Our venue had 4 choices of caterer we could use, so we were a little nervous with limited options because food was one of the most important things to us on our wedding day, but Chic Chef absolutely blew us away. From our first phone call with Lucia, to our wedding day, the entire Chic Chef team was amazing. They were able to work with our budget and create an amazing bar and food menu that our guests loved. Not only did everything look beautiful, but the food was absolutely delicious!! We were able to do an extensive tasting with them to make sure every item on the menu was exactly what we wanted. From the hors d’oeuvres, to the main course, the salad, the dessert table, the drinks, everything was incredible. The team they sent on our wedding day were friendly and helpful, our event captain made sure we were taken care of all night, and the bar staff made sure we were never without a drink. They brought hors d’oeuvres to my husband and I and our entire wedding party to make sure we were all able to eat. All of our guests raved about how professional everyone was and how delicious our wedding meal was, and I would definitely recommend Chic Chef to any bride!

Chic chef did an amazing job at our daughter’s wedding. They cooked everything on site for 170 guests in my son’s backyard property. The food was so great. Ravi thought of everything. Service was impeccable. All food was served in minutes and piping hot. So may compliments from our guests.

Chic Chef Catering traveled to Northwest Indiana for my wedding reception. The team was very communicative throughout the process. The food was fantastic and the staff was very prepared and professional.

We had a wonderful experience working with Ravi, Lucy, and the entire Chic Chef Catering team. They worked with us to bring our vision to life while staying within our budget. Lucy didn’t bat an eye as we told her that we wanted an espresso martini tower and a late night popcorn machine as our special touches to the night, and the team executed it perfectly! Their food was delicious (we are still receiving compliments on the meal!) and the service was excellent. We are so happy that we went with Chic Chef Catering!

We cannot rate Chic Chef high enough. They are, without question, a top-notch catering team in the Chicago area. Throughout the entire process (two tastings, venue walkthrough, and reception itself) the Chic Chef team was highly communicative, flexible to all our requests, and extraordinarily kind and professional. Throughout the tasting process the provided us not only with the menu options we selected but additional dishes they thought paired well with some of our initial selections and additional recommendations (that we ended up using). They encouraged us to sample each option and provide any preparation adjustments we thought necessary (more or less sauce, less seasoning, swapped toppings, etc.) and took studious notes to ensure these tweaks were included for our event. Their staff was very courteous and cordial even adjusting without complaint when we had an unavoidable late arrival to the second tasting. The Chic Chef team made sure to attend our venue walkthrough and beyond noting the required linens/silverware/glassware they provided very helpful insights into how to layout the venue during food service. This was greatly appreciated by my wife and I since we utilized the venue's space in a non-traditional layout. All of the upfront discussion and adjustments paid dividends as the reception itself went off spectacularly. The Chic Chef team were prompt in their arrival, efficient in their setup, and absolutely professional in the preparation and delivery of the food. They provided passed appetizers (at cocktail hour), plated salads, and plated meals for our event without any delay or shortage. Despite having speeches occurring throughout the event the Chic Chef team was able to discretely provide all food service without interruption. They additionally helped us plate and cut desserts that we sourced from a separate vendor. As a bonus their head staff member checked in with my wife and I throughout the event to ensure everything was proceeding as intended and to provide us our own meals and appetizers. The food itself was out of this world. Everything was prepared exactly as we had specified and with more than ample portions while being completely mindful of the allergy and diet preference list we provided from our guests. We have had no less than a dozen individual guests reach out to us following the reception to rave about the food and tell us it was the best they've ever had at a wedding. I assume their cleanup and tear down was as professional and efficient as the rest of their service because we did not even notice them depart. Our venue representative similarly raved about their communication and professionalism. To top all of this off their quote for our event was literally HALF the cost of the standard recommended caterers from our venue (and other venues we had explored). We will be recommending Chic Chef to any and all of our friends who plan an event in the Chicago area. My, now wife and I, could not have asked for a better experience with catering. From start to finish they were accommodating of everything that we needed and allowed us to taste test twice we could not decide on our final options. They were extremely communicative not only with us but with our day-of planner that took a ton of stress off of our shoulders. Almost 3 months later we still have people commenting us on the food and that the Steak was unforgettable. Absolutely would recommend. 10/10

What can I say about this team? They are amazing! The staff were very attentive and intuitive to all of our guests, they anticipated needs and always seemed to be a step ahead. From the time I saw them when they were setting up, to the end of the night, they were all smiling like it was their job to smile. The food was fantastic! They fire everything on site, so it’s fresh and not sitting in a chaffing dish. Communication process from start to finish was impeccable, if you’re lucky enough to work with Lucia (Lucy), she is seriously a pro. We were so worried about post-Covid prices but they were so reasonable with their food costs and even the extras were very manageable. Guests raved about the food for days afterwards. Even our pickiest family /friends were so excited about the food. It made us feel so happy that everyone was so happy. Hope to work with them again in the future!!

Chic Chef was a pleasure to work with and was awesome on the day of. We used them for food and alcohol, and it was perfect. Our guests loved the flank steak, and they also loved the expansive drink selection. They were very affordable for our budget, and were experienced with our venue, which made the flip of the space that much easier. My only feedback is that email communication was somewhat difficult at times, but everything the day of was absolutely perfect.

Chic Chef is phenomenal. We worked with Lucy and her team, and from the beginning they were professional, friendly, and accommodating. Book them!!!! The best wedding food I have EVER HAD. We booked Chic Chef through our coordinator, Amanda Paige Events, and this was the best decision we made. Their service and food went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. The guests were all extremely happy with their meals and the food came out hot and on time. They even had dedicated servers stopping by our VIP tables to refresh their drinks and check on them specifically. The best part…they brought us (the bride and groom) drinks ALL NIGHT LONG. We didn’t even have to go to the bar!!! The servers would swing by regularly to give us fresh drinks and that was so unexpected but by far the best part. If you need any catering, Chic chef is the way to go. A special thank you to Lucy for all of her help during the planning process. We love Chic Chef!!!

Chic Chef could not have done more to make our wedding day as wonderful and smooth as possible. The food was fantastic and all of our guests have raved about not only the quality and quantity of the food, but the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff. We did a buffet-style menu for our wedding as we had a lot of big eaters on the groom’s side - Chic Chef was more than prepared for this and all of our guests were fed as much as they could stomach. They treated us (the bride and groom) so incredibly well - they ensured we were fed and always had a drink in hand, they put aside a full plate of appetizers for us to make sure we were able to enjoy everything. We will be highly recommending Chic Chef to all of our friends and family in need of catering, especially for weddings as all of our expectations were met and highly exceeded on all accounts from Chic Chef and we cannot thank them enough for all of their help in making our day so perfect!

Planning a wedding is wild, and one of the biggest areas of complexity is catering. We wanted a sophisticated and refined experience, with food that would be memorably good, and fun details that would blow our guests minds. We got all that and more with Chic Chef and Lucy. From our very first phone calls and emails, through our big day, the whole team was friendly and professional in all the right ways. The balance between the two can be hard, but we never felt like it was purely a business transaction. Lucy and the team were incredibly flexible and accepting of some of our weird ideas (like banana margaritas), and generally just took away all the stress. They gained our confidence quickly within the first tasting and conversation around that, and had our trust as they guided us through what would look nice, go over well, what was reasonable and what wasn't. They clearly do this often, and do it well. Their existing relationship with our venue and some of our other vendors definitely helped, but it never felt like we were on the sidelines. On the big day, it was so fun to see Lucy and the team in execution mode. She was so attentive to us, and displayed a cool air of confidence that helped ensure we didn't even have a momentary thought that anything could go any other way than perfect. Everyone loved the food, the portions were immaculate, glasses were never empty, and our signature drinks and late night street tacos went off without a hitch. We cannot recommend Chic Chef, Lucy, and the whole team enough! The only part we're sad about is not having an excuse to interact with the team more regularly, and that no one will live up to the bar they set again.

On the big day, we also had Chic Chef provide a full bar service for guests, including a signature cocktail! They were very attentive to our guests and to my husband and I. From the initial tasting to the very last moment of interaction Chic Chef exceeded our expectations. In our search for a caterer for our big day, we were definitely surprised by how much food would cost for 100 people. Chic Chef was not the lowest quote we received, but their level of service, attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and quality food left us with no regrets. The look: From the hors d’oeuvres to the plated salads, everything was plated and served beautifully. Chic had a number of classic and chic-looking options for glassware, plating, and linens. They patiently walked us through all the options during our tasting. Their attention to detail was impeccable. The Staff: Jenny Morales, our event manager, was exactly what we needed for our wedding. The staff supporting her were diligent, efficient, and incredibly thoughtful. They kept the cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres (samosas, bruschetta, and bacon-wrapped dates) and wine and water service during dinner flowing at a nice steady pace. We had a handful of gluten-free guests and therefore a handful of gluten-free desserts and they made sure to set those aside specifically for those guests. The staff even helped with event breakdown-taking down artwork we had put up, collecting wedding decor, and assisting in packing up other items to help minimize our workload at the end of the night. We even had a guest that couldn’t stay for dinner and they prepared her meal to go. They were present and engaged, ensuring that our wedding reception ran smoothly and was one to be remembered. Making all of our guests feel important, not just the VIPs, seemed to be the primary goal of the staff. Many of our guests noted they felt very attended to and praised the servers and bartenders. The attention to special dietary restrictions and to the bride and groom and other VIPs all in all did not disappoint. The Food: The food was amazing and they provided healthy servings. The only suggestion we had was for the vegetarian option. We requested the vegetable lasagna, which was delicious but it did not have any accompanying sides like the other entrees (chicken florentine and brazilian churrasco both served with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables). We should have inquired but we just assumed all entrees came with the same sides, not sure what else would go with the dish but it felt like there could have been something else. Chic Chef helped us have the wedding of our dreams and at the same time helped minimize our stress of the day. We highly recommend them for anyone’s next event and/or wedding.

Chic Chef was amazing! Through the entire process the were responsive, friendly, and overall great to work with. The day off, they did such a good job with execution, and even made sure my husband and I were never without food and a drink. Highly recommend, incredible service and food! I primarily worked with Lucia during the menu and invoicing process, and Iryna towards the end and day off - both of them were fantastic to work with.

We are beyond blessed to have worked with Chic Chef for our July wedding. From the start Lucy was very detailed and swift when answering all our questions. When it came time to our food tasting Chef Ravi was incredibly attentive and welcoming. The Chef Ravi made sure to answer all our questions and the food was incredible!! When we had our walkthrough the Chic Chef representative asked all the right questions regarding how my husband & I wanted to have the catering team to run the day. The day of the wedding, Chic Chef team was on-time. They were experts when it came to our venue space, we do think that helped the day run smoothly! The food was incredible!! For dinner we served lemon herb chicken & Brazilian churrasco which was DELICIOUS! The team assigned to us was very focused on the details & made sure we were happy with the service. Closer to the end of the night Chef Ravi showed up & truly it was a sweet surprise. We have nothing but good things to say about Chic Chef, truly THANK YOU!

We love Chic Chef! The food was delicious, the staff members were awesome, and everything went so smoothly. Definitely recommend!

We loved having Chic Chef as part of our big day. We took pride in having such a variety of options for apps available to our guests. They were able to accommodate our vegetarian, vegan, & GF guests with ease without sacrificing taste. We got so many compliments on our main dishes of roganjosh and gnocchi. Chic Chef understood our eclectic/varied tastes and perfectly catered to us and our guests. The late night bites were perfectly timed as well, keeping our guests fed and fueled. We even got positive feedback on the authenticity of our late night street tacos. =)

Our wedding was quite literally perfect and Chic Chef had a huge role in this. They catered our food and provided our fully stocked bar. First of all, the food was delicious and they were very accommodating with allergies. Second, the service was outstanding. We had 2 servers assigned to just my husband and I and they exceeded all of our expectations. Immediately after the ceremony I was politely asked if I wanted something to eat or drink, which I definitely needed a cocktail at that point. Within 5 minutes she came back with a cocktail in hand. I had so many compliments from all of my guests that the staff was extremely friendly, fun, and efficient. We loved having chic chef on our big day!!

Our catering and bartending team, despite being the most budget-friendly option on the approved list, exceeded all expectations! The food was an absolute hit among our guests. Many commented that it's rare to find such juicy chicken in a buffet setting, but they couldn't get enough of it. The entire menu was a culinary delight, and not a single guest had anything but praise for the delicious feast. On top of the fantastic food, the bartending service was on point and kept the drinks flowing smoothly throughout the night. You made our wedding meal memorable, and we're grateful for your exceptional service!

We hired Chic Chef to provide American food along side our Indian food options for our mixed Indian/American Wedding. We weren't able to schedule a tasting with Chic Chef since they only do weekdays during work hours. Instead, we sent our parents, who loved almost all the dishes they tried! The short-rib and mashed potatoes were excellent, but the blackened salmon seemed to be hit or miss depending on the table. The food was plated about an hour late at the reception which caused a delay with the Indian food as well since everything was served together family style. Communication was also a bit frustrating and there was often a delay in responses and repeated questions/answers. The food was great we got some great reviews from guests, but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience overall. We only used Chic Chef as a supplement to our main multi-day wedding caterer so this may not be representative of their typical service.

We had the best experience from our first tasting to our wedding day! Chic Chef did a phenomenal job with our appetizers, custom plated dinner, and dessert/sundae bar. Additionally, we used their linens, plates, glasses and flatware which made the whole experience seamless.

I cannot recommend Chic Chef enough! The food and service was fantastic. We got a lot of compliments and they were flexible as we changed aspects of the service/menu up to the last minute and asked for an 8+ hour open bar. Staff was great as well. Responsive, patient, thorough, and committed to their clients.

We hired Ravi and the Chic Chef team to cater our wedding. Our venue required our catering team to bring in everything from tableware to ice and Chic Chef did it all without batting an eye! The appitizers were plentiful, all of the food was amazing and no one left hungry! We srved dinner family style and our guests loved getting to try a bit of everything that was offered. The event caption Jorge truly knocked it out of the park. He made sure my husband and I had full drinks and even made sure we got some water in every now and then! He also made sure my VIP guests were happy and made sure they had full drinks as well! The Chic Chef team was amazing to work with from start to finish. My guests are still talking about how delicious the food was and how great my catering team was. I would hire them again in the future for my catering needs!

Wonderful company and service! Ravi and his team take care of your every need!! They worked with us and allowed us to custom tailor our menu! Helped us with meals for friends who were vegan and gluten-free! They even allowed us to purchase our own alcohol which they served for us. I am going to recommend this company to all of my friends! I had my event at an outdoor location with no kitchen. Chic chef brought everything with them to fully prepare my wedding meal. They even made sure that the food was nut free for a guest’s allergy. Iryna and team went above and beyond bussing the tables and making sure everything went smoothly.

Now that we’ve had time to unwind after our wedding, I wanted to take the time and mention that we were blown away by the service and food Chic Chef provided. Absolutely everything was amazing and exactly how we envisioned. Their attentiveness is what impressed us most. The staff made sure my husband and I had drinks in our hands at all times and food in our stomachs (which was great because neither of us ate lunch that day)! They are so thoughtful and took extra special care of our parents which was a huge bonus. We appreciate everything they did for us and I can’t thank them enough. If you’re thinking about booking them, do yourself a favor and do it. You won’t be disappointed! P.S. my mom said the roasted chicken dish was the best chicken she’s ever had and she’s picky!

From our tasting event to our wedding day, this team was so great and easy to work with! Ravi does a thorough job with his couples and making sure everything is perfect and meets/exceeds needs and expectations. Our captain for wedding day was Jorge and he was INCREDIBLE as well as his two team leads! I was continuously provided food, water, and wine like a queen all evening! The servers were incredibly attentive and friendly and did an impeccable job. Everything was timely, the food was delicious and we got a lot of compliments from our guests on the food and service. We could not have had a better experience and I am so happy we went with Chic Chef for our big day! Stress free and beyond amazing service!

Not only do they have the most diverse selection of dishes we encountered during our selection process, but the staff is warm, professional, and willing to work with the budget you set. Chic Chef is a great wedding caterer with a versatile menu. We were able to choose items that truly met our tastes, and the team was flexible with our final number changing due to Covid the week of the wedding. They did a great job meeting the many nutritional needs even while doing a family style dinner. A few things that did not meet our expectations was that multiple tables waited on food for quite a bit to the point that a family member had to check in with the kitchen, specifically because the tables waiting had more of our older guests. In addition, we were told that appetizers would be set aside for us during cocktail hour and some were, but other bridal party members ate them and they were never replenished so my husband, and I did not get some of them. Overall, Chic Chef did a lovely job and worked with us well and answered questions we had throughout the process. They also were flexible on our guest minimum, because we booked them so far in advance and we ended up having a much smaller guest list than originally expected.

Amazing food! We received so many compliments on the food at our wedding. From the appetizers to late night snacks, Ravi was amazing to work with an delivered an amazing experience for our guests!

Chic Chef was absolutely amazing for our NYE wedding. My husband and I had a vision when it came to our wedding food. We didn't want the traditional sit down plated meal, but instead wanted a more relaxed vibe with carving stations and lots of appetizers being passed around. Ravi helped us make this dream become a reality, and everything was PERFECT. I can't keep track of how many people complimented me on the food. Aside from the deliciousness, the service was outstanding. The head table was constantly being checked on, and there was always an appetizer tray going by. The staff even joined in our midnight countdown and dancing!!! Only reason this is getting 4/5 stars is because communication leading up to the event was somewhat difficult. I would sometimes have to email multiple times in order to get a response, and they didn't show up to our venue walk through that we scheduled specifically for them. However, Ravi made up for this by throwing in a few "extras" and doing a fantastic job on the day of. Highly recommend Chic Chef!!!

Chic Chef provided us an absolutely wonderful wedding experience. All of our guests were completely gushing, not only about how delicious everything was, but also about how polite, helpful, and friendly all of the staff members were. As the bride and groom, we were of course very busy and distracted throughout the night, and the Chic Chef team was so thoughtful, kind, and helpful - finding us throughout the night to see if we'd like a drink, asking if we'd want a plate (or more) of our appetizers sent to the bridal suite so we didn't miss out while taking pictures, the list goes on. It couldn't have gone any smoother, and we highly HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality, reasonably priced caterer with absolutely DELICIOUS food and wonderful team members. I went with chic chef for my wedding and I’m so happy I did! The food was AMAZING, it tasted exactly the same from when I did my tasting. Based on other catering quotes I got back during my planning process Chic Chef was by far the most reasonable in price & what they offer. The day of my wedding Chic chef followed my timeline perfectly down to the minute when it came to dinner, late night snack, and dessert! The wait staff we had also made my husband and I feel like royalty- our waitress made sure many times that we were good or needed anything and also made sure we always had a fresh drink. They even set up all of mini desserts and cake that I got from another vendor( a lot of other caterers don’t do this because it’s not their product). Weeks before my wedding chic chef had me fill out a form with all the info for the event and then still had someone call me to review it and make sure nothing was missing! That really helps a bride feel at ease. Only feedback I have for chic chef would be around the communication. I would have to email them 2-3 times with questions to finally get a response. But once they responded they were amazing and always answered my questions and put my mind at ease. So just know in the end they do an amazing job with your event. But that’s my only feedback for them.

We had a great experience with Chic Chef Catering! With Chic Chef you get it all; easy and timely communications, excellent and thoughtful service, and delicious, high-quality food, at a super reasonable price point! Chic Chef also did a lovely job with the setup, and ran everything seamlessly from cocktail hour through dessert. It was all beautifully done! We really appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to provide alcohol and dessert ourselves, even when we didn't have our dessert plan totally nailed down until relatively close to the wedding. They were always friendly and accommodating. I thought we might want to do some extra menu customizations, but when we tasted some of their standard offerings they were so delicious that we felt no need for further options! And our guests loved the food just as much as we did!

Chic Chef Catering is incredible! I used them for my wedding and they were incredible to work with. They were easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. As soon as we had the tasting, we booked with Chic Chef immediately and didn’t even try any other caterers it was that good. They met with my venue to do a final walk through a few weeks before the wedding. Day of, everything was executed flawlessly. The food was SO good. From the passed appetizers, salad, bread options, and entrees- everything was amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests raving that it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. I really loved that they offered linens as well- made it super easy for me. Thank you SO much for providing the wedding food of our dreams!

Ravi and team were great! They helped us to pick a fabulous menu, accommodated our many questions and edits, and rolled with the punches to help make our day perfect. The food was yummy but the real stars were the service staff who went above and beyond for our guests. We received so many compliments about how accommodating the catering team was. Ravi even personally delivered us drinks throughout the night. Not to mention the value! Huge thank you to the Chic Chef team for helping to make our wedding a dream come true.

Cannot say enough nice words about Chic Chef! They had my 200 guests served in 8 minutes. The food was delicious and everyone raved about it! They were very pleasant bartenders and servers! 10/10 recommend them to anyone!

Chic Chef was incredible to work with and the food was awesome! Ravi and Lili were incredibly flexible and went above and beyond to make our day special. The service was fantastic from the day we contacted them through the wedding day, we truly could not have asked for anything more! They were so accommodating to all dietary restrictions and our guests gave glowing reviews of the food and service! In addition to delicious food and perfect service, Chic Chef’s prices are very reasonable.

Irina was so easy to work with and Stella was the most amazing captain! We had multiple guest mention how polite everyone was. My husband takes ages to eat and I requested they not clear his plate until late night snack arrived and was so happy to see it still there later so he could actually finish his dinner for once 😂 The food was all delicious and the buffet ran smoothly and quickly. Hiring Chic Chef was one of the best things we did for our wedding day. My husband and I are both vegan and we wanted a full vegan menu for our day so that we could eat anything there. Chef Ravi made it possible and it was SO tasty. Everyone loved it and no one even realized that it was all vegan! Chef Ravi and his team made everything go so smoothly on the day of as well. The tables were set beautifully and the catering staff was great! Anything we needed or wanted they made sure to accommodate. And everything came at a reasonable price. I would recommend Chic Chef to any couple who is getting married in the Chicagoland area!

We were so pleased with the ease and execution of Chic Chef catering. This catering company was exclusive with our venue so we weren't sure what to expect, but from start to finish Chic Chef was easy to coordinate with, responsive, and had delicious food. They allowed us to have 4 different meal options to accommodate everyone's dietary restrictions and allowed us to make minor additions/changes right up until the wedding date. As the bride and groom, we felt so catered to on our wedding day and the service was amazing. We would highly recommend this catering company for your next event!

Loved having Chic Chef for our big day. From the staff down to the food and the napkins, everything was great! They were easy to work with and answered all of my silly bride questions up to the day before the wedding. It's nice to not have to worry about things on an already stressful day and the staff at Chic Chef are total pros.

We can not say enough good things about Chic Chef. We hired them for our May 2022 wedding. After our initial tasting we were blown away by how good the food was and how reasonable the price was. We assumed there was no way the food would be as good on the day of the wedding. We were wrong. Everyone raved about the food! We had multiple guests with special diets and all were accommodated. The staff was attentive and friendly! We’d recommend Chic Chef to anyone getting married.

For our wedding, we wanted good food that had a bit of exciting flair and flavor (not your basic wedding blandness) but that was within our budget. Chic Chef was able to provide this, and was extremely willing to work with us to craft a menu that was interesting but also budget friendly. Their tasting was lovely and Chef Ravi was very attentive (and tolerated my mother’s many questions). Initially we were just going to do veggie (stuffed peppers), chicken (Greek chicken), and beef (Brazillian churrasco) options but decided to taste the lamb rogan josh (curry) on a whim and fell in love so we added it to the menu too, expecting only a few guests to select it. Instead, it was an absolute hit and so many more people ordered it that we expected! We got so many compliments on our menu and how interesting it was. Although leading up to the wedding we would have appreciated a bit more detailed communication to calm our nerves (we didn’t have a wedding planner and just needed assurance that everything would be how we asked), the day of the wedding went very smoothly! Ravi’s team worked wonderfully, everyone got served in a speedy manner, and we were even brought some hors d’oeuvres to our bridal suite since we didn’t emerge during cocktail hour. Both of us were able to eat our entire dinner which we really appreciated since it was delicious! We had also hired them to set up décor that we had dropped off at the venue and it all looked great and exactly how we wanted. Chic Chef is an extremely competent team with an extremely competent chef at their head and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing catering for a large event!

From the day of the tasting up until the end of our wedding, working with Ravi and the Chic Chef team was nothing but spectacular. Having a palate for finer foods, I knew that I wanted the food at my wedding to be spectacular; and it was everything and more! Nothing but amazing remarks on the food from all our guests and some guests went up for 2nds and even 3rds (buffet style)! Not only was the food amazing, but the whole team was efficient, energetic, and professional. They worked well together as well as with all other vendors involved during the day. I cannot thank Ravi and his team enough for knocking it out of the park and helping make our wedding day absolutely perfect.

I honestly cannot recommend Chic Chef enough. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly helpful and clearly loved their jobs. Their food tasted delicious and the service was quick and efficient on the day of. I love how there is a twist on standard wedding food, all of the guests were blown away. Beyond their delicious food, they are organized and communicative throughout the entire planning process. The captain and crew working that day of made sure that they went above and beyond to take care of anything going wrong so that the bride and groom have a seamless day. We used Chic Chef for both our wedding shower & wedding! The food and staff are AMAZING! Our guests have been raving about our wedding food.. saying it’s the best food they’ve had at a wedding! We can’t wait to use them again for future events! The staff is also fabulous! Ravi did a job working with us and really makes you feel like a friend and well cared for. They have an event manager on wedding day.. and he was amazing! Brought us drinks right after the ceremony & made sure our guests had everything they need :) Can’t say enough great things about the food, service, and staff!!

We used Chic Chef for our recent wedding and everything was absolutely amazing!!! Not only was the food delicious, but the team truly went above and beyond catering (pun intended) to every single guests need. Over the course of the wedding, we didn’t have any issues and everyone continues to rave about how good their meals were weeks later. Awesome vendor, and amazing service. Could not have picked a more professional catering company! They were extremely flexible with meal options (including vegetarian/vegan), and open to our creative ideas we had. We had a few non traditional wedding ideas, and they we onboard with all of them. All of our guests raved about the experience & heavily towards the dinner & bar service. We also utilized the day of coordinator through Chic Chef & she (Lucy) was with us from start/finish of the day. We chose Chic Chef through a combination of our venue providing great recommendation & other Knot reviews. They are just a fun and flexible team. & Ravi (owner) is not only great to work with, but just a great person overall. Highly recommend this catering group!

We are so happy to have had Ravi and the Chic Chef team as part of the vendor lineup for our wedding. When we first met Ravi at our tasting, he was warm, welcoming, and super laid back. He kept things light and fun and honestly, it was so nice to have someone with this energy during our wedding day. He made us remember that weddings don’t have to be so serious, and that it should be a fun and happy day! We were set on having Lou Malnati’s pizza as our main entree, so finding a caterer who was willing to work with us could only be Ravi and his team. In addition to the pizza, Chic Chef provided passed appetizers, a salad, and soup for our dinner menu. The soup was SO GOOD. So many of our guests demanded for the recipe. The service team was phenomenal! A huge shoutout to Lucy for helping coordinate everything and an even bigger shoutout to Enrique who made our family and friends feel at home. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks again for making our big day one to remember!

I LOOOOOVE CHIC CHEF. I typically hate wedding food but.....this food is GOOOOD! They are so good at their jobs, hands down one of the best vendors at our wedding! If not, the best! They made the day so easy for me! I had some issues the day of my wedding, none of them their fault and ravi was so patient and helpful. The food was phenomenal, everyone loved it. Especially the hour d'ovuers!! Honestly, they are so well priced and accomedating. They do a wide range of food as well, we had a mexican-vietnamese wedding and our menu reflected that. Honestly, they are the best caterer. I havent tasted better food at anyone's wedding 🤣🤣💕

Chic Chef is amazing! Not only were they much more affordable than all the other caterers I reached out to, their food is INCREDIBLE. My guests raved about it and said it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding. Ravi and Lilija were so great to work with and also so accommodating and helpful at the wedding. When I forgot to pick up pomegranate juice for our signature cocktail, Ravi and his team ran out and picked it up for us 30 minutes before the ceremony. Everyone was so professional and nice and Ravi himself kept checking in with us to make sure everything was perfect and we had what we needed.

Ravi, Lilly, and the rest of the Chic Chef team were the best choice for our wedding caterer. They were easy to communicate with, offered a lot of tasty selections, and were flexible while keeping within our budget offering. Alfredo and the day of crew were kind, professional, and made sure guests were taken care of. We also appreciate that Ravi and his team give back to the community, providing lunches and dinners to first responders and healthcare workers when their events were put on pause during the pandemic. I am so happy I had Chic Chef Catering at my wedding. The food was hands down the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding and every guest said the SAME thing. My brother also used Chic Chef at his wedding so I got to taste quite a few different menu items and they were all incredible and impressed me so much. And now my mom wants to start ordering Chic Chef catering for family parties because of how good EVERYTHING was. Working with Ravi and his team was wonderful. From planning and selecting a menu, all the way to the day of service and assistance, it was all beyond our expectations. Chic Chef was really great in catering our wedding. The communication started off a little rocky but got continuously better as we got closer to our date. There were plenty of options to choose from to make a cohesive plate, and the food was everything we wanted for the wedding. The food was delicious the day of, and we received so many compliments from our guests! They were great in helping set up for dinner, shifting tables and chairs for cocktail hour, and assisting with our late night snack. The team at the venue really made sure that we had everything we wanted or needed, like bringing us some pre-ceremony appetizers and serving us our own plates to our table while the guests went through the buffet. We were very pleased with how smooth everything went the day of the wedding and would recommend Chic Chef to others.
