di was liaison with the coordinator there as well as the site coordinator at the B& O Railroad museum in Baltimore. She kept everyone calm and to task and the day was spectacular! There are many parts to coordinate in a busy 14 hour day and I highly recommend utilizing a coordinator to keep everything running smoothly. Glitches may happen, as they always do, but as mother of the bride, I was never stressed and our guests were very complimentary of the whole event.
