills make her so easy to talk to and interact with. She has a beautiful heart. She is really personable and knows how to make a lady feel special. She knocked it out of the park. Ny wife just trusted her with her skills on what she thinks will look beautiful and she didn't disappoint!

I used Courtney and her team for my wedding. My bridesmaids were very pleased with their looks and they did not stop until they achieved the looks the girls wanted. My mother and mother in law also had their make up done and loved it! My make up and hair were perfect and I couldn't have asked for a better look.

I can't say enough good things about Courtney and Chi Rhi makeup and hair! I had such a great time during my trial run, Courtney made me feel comfortable and listened to what style I was going for. The day of my wedding I was even more impressed. Running around like a chicken with my head cut off, Courtney worked around the chaos and got the bridesmaids done leaving me time to finish last minute things and get a much needed shower in. Courtney made and my bridal party feel beautiful and did an amazing job. I felt very relaxed, laid back and had the chance to enjoy being pampered.

I met Courtney at a bridal show and knew she was the one for me! I hired her for myself, my mother, and my 4 bridesmaids. She brought an assistant and together they executed exactly what we wanted and even finished EARLY! I have never felt so beautiful as I did that day and am forever thankful for her talents.

Courtney is nothing short of amazing! I am blown away by her talent and passion as a makeup artist. Everyone has an idea of what they want their dream bridal look to be and she made that come true for me. So much so that three of my best friends and bridesmaids booked Chi Ro for their weddings too! Anytime I have a formal event I need to be dolled up for Courtney is my go-to girl :)

In a nutshell, Courtney was extremely unprofessional and it was decided that she should leave the venue while my makeup was half done and my hair the same. I am beyond thankful for the second artist that was present, who was able to very easily finish the job that was started and make the adjustments to my liking. There almost wasn't a 2nd person and that would have been disastrous. I will say that my trial run makeup and hair was very well done. It really doesn't matter the he said she said of what happened that day. In the service industry, the customer is always right and you should never, ever yell at them. Especially on their wedding day. I asked for my gratuity only back, which I paid in advance and was told that not only would I not get that back but she had considered invoicing me for the "discounts" she applied, which I never asked for. I was instructed to contact her "investor/partner" for further questions/concerns, which I did 10 days later. She wouldn't let me speak, either and refused the refund of the gratuity. Very disappointing as all of my other vendors were simply amazing. I struggled with whether or not to post anything, but really don't feel there is any other way to be heard but this route.

Courtney was great. I never wear any makeup and was worried the makeup would be heavy and not look like me. She found the perfect balance with an intricate and beautiful hair-style and the right amount of make up. I’ve never looked so beautiful. I also recommend using her for engagement picture make up. I think it helped me feel more comfortable with how everything would look in photography, but also really made a huge difference in how I looked in those pictures. She was an incredible value for the quality work she did on me and on all of the women. Everyone looked great and we ran totally on time. My husband got a shave at a barber shop that morning and they hacked him up :( Our planner texted Courtney and she did airbrush makeup on him on the spot (staying late to help us out). His "boy make up" was barely noticeable and really helped to cover the cuts on his face. She also gave us a great price for our full bridal group. No question in my mind for any perspective - she was the right choice. Everyone loved the work she did (on me, the moms, the bridesmaids, and the flower girls).

I can't say enough about Courtney! She is so sweet and so helpful! I will call her again if I ever need to do my hair or make up again. She is so professional!

Courtney is wonderful to work with and is a true artist. I loved watching her "get into the zone" as she applied my airbrush makeup and applied my eye makeup. She did exactly what I asked for with each event (engagement portraits, boudoir photo shoot, bridal portraits and wedding day). She was the final touch to putting "my look" together.

I used Chi Ro for my hair and make up for my wedding in September. Courtney was absolutly amazing. On the day of the wedding she got there on time, did the hair and make up like we discussed during my trial and I looked absolutly beatiful thanks to her. She did a great job! She even helped one of my bridesmaids by curling a few curls in her hair when she saw that she was having some trouble. I highly recomend her!

I used Chi Ro for my wedding back in October of '08, and Courtney, the owner, was excellent at not only personalizing my makeup design and choices, but also at making the makeup application look more natural. I loved that they used airbrush foundation, which lasted more than all day (even with my very oily skin), and she was always on time. I thought their makeup packages were great, and I loved that it included the trial-run, the bridal portrait session, as well as the day-of makeup for me, my mother, and my sister (maid of honor). They are an excellent choice and you can't go wrong!!
