We had a wide range of music, reggaeton/latin, rap, old school and pop/dance. This package is so worth it with premium sound, up lighting and dance floor lights, he lit up the whole room. We highly recommend!

The dance floor was packed all night and everyone loved his use of props and the entertainment he provided. We were so happy with his work, and we would definitely hire him again. Damian really made our wedding special :)

LL NIGHT LONG. He brought props, he taught the two-step, he played every song we requested, and then some. He executed our wedding ceremony exactly how we envisioned and listened to every request we made regarding when to announce the grand march, no phones during the ceremony, etc. He was seriously the best DJ, and we wish we could book him over and over again!

Damian was spot on with every cue and song during our ceremony and the various big moments of the reception (entrances, first dances, etc.) and helped the event flow so smoothly. Once we opened the dance floor, the party started and never stopped. There was a great mix of fast, upbeat songs with the occasional slow song mixed in and people didn't leave the dance floor the entire night. Damian had a ton of fun props like hats, a cane, and more and our guests LOVED him. We cannot thank Damian enough and we HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a fun day and the best party!

The planning process with Chicago DJs was a breeze. There was also someone from the team recording videos of our day! Don’t walk… RUN to book them!

ly reason they are getting 3 stars is because they struggled with setup. There were some technical difficulties and mistakes made at both the beginning of the ceremony and beginning of the reception. For the ceremony we started a few minutes late and our processional song was misplayed. For the reception they couldn't get the music going for the first 15 minutes and we had a quiet room which I made clear was something high on my list and wanted avoided at all costs. After that they came through! The introductions and dancing portion of the reception was a blast and they killed it! The setup of equipment and all the lighting was also 5 stars and it made our venue look even more amazing! The planning was also 5 stars, the online platform and communication was perfect, which is why I was a little disappointed at how the ceremony and dinner portion of the reception went considering all the planning that took place. The explanation I received for the mistakes and technical difficulties is because the DJ played off the Spotify list I provided him instead of downloading it directly to his software. These are a couple mistakes I know that will NOT be made again for future clients and is the reason why I am still HIGHLY RECOMMENDING Chicago DJs to someone who is considering them. They were extremely affordable and extremely talented. Those mistakes just left a mark no one could of recovered from.

Everyone was having so much fun and he was interactive with props and teaching us dances. Blown away by his spirit and positivity. tup, pricing, etc. We booked him and his assistant for two different rooms within the same venue (Adler Planetarium), and the setup went smoothly and on time since we noticed no major hiccups! The first room was the ceremony and afterparty, which used the same awesome sound system. We could hear the music clearly throughout the entire room, which was quite big and had tall ceilings. We had a hybrid dance floor and karaoke, which was shared on one sound system. Our guests had A BLAST! Damian was great and took all of our "must haves" into consideration and executed perfectly - from song selection to important event announcements. He took great notes and even the minor details were completed - like our special request to have a song start at a very specific time during the recessional. He played all of the songs we wanted from all sorts of genres - mostly pop, R&B, kpop, jpop, and hiphop. It was very important to us to have a variety of songs with different languages, and he played our requested songs with English, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, and Cantonese lyrics. He was able to get any and every song we and our guests requested. During our planning process, when there was a potential hurdle, he made sure to bring it up and give us a better alternative or solution, which we greatly appreciated. Damian was a pleasure to work with - with us the wedding couple, our venue and day-of coordinators, and our officiant. The only issues we had during our ceremony was some feedback from our videographers' mic clipped onto Chester (the groom) during our vows. There seemed to be a little bit of interference from the DJ's sound system/mic/speakers and the videographer mic.

n amazing job with the music and both families, and all of our friends, were dancing all night long. Damian went above and beyond, and even joined us on the dance floor to teach everyone the group dances (ie. Cha Cha Slide, Electric Slides, Cupid Shuffle, etc). He even had costume hats to go along with some of the songs. Everyone loved him and we have heard over and over again that we had one of the best weddings people had ever been to, and I believe he is a huge reason for that. Highly recommend! Thanks Damian!!

Not to mention, after the wedding we got an email from him with a highlight video of clips they had gotten throughout the night of our wedding. Again, he went completely above and beyond. His prices are incredibly affordable and he is amazing. Look no further and book him please :)
