With a range of customizable packages available, she works closely with each couple to deliver outstanding photographs to last a lifetime. Though born in Romania, Gia was raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where she grew up with a passion for taking photos. Shortly after moving to Chicago with her husband, she was asked to photograph a friend’s celebration where she discovered her love of wedding photography. It was not long before Gia started her own business which quickly grew thanks to her passion and the quality of her work. Having received the ‘Best of Chicago Wedding Photographers’ Award for six years running by the US Commerce Association, she has built a strong citywide reputation. Her work has also been featured in numerous local publications. Professional, versatile, and innovative, Gia is deeply passionate about her work. From preparation to post-production, she works closely with every couple to ensure that they are completely satisfied. She understands how much work goes into the wedding-planning process and it is her mission to make the photographic aspect as stress-free as possible. Her standard full-day package includes 10 hours of in-depth coverage, full editing and a personalized 20-page album containing high-resolution photos, free of watermarks. Add-on services are also available including additional photo sessions and extra photographers, and she also caters to destination weddings outside of Chicago. Gia is committed to delivering spectacular photos that will reflect not only your special day but also your shared romantic bond.

I met Gia at Stan Mansion's open house in January and I absolutely love her energy and the hard work and dedication she puts into photography. Besides being an awesome person, she has real talent and a very good eye on the details that are extremely important and emotional and will mean so much after your special event is over and all you are left with are memories... and pictures! Gia is one of the recommended photographers on the Stan Mansion's vendors list and I can, with no doubt recommend her to our couples, she brought two of her amazing books for display and I absolutely love them. They help me present the venue better to the couples who come and tour the space. I love her work and the dedication and would highly recommend Gia!

Gia is nothing short of amazing. We first used her for our engagement photos and we really loved her work so she soon became our go to photographer whenever we needed someone to capture special moments in our lives. This includes our wedding, pregnancy photos and baby pictures for both of our kiddos. In addition to her great talent, she also has a beautiful personality, is very easy to work with and she’s super efficient. We simply love what she does and could not recommend her enough.

Gia is one of the best photographers in Chicago! She did an amazing job with our wedding pictures. Choosing a photographer is one of the most important decisions you make for your wedding. I strongly recommend her because not only she captured every detail of our wedding, but the quality of the pictures is outstanding. She is very professional and also she is very easy to talk to. She really goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. We are forever grateful for the pictures we will have for a lifetime to remember our special day!! We couldn't be happier with our choice.

Gia is an amazing photographer! My fiance was very camera shy and Gia worked perfectly with him and myself. Gia was very creative, helpful, and had amazing ideas! I am so happy we went with her. Her pricing is also very affordable and you get amazing quality and beautiful pictures! You need to use her!

Gia was a great photographer! She made us feel very comfortable and was SUPER easy to work with! She was very budget friendly. She worked with us with our crazy schedules and our engagement session was so much fun. We barely knew she was there during the wedding, but we knew she got plenty of pictures!

Gia was such a great person to work with, and the photos turned out great, too! We did an engagement session plus the wedding photos. Gia was very flexible with us and she really made us feel relaxed and natural while we were getting photos taken. She will really let you do your own thing if you want, but we were just standing around awkwardly not knowing what to do, so instead she took charge and made suggestions for some great photos. Gia also offers photo books, which are beautiful. They struck me as a bit pricey, but probably only because her photography fees were so reasonable. I didn't feel like she added on the typical wedding surcharge to the photo shoot price.
