Nicolette is the best! We hired her to be our florist for our wedding, and she did not disappoint! I interviewed over a handful of florists before I found Nicolette, and she stood out beyond all the others. First, she asked me for access to my wedding pinterest board so that when we first spoke on the phone, she had already prepared a vision board based on my pins and had a couple of different proposals based on EXACTLY what she knew I already liked. She asked so many questions and obviously remembered all my answers because she constructed a gorgeous floral vision for our wedding and made it work for our budget. So many times, you walk into an event, and you feel like the room is has holes in the decor or is missing something. But NOT with our wedding. Everything looked magical and just as we planned. Our wedding was on 12/19/2020. We had to postpone our wedding originally in May of 2020, and she was on board with us every step of the way when we originally hired her, when we postponed, and when we started to plan the details after deciding not to postpone the wedding again. She was quick to turn our spring wedding plan into a completely different plan for the Christmas-winter wedding it now became. Talk about flexibility. Nicolette never complained or made me feel like it was a pain to completely change what we had planned when it was a May wedding so that it matched our new colors and constantly-changing wedding party (due to losing and gaining people in our wedding party for covid reasons). She was a dream to work with and collaborated so well with our other vendors. Highly highly recommend her!!

We hired Nicolette As our month of planner and florist. She is concise and organized. She covered all important aspects of our ceremony and wedding to ensure that all details would be tended to. She did our centerpieces and bouquet which all turned out just beautiful! She is budget friendly and extremely considerate of your thoughts and helps to bring your vision to life! She was wonderful to work with and highly recommend her to help take care of your wedding needs!

Chic concepts did an excellent job of helping us put our wedding together. Nicolette is kind and caring. She is creative and helps to bring your wedding vision to life. I had her both as my month of coordinator and florist. Our church and reception hall looked flawless on the day of our wedding. MY BOUQUET was…I can’t even describe, it was really stunning and beautiful. I loved the overall vibe and decor!! All in all, chic concepts did a wonderful job as both coordinator and florist! It really made the wedding planning easier to have this company fulfill two major roles in our wedding.

Nicollete is the absolute best! She helped me envision and create my rustic romantic dream wedding! I also used her for my day of coordinator and she absolutely rocks at that! I didn’t have to think about anything because Nicollete was always on top of everything and getting it done! I’m so very grateful for Snap Chic and Nicollete making our wedding stress free, beautiful and so perfect!!

Chic Concept is absolutely the best!!! You couldn’t ask anything for more since they put up their heart in everything they do and it shows in to their work! Nicolette is very helpful, patient, Funny and very outgoing!!! She’s always there to answer your questions even if it’s redundant or just anything under the sun. She will make sure to answer everything the best she could! Our guest are stunned with the flowers and decorations that this team have put up to in our wedding and my husband and I are very happy with the results!!! If i can put 100 stars i would cause 5 is not enough to describe their effort and team work! Yall put my wedding to life!!! Thank you so much for everything!

Words are not even enough to rate how Snap chic , Nicolette and her team did in our wedding!!! They are absolutely one of the best in San Antonio or should i say in texas. Nicolette may be intimidating at first but shes always right on point! She’s very sweet, funny and very helpful with everything you want or need for your wedding!! She’s very patient especially with me being OC with everything. Our guest are stunned with the decorations and flowers that this team put up to! They put their heart in what they do and you can see it in the results! My husband and I are very lucky to hired them for our big day cause we didn’t have any regrets! If I could rate Nikki and her team at Chic Concepts 10 stars, I would. When my husband and I first got engaged I had a vision of what I wanted our wedding to be and Nikki exceeded our expectations! Everything was absolutely beautiful! Thank you again for all your time spent on our special day!

Planning a wedding with the bride living 1,600 miles away is not the easiest thing to do....BUT, with the help of Nicolette and her team, she made it possible! I have known Nicolette and her sweet Momma (Gina, the flower lady) for years. We met at church, so I knew if I chose Chic Concepts to help with my daughter's wedding, it would be "heavenly"! To begin with, she gave us a list of vendors she had previously worked with...DJs, photographers, venues...so we felt comfortable knowing she had experience with any of the other vendors we were choosing. We couldn't begin to tell you how many emails or text messages that were sent Nicolette with questions about the ceremony, reception decor, timing of events, has this or that gotten done (the list of questions was endless)...Nicolette was always quick to respond. WEDDING DAY....as I said before, it WAS heavenly! Many, many compliments about the decor...florals were gorgeous. Many compliments actually came from men! The staff of the venue, the photographers, the DJ & MC, all worked so well together making the flow of the entire evening perfect! On a scale of 1-99, Nicolette and her team are 100+. We wish we could "campaign" for Chic Concepts because they are "making weddings great again"!! They definitely have our vote! Where do I even begin... Nicolette and the Chic Concepts team made my wedding absolutely perfect. So professional and had everything organized to make my day go smoothly. I keep reading reviews on other venders how this and that didn’t go as plAnned, but with Chic Concepts everything went just as planned and if it didn’t, I had no clue. The flowers and centerpieces... literally every person at my reception commented on how beautiful they were and let me tell you they were breathtaking. If you want your day to go perfectly with amazing florals... you need Chic Concepts!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

I would HIGHLY recommend Chic concepts! Nikki was very insightful and helped our wedding vision come to life. Floral was very important to us for our reception, and Nikki worked with our budget to create something spectacular. She is creative, thinks outside the box, and listens to your ideas to come up with something original. I absolutely loved my wedding boutique and floral arraignments. I have Chic Concepts a few "inspiration photos" and they worked magic. They took my vision and made it a reality, far better than I could have dreamed of. They also did a nice job integrating the flowers with our theme so that everything looked cohesive. We are so grateful!

We hired this vendor for our wedding this past weekend & we are so happy we did! Nicolette is amazing & so talented! Huge thank you to her and her team as well. When I first set up a meeting with her to go over floral arrangements & decor I really didn't know what I wanted. I told her I elegant but not too over the top, also no greenery lol...she came back with an idea & nailed it!! At our second meeting we discussed what the centerpieces would look like and the floral arrangements for the ceremony & my goodness, all of it was coming along great. With her & my coordinator's help, everything was easy on us because they had great ideas that turned out amazing the day of! I walked thru the venue while they were setting up & I was amazed at how beautiful the flowers looked. I cannot wait to get my pictures to post so everyone can see the beautiful work. Please give her an opportunity to work your wedding, she is easy to communicate with, very very talented, & will make everything work out! Nicolette all I can say is WOW!!! It was literally everything I dreamed of and more!! You seriously did a fabulous job, our head table was just something out of a fairy tale. Nicolette is the sweetest, most patient and hard working person you'll meet! She is so passionate about what she does. I probably changed my mind like 5 times on things I wanted and she made it happen! She is there for you every step of the way. I texted her 2 days before my wedding because I wanted to add more flowers in certain areas, and she made it happen. Everybody at the wedding was blown away by the floral arrangements. My wedding was on November 3rd, 2017 and I have just found the time to write a review. I just want to say how phenomenal Nicolette and Chic Concepts were! I had so many ideas and a certain way on how I wanted our floral arrangements to look and Nicolette and Chic Concepts brought my dream wedding to life! I thank them for meeting with me and communicating with me throughout the year and really putting my ideas into thought in preparation for our wedding. Nicolette was so nice and very helpful throughout the process. They gave such a beautiful and unique touch to our wedding! They are literally so talented and creative and the best in the business! They really were a part of what made our wedding day special. Our wedding and floral looked beyond beautiful and they are what made it happen. I was speechless as I saw them do their magic on the day of our wedding. I loved how early they came to set up and how prepared they were. After the night was over they came to dismantle everything and cleaned up. I did not have to worry about a thing. Thank you Nicolette and Chic Concepts!

There was no one better than Nicolette for capturing the vision of the BIG day. She listened to what I wanted and brought something even better to life. I just loved her and she really set me at ease during the time, leading up to the wedding. Her floral arrangements were so beautiful and everyone who attended were just as mesmerized. Nicolette and her team made my fairytale wedding dreams come true. I had very high expectations for how I wanted my wedding design to look, and Chic Concepts exceeded those. Nicolette listened to everything I wanted and bounced ideas back and forth with me. She truly made my vision come to life. I got SO MANY compliments on my venue after chic concepts transformed it with floral, drapery, and lighting. My guests could not get enough of my head table arrangement, and they are still talking about it a month later! I am so happy I went with chic concepts and could not be any happier!

I am not kidding when I say I had previously consulted with four different vendors about our wedding flowers. All of them had beautiful ideas but all of them were ordinary and basic. It wasn't until I met Nicolette at The McNay Open House, that I experienced passion for designing wedding flowers and decor. When I told her I wanted whimsical, fairy-tale like, dream like, I could see her imagination begin to soar. She took me exactly where I wanted to be. As I sit here, writing this review, replaying the moment she took us to see our reception, I get lost with amazement. It was beautiful, it was everything I literally dreamed of. Chic Concepts love what they do, with deep passion, and intelligence. The design and execution came out to be everything I imagined. I didn't think this could be pulled off but I trusted them. All of my wedding guests said it was like a fairy-tale, and it was! That's what I wanted it to be for everyone. I did not have to worry about my coordination services because they were taken care with ease, but most importantly with love and care. My husband and I raved about Nicolette being "on it" the entire night. She took care of us so well. I am so happy I chose Chic Concepts.

We got to work with Nicolette for floral arrangement for our wedding at the Hotel Emma in SA, TX. From start to finish, she was great. She was very accommodating in terms of understanding that we had a budget and trying her hardest to work within it without compromising the beauty of the arrangements. The arrangements and the bouquet were both out of this world beautiful. We have done a lot of searching online and we couldn't have asked for a prettier bouquet. We also got tons of compliments on the center piece arrangements. Nicolette is a true professional that understands communication is one of the most important parts of the wedding. She is very easy to reach via her phone/text and will always get back to you. We really enjoyed working with her and we highly recommend her for any events requiring floral arrangements!

I used Chic concepts for both month of wedding planning and event design. I was thrilled with the service. I had a NYE wedding and wanted more than just a floral vendor but an event design concept that included candles, and sparkles and gold and clocks. Nicolette delivered. She not only put together very beautiful floral arrangements, but built a design concept to fit the evening and included a large floral clock above the fireplace at the venue, an electronic countdown clock for the guests to ring in the year to. She did all of this and stayed within our budget. we were very happy and appreciative of her services.

Nicolette at Chic Concepts was an absolute answered prayer! Not only was she so kind, warm, and responsive, but she was willing to go above and beyond to make sure that our wedding was exactly what we wanted. Her creativity and thoughtfulness were unmatched...our wedding ceremony and reception room was a dream come true. The floral arrangements and decor were exactly what we pictured. Nicolette truly took into consideration everything that we wanted, but was also so considerate of our budget and worked with us in whatever way she could to make sure we were happy. The way that she ran our day, coordinated with our other vendors, and was always so friendly and calm to everyone was beyond appreciated. My husband is military and we wished to incorporate several military touches and Nicolette was so willing to make all of that happen for us. I do not have enough good things to say about her or my experience with Chic Concepts. My wedding was 100% everything I dreamed of, and my husband and I have Nicolette to thank for that!

Nicolette was absolutely wonderful. From our very first meeting, her calm-cool but in charge demeanor lead me to know she would make my wedding dreams come true. In just a one hour visit, she looked at photos I had on an inspiration board but didn't just copy what she was seeing. She was able to get to know who I was in that quick meeting and combine my inspirations and thoughts with who I was as a person to develop the most beautiful plans tailored perfectly to me and my now-husbands tastes and personalities. She was clear with her pricing from the get-go and she was clear in communication about her plans. During the rehearsal and the actual wedding day she was amazing. She communicated with vendors so me or my mother or even y bridesmaids didn't have to. She helped the reception flow perfectly and didn't just stick to a timelog, but had a feel for how to party was going and based her decisions off of that. Most importantly, she communicated with everyone involved- vendors, family, friends, and my husband and I in such a professional way but she was never demanding or controlling. Nicolette is a total boss lady with such grace and class. Chic Concepts made my dreams come true!

Look NO FURTHER!!! My little girls day was Magical and it was in large part due to Nicolette. Nicolette and her team were AMAZING!!!! We walked into our venue at 9:00 a.m.. It went for a barren tables and chairs to fairy tale caliber. Her team was ON POINT!! Thank you so much for all you did to make this the most memorable day of my life!!!!!!!

If we could give Chic 20 stars, we would. We used Chic for coordination, floral and decor, best decision EVER! Nicolette work with us from day one to help us conceptualize how we want our wedding to look, what flowers we wanted, what style we wanted, and how we wanted our day to flow. We walked into wedding planning not knowing a darn thing or what 'style' we wanted, Nicolette pulled the ideas from us and created the most beautiful and breathtaking wedding we could have ever imagined. She is there for you to answer any question, help you with any random need and knows what you are thinking before you have even thought about it. You hear wedding planning is the most 'stressful' thing, with Chic as your team, it was a breeze, and anything that wasn't, they will fix for you without you even knowing it. Nicolette and Gina were more than we could ever ask for. Decoration were breathtaking, floral was out of this world, and coordination made the most important day of our life so relaxed and enjoyable. I can honestly say, if something didn't go right on the day of our wedding, we had no idea, because they would take care of it. The only thing I wanted just as much than to marry the man of my dreams on my wedding day, was to not have to worry about anything but us saying 'I do' and Chic made that happen. We cannot thank them enough for their beautiful work, amazing talent and making our best day ever relaxing and perfect. I HIGHLY suggest using Chic to make your special day, YOUR special day and stress free. Thank you Nicolette and your amazing chic team.

Chic concepts is amazing. They created a beautiful winter wonderland for the wedding. The room looked elegant and beautiful. The tables were set perfectly and the floral centerpieces were gorgeous. I would highly recommend them.

Not the type on business ethics I'd pick to work with. Hired them to do my wedding a for what they charge you'd think they'd get the color of flowers correct, and make your bouquet right after two tries.

I can't put into words how amazing Chic Concepts was for our big day! Nicolette and Gina took care of our day-of coordination, florals, design, bride sanity, and basically everything. I honestly don't know what I would've done without them. Anytime I needed anything, one or both of them was right there to help out (this includes the months leading up to the wedding). Their experience, knowledge, and expertise is unmatched. There were so many guests at the wedding that came up to my mother to compliment Chic Concepts that my dad offered to sign them up and pay for their services for one of our very close family friend's wedding. We have also had a billion comments from guests telling us that it was, "the most fun wedding I've ever been too!" This comment even came from older men!!! All thanks to Chic Concepts. I can honestly say that I believe God sent me these women to make our special day the wonderful occasion that it was. I love both Nicolette and Gina for the best day my husband and I have ever had. :)

When I met Gina and Nikki, I was blessed to see that they are good Christian women who want to help others. However, at the wedding, I was a little disappointed. They had a timeline, which is a good GUIDE, but they wanted to stick to it so much that we were rushed to get our pictures done. Therefore, we only had pictures in ONE LOCATION on the entire venue grounds. As far as their professionalism, they were good, sweet ladies. They worked with my husband and me with the cost of their services and payment plans, after we told them of our woes in regards to the wedding. All in all, I would say that they are good, but not great. I knew up front that Gina has OCD, cuz she told me about it... but to keep a schedule and not deviate from it? at a wedding? C'mon, even the photographer was irritated!
