After multiple confirmation about itinerary and multiple pickups , the driver did not come for second group ...
of people as she was not informed about the route. Left us hanging , had to delay the whole wedding ceremony for an hour (and you all know how much every hour cost) , added enormous stress to our special day and still charged us full service price for one way service.
As a groom i had to spend 30 minutes arguing on the phone listening to their excuses how disorganized they are. Absolute disgrace of a company. Left 40 guests at the hotel chasing ubers to try and get to the ceremony.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! They will cancel on you! My trolley was canceled 10 days before my event. They claim I didn’t submit my contract or photos of my credit card, which ...
is a lie as evidenced by emails and confirmation of receipt. Tom, an employee or owner, was unwilling to find a solution and ultimately hung up on me. I would never trust this company, especially for a wedding.
