I was incredibly impressed by his ability to take novice settings and capture the essence of what those places meant to us. At the engagement photoshoot, I was so blown away by his attention to detail that I just knew those photos would be amazing and he did not disappoint. He delivered hundreds of magazine-worthy pictures. It quickly became clear to my husband and I (and my other vendors) that we would not have a wedding day if he was not a part of it. We added extra time in our schedule to get more opportunities to take photos with him. Fast forward to June 2021, Richard provided the same quality, professionalism and excellence as he did during the engagement shoot. He worked well with all of my vendors, family and friends. He was able to capture great photos of my brother who has autism. Even my father in law, who was a wedding photographer for 30 years, was very impressed and said “ It is very clear that Richard knows what he’s doing. His vision is impeccable.” While taking pictures in a secluded garden might be okay, taking pictures in Downtown Boston on Boylston Street (on the day of a Red Sox game!) can be chaotic! However, this challenge did not intimidate Richard. He did such an amazing job creating peace on such a busy street. I am grateful to have photos of us literally stoping traffic with our love.

of the wedding, Richard and Ty created so many opportunities for candid and posed photos. Richard and Ty smoothly worked with each other to take so many great pictures from the time they arrived to the time they left the reception. The team was even flexible when I spontaneously asked to take photos in front of a woodpile at our venue! When we got our sneak peek photos, my husband and I were in awe; we could not stop looking at them! When we received our photo album and USB with all of our pictures, we were even more thrilled! We treated our families to some canvas wraps based on Richard’s photos and the wraps came out so clearly because of the quality of his work! We highly recommend Chike to anyone who wants absolutely beautiful photos of their wedding day!
