Chicadee Hill Cakes did our wedding cake and it was absolutely incredible. The mountains on it were so detailed it looked like a painting- I didn’t even want to cut it, it was so pretty! They made my vision come to life and made it absolutely delicious.. and Shara was so kind and helpful during our cake tasting🤍

I spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect bakery for my wedding. I am a foodie and an amateur baker, so my standards were very high. What sold me on Chickadee Hill was their fillings, the price, and the customer service I received. I also asked for an American buttercream vs the Italian meringue buttercream. I just like a little bit more sweetness and they accommodated my request. The communication between myself and Chickadee Hill was fantastic. The day of my wedding came and I was blown away with my beautiful cupcake tower. I am a firm believer that taste should always beat out style. Well, I got both beauty and taste in one. Everyone raved about the cupcakes! Another guest even requested the name of my baker so that she could relay that to another friend to use for her wedding. If you want to save yourself time looking - just go with Chickadee Hill. I’ve done the homework for you.

Chickadee Hill Cakes was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! The second we did our cake tasting we knew we had found our bakery. We loved the unique flavors offered, and ended up going with lemon blueberry and tiramisu tiers for our cake. Through the planning process, the team was responsive to any questions we had and took the time to really understand our vision. The cake came out so beautiful and was delicious! So flavorful and fresh without being overly sweet. We got lots of compliments from guests too, everyone loved it! I would highly recommend Chickadee Hill Cakes!

Oh my god does Shara know how to deliver. Our cake was STUNNING and almost too beautiful to eat, almost... Our tasting with Shara was simple and easy even with so many flavors to pick from. The Chickadee Cheese Cake was by far our favorite but you can’t go wrong with anything offered. Our guests keep raving about the cake and a few definitely went for seconds.

Most importantly, the cake was delicious! But also important, the entire experience with Chickadee Hill Cakes was wonderful. We enjoyed our cake tasting, their designs were beautiful, their customer service was great, and their prices were very reasonable. Everyone raved about how delicious the cake was and wished they could have had both flavors. We also loved that Chickadee Hill Cakes offered many different flavors.

Our cake was gorgeous and delicious! We wanted a very simple look with our flowers incorporated, and we wanted our dog to be featured on our cake. We shipped the dog statuette to Chickadee Hill, and they were able to perfectly capture our vision! So yummy and so pretty!

We ordered an eclectic cupcake tower and it was exactly as we envisioned! So gorgeous and all the guests loved the 3 flavors we chose! So yummy!

We had tried this cake at two weddings before we booked for our own wedding, so we knew that the cake they provided would be delicious, however the experience with them far exceeded expectations! Everyone was so kind, knowledgable, and professional, and we were blown away by how absolutely stunning our cake looked!! We had three different flavors, and it was such a challenge to narrow down the best three during the tasting because they were all so delicious! True masters at their craft, highly recommend!

Our venue offered two bakeries for their package and I am so, SO glad that we taste-tested both because Chickadee Hill blew the other out of the water. At the tasting we tried ten cake combinations and were able to select two for our cake - we went with lemon cake + blueberry buttercream filling and spiced cake + local apple compote filling (summer meets fall wedding). The cake turned out beautiful, and it was so delicious. We had our cake sliced as the party favors and on the bus ride to the hotel everyone was already digging in and raving!

Everyone loved our cake at our wedding! We chose 2 layers of a tiramisu cake that was soooo good! The other layer was banana chocolate ganache which was also great! We also had them put our Siamese cat on the back with her arms curled under and it was perfect!

Chickadee Hill delivered exactly what we wanted for our wedding! The cake and cupcakes were so perfectly presented and delicious! I will absolutely be using them again in the future!

They work in conjunction with Birch Wood Vineyards as a preferred vendor, and we are so, so happy that we chose them as our bakers. We absolutely loved Chickadee Hill Cakes! They were so easy to work with and helped use through the process of picking our style. We are so glad we chose Chickadee Hill Cakes for our wedding cake! All of the samples were so delicious when we went for our tasting we had a hard time deciding which ones to go with. Chickadee made the process so easy and they helped us bring our vision to life. We went with three different flavors of cupcakes, all of which were so flavorful and exactly what we wanted! My husband and I were impressed the second we walked through the door! We scheduled a taste testing and all the cake samples were so delicious, we had a difficult time picking just two. But we chose the vanilla cream with berries and chocolate banana ganache. As we were describing what we liked for cake designs, Shaira drew up the cake and it matched exactly what we were looking for. On the day of the wedding, I literally teared up seeing the cake. It was gorgeous and exactly what I always wanted. The flavors did not disappoint, and all our guests raved about the cake! I would definitely recommend this vendor as they were very pleasant and friendly to work with and delivered an outstanding product.

Delicious! Chickadee Hill Cakes are amazing. When we went to the cake tasting it was so hard to choose what we wanted. As you stand there they help you come up with a vision and draw it all out. I was very impressed! The cake was to die for, guests were raving about it. We had the pumpkin spice, chocolate and lemon blueberry and all were delicious! We will be using them again.

Typically wedding cakes aren’t the best tasting but not at Chickadee, there cakes are moist and have tons of flavor! All of our guests were blown away by our cake and took some home!

We had a wonderful experience with Chickadee Hill for our wedding on 9/17. The cake testing was just divine. We tasted about 8 different flavors of cake with about 8 different flavors of fillings we were able to mix and match to find the perfect combinations for us. My husband and I aren’t big “sweet people” but my goodness this was one of our favorite parts of the whole process. When we designed the cake, we initially had a four tier cake. With not too much time left before the big day, my husband and I decided to take the top tier off completely. Chickadee quickly replied to our request and without one single issue it was changed. When my husband and I walked into our reception, our mouths quite literally dropped. Our cake was absolutely stunning and so perfect in every single Way. It was almost too perfect to eat!!!!!! Once we cut into it, it was moist rich and. It was amazing!!! We are SO happy !!!!!

We got cupcakes from Chickadee Hill cakes for our wedding and we loved them! There were so many flavors to choose from. We chose cookies and cream, tiramisu, cinnamon spice, and berries and cream. Our guests loved them and they looked beautiful! We definitely recommend!

Um, THIS CAKE. I am still getting compliments about it three months later! We got the tiramisu cake and the lemon cake with berry filling. I was amazed how my cake design came to life before my eyes during our consultation, and it was even more stunning when we saw it on our wedding day. We loved that it was all buttercream and no fondant, but you would never have known from the finish they got! The cake was gorgeous and delicious, and I can’t have asked for more than that. Chickadee Hill was great, and even flexible with a last minute change, not to mention our reschedule. I would work with them again in a heartbeat!

Chickadee Hill Cakes did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding cake. It was visually stunning and the flavors were so rich and delicious. My husband absolutely loved the red velvet and I'm glad I picked something a little different and went with the lemon cake with blueberry filing! Absolutely delicious! Working with Chickadee was hands down the easiest part of my wedding planning process. They were so easy to work with, accommodating, listened to ideas about design and then offered recommendations about design and so patient as we went back and forth about cake topper ideas. Their cakes are not only beautiful, they are also so delicious that I had three different couples that attended my wedding that are also getting married for their information so they can do their weddings as well! My husband and I tried about 5 different bakeries for our wedding before landing on Chickadee Hill Cakes. We got a tiered cake with layers of banana bread cake with chocolate ganache filling and a lemon cake with a berry filling. My guests were blown away! Our wedding was this last Saturday 12.18.21 and already I have guests asking where we got our cake. We have already decided that they will be our bakery going forward for all occasions! I highly suggest you choose them, you will not be disappointed!

Can't thank Chickadee Hill enough for our wedding cake. When we first started our search COVID restrictions were high. They made making an appointment easy and safe for all involved. The taste testing was awesome, we had 10 mini slices of cake and narrowed it down from there. Shara even gave us a hand sketch of what our cake would look like on the spot which was so helpful when envisioning our cake. We chose two flavors of cake for our guests and they were both so yummy. My only regret is I wish I ate more. Once we booked the cake we knew we were in good hands, the cake got there on time and looked amazing. The cake itself was absolutely beautiful and we were blown away. Our guests said that it was the best wedding cake they have ever had! Thanks again to Shara and her team!

Amazing!!! We were recommended here from our venue and so happy we were! The whole process was so fun and easy starting with our cake tasting. We picked 3 different kinds of cakes/fillings to create our 4 tier wedding cake. Our guests were all raving about how delicious the cake was, many went back for multiple pieces! Highly highly recommend Chickadee!

They are FANTASTIC! I don't even know where to begin, I asked for an all black cake with a sparkle black middle tier and it came out better than I could have ever imagined! The taste was amazing, the simple flower added gave it just a pop of color. The fact that they were able to make us gluten free delicious cupcakes for our friends that everyone wanted to eat was huge! Typically gluten-free cupcakes are gross these were AMAZING! I highly recommend them, and let's not forget the actual tasting just trying all the flavors they have it was almost impossible to decide!

We booked with Chickadee hill for our wedding and they did not disappoint! We got a 5” cutting cake for my husband and I, and 6 dozen cupcakes for our guests and everything was amazing! We had done to 3 tastings, and as soon as we tried the first bite of cake at Chickadee Hill, we knew we found the right place! Every single flavor was so delicious, it was hard to pick just three. We went with the vanilla cake with blueberry buttercream for our small cake, and it may be the best cake I’ve ever had! The cake and cupcakes were also beautifully decorated. Not only was the cake amazing, it was the most affordable of all the places we looked at! I highly recommend booking Chickadee Hill for your event!

Chickadee Hill Cakes was a preferred vendor with our venue Zorvino Vineyards, and we couldn’t be more pleased to have worked with them for our wedding. We had our tasting there during COVID and it was one of the first things we could actually plan in person. They made it so enjoyable and intimate for us. We went with cupcakes for our dessert and chose four different flavors. ALL of the flavors were so delicious during the tasting that we had a hard time choosing just four. We ended up going with Banana Chocolate Ganache (crowd favorite), Cookies and Cream, Lemon Blueberry Buttercream, and Pumpkin Chai Caramel. They were even able to accommodate multiple gluten-free family members, and those too got rave reviews. They displayed the cupcakes for us and were so easy to work with, you can not go wrong choosing Chickadee Hill Cakes as a sweet treat on your sweet day!

My son and daughter-in-law's wedding was two weeks ago . Their cake was not only beautiful but simply delicious.!! I would recommend this bakery highly. I have been craving a another piece ever since.

We had a fantastic experience with Chickadee Hill. First off (and most importantly), their cake is AMAZING. Every cake during the tasking was good even if it wasn't a flavor I was a fan of. Then there was the time and attention they put into answering all my questions - I had a lot of follow up questions plus we ended up changing the order of our flavor tiers. Then we had to change plans again because we ended up having a lot less guests than expected but still wanted to be able to serve the multiple flavors we picked. Staff was prompt with replies, helpful with suggestions, and knocked it out of the park day of. We plan to order cakes from them for many of our occasions going forward. Recommend their signature cheesecake as well as the butter vanilla with berries and cream filling. YUM!

The cake at our wedding was phenomenal! I had the piece we cut and then requested another piece in a different flavor and have no regrets eating both pieces. We met Chickadee Hill at a tasting event at our venue and then scheduled a tasting. They were great - we tried so many flavors and she really helped take what I had in mind and make it into our dream cake. We picked three flavors in all and they were delicious - especially the banana with chocolate ganache! I can’t wait to have the chocolate with cookies and cream again on our one year anniversary!

We got our wedding cake through Chickadee Hill Cakes and all I can say is wow!! It was absolutely delicious - all of our guests said it was the best cake they ever had. We opted for their signature cheesecake and it was incredible. It was so good! The flavors were delicious and it was a beautiful smooth texture. The outside was just as perfect as the inside! Chickadee Hill Cakes was amazing from tasting to the wedding day. At the tasting we tried so many yummy flavors (you really can’t go wrong with whatever you pick!) and felt safe as our tasting was during the pandemic. My husband and I had no idea what we wanted the outside to look like and they were happy to show us different options and answer all our questions. Their amazing customer service combined with their exquisite cakes is not something you want to miss out on!

Chickadee Hill Cakes knocked our cake out of this park and out of this world! We gave this photos and design ideas and they turned it into the cake of our dreams! They are insanely talented and not to mention easy to work with and incredibly friendly! Oh and did i forget to mention their cake is the bomb.com? ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Their carrot cake and lemon cake are to die for! you just can not go wrong with picking them to make your wedding day cake! Cant wait to come back to town and get cupcakes and desserts to go!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! When we postponed, we asked Shara to create the top tier we selected to celebrate our original date. They made it look exactly like the top tier we asked for (ribbon, pattern, flavors), even going above and beyond to add flowers. It truly made our original date so special. On top of that, our family cannot stop raving about how our wedding cake is going to be the best cake our guests have ever had. Highly recommend!

It was such a pleasure working with Chickadee, from taste testing, to changing our design more than a few times, they were so accommodating and worked with us throughout the entire process to make sure the flavors and design were exactly what we wanted. Being able to have 3 different flavors was amazing and gave us the variety we were looking for, they were all so good narrowing it down to just three was difficult! Even before we decided to get married, there was no question as to who my husband and I (and family) wanted to make our wedding cake. Located in Sandown, Chickadee Hill Cakes is the best around and as a bonus, they were the preferred vendor at our venue. Not only was our cake absolutely beautiful (stacked birch logs with our initials "carved" on the side and decorated with flowers), but it was also delicious! We ultimately chose cheesecake with a chocolate filling for the bottom layer, a vanilla cake with a berry filling for the middle layer, and carrot cake for the top layer. We highly recommend Chickadee Hill Cakes for your wedding or special event! You will not be disappointed.

We worked with Shara, and she was fantastic! She listened to our ideas when we were describing what we wanted, and she helped to fill in the details. She provided a rough sketch so that we would have an idea of what it would look like as well as descriptive details. We did three different flavors of cupcakes and they were all gone by the end of the wedding, and everyone commented on how delicious they were! My wedding cake was the most beautiful wedding cake I have EVER SEEN!!!! I never thought that the cake would be one of my favorite parts of my wedding....but Chickadee Hill Cakes made it happen! It was compleatly amazing to me that I had an idea of what I wanted in my head and Chickadee Hill brought it to life and then some!!! Still getting compliments to this day on my cake....best part is, the pricing is so reasonable for the quality you get. If you are looking for the perfect cake vendor in NH....LOOK NO FURTHER!!!

We had gotten a recommendation from our venue to get our cake from Chickadee Hill and we couldn't have been happier with them! From the design consultation to the taste testing, everything was fantastic! It was very difficult trying to pick just three flavors! We booked through our venue at Sky Meadow in Nashua. Chickadee Hill was one of the three cake vendors at our tasting. They had the best flavor combinations and the most beautiful cakes. My husband and I decided to go with a less traditional wedding cake, and picked a geode theme. The rock candy and gold metallic touches were perfect! Sarah even accommodated us with our cake topper, which were Khal Drogo and the Khaleesi from Game of Thrones, the toppers were a little larger than most. I would highly recommend Chickadee Hill, for superior cakes and designs!

We bragged more about how good our wedding cake was going to be than anything else. As Shara said it, Chickadee Hill has "buttercream for adults." Chickadee Hill had the best (and most unique) cake flavor combinations, plus this buttercream that was light and airy (unlike the "birthday cake"-type frosting you get from the mainstream bakeries). The cake was INCREDIBLE. So delicious, and on top of that, you get a truly customized design rather than a picture out of a pre-fabbed book! We had an odd color scheme for cakes (white, dark green, and metallic gold), which is difficult to incorporate when there are only certain flowers that you can put on a cake (and there aren't really many green/gold flowers) and the buttercream is already white. But she put tons of thought into it to help us come up with the perfect design. The cake was beautiful, affordable, and most of all DELICIOUS! Highly recommend Chickadee Hill over all others (and we went to 6 bakeries!). Just check out their instagram if you don't believe me...
