I’m highly recommend Chike and his team to shoot your wedding! They are professional, kind, and take gorgeous pictures!

Punctual, committed, responsive, and honestly I can just keep going on! Not only a plessure to work with, but a pleaure to meet him! I'm telling you if he is available to book for your needs, Look no more, and book him!!

find areas we could still take great photos without getting rained on. He captured the beauty and fun of the entire day. He was also very responsive and accommodating during our multiple postponements.
There are wedding photographers, and then there is Richard! Words cannot express how grateful I am that I hired them to capture my engagement photoshoot and wedding day! I would no...
t consider myself a photogenic person and communicated that I was nervous and may need some guidance around poses. He assured me that he would provide support and direction as needed. Richard’s attention to detail is impeccable. He pays attention even down to the fingernails. He has a vision and is not afraid to do what it takes to get a shot.
Richard starts “journaling with light” from the very moment you meet him. He is super professional and punctual. In Boston, there are some beautiful yet busy places. I was incredibly impressed by his ability to take novice settings and capture the essence of what those places meant to us. At the engagement photoshoot, I was so blown away by his attention to detail that I just knew those photos would be amazing and he did not disappoint. He delivered hundreds of magazine-worthy pictures. It quickly became clear to my husband and I (and my other vendors) that we would not have a wedding day if he was not a part of it. We added extra time in our schedule to get more opportunities to take photos with him.
Fast forward to June 2021, Richard provided the same quality, professionalism and excellence as he did during the engagement shoot. He worked well with all of my vendors, family and friends. He was able to capture great photos of my brother who has autism. Even my father in law, who was a wedding photographer for 30 years, was very impressed and said “ It is very clear that Richard knows what he’s doing. His vision is impeccable.”
While taking pictures in a secluded garden might be okay, taking pictures in Downtown Boston on Boylston Street (on the day of a Red Sox game!) can be chaotic! However, this challenge did not intimidate Richard. He did such an amazing job creating peace on such a busy street. I am grateful to have photos of us literally stoping traffic with our love.
Once my now, husband and I saw Richard’s work on his website, we knew we had to have him shoot our wedding! Richard was so kind and patient, in walking us through his packages, sho...
wing us his work, and answering all of our questions. On the day of the wedding, Richard and Ty created so many opportunities for candid and posed photos. Richard and Ty smoothly worked with each other to take so many great pictures from the time they arrived to the time they left the reception. The team was even flexible when I spontaneously asked to take photos in front of a woodpile at our venue!
When we got our sneak peek photos, my husband and I were in awe; we could not stop looking at them! When we received our photo album and USB with all of our pictures, we were even more thrilled! We treated our families to some canvas wraps based on Richard’s photos and the wraps came out so clearly because of the quality of his work! We highly recommend Chike to anyone who wants absolutely beautiful photos of their wedding day!
We had a great engagement shoot with Chike Photography. Chike is very professional and accommodating. We had a pre-session conversation to talk about ourselves and vision. On the...
day of the shoot, they brought our vision to life! It was also extremely cold outside and we were able to look flawless. Chike was very flexible with us, allowed time to change outfits and gave us multiple breaks to get warm. He also delivered our pictures within shorter time frame than expected! Thank you for everything.

his capable of, and he exceeded our expectations when it came to the wedding day. He arrived on time with an assistant to help him get the best lighting. He made sure to get all the important shots without getting in the way of the action. He was easy going as we created and changed the schedule for the day of the wedding. Most importantly, he captured so much joy and beauty in his shots. He ended up editing and delivering way more photos than he promised and sent them to us in a digestible online platform. Even after years of working in the industry, Richard brings his passion and love for photography to each event. Not only did he make the day easy for us, but it even seemed like he was having a great time doing what he loves!

lm leading up to the wedding, and the day of he did an amazing job of capturing BREATHTAKING photos without being in the way or obtrusive at all! He didn't even bat an eye when I told him I wanted to walk across the street to take photos at a building near our venue in the middle of the reception. The pictures are beautiful, thoughtful, and elegant. I chose him because I wanted bright and beautiful photos, and even though our day was cloudy all of the photos are perfectly lit and colorful. I really can't say enough, I will treasure these photos forever. He captured so many facial expressions and small moments others would have missed, and did a lot of traditional shots, but also added some truly artistic and modern ones that I love. Also, other photographers that do a similar style as him will definitely charge you double the price! Once your wedding day is over, these photos are all you will have from your special day. Don't hesitate ladies, Chike Photography is the right choice.

proceed to deliver the most stunning photos of our snowy, winter wedding. He captured everything that we wanted in the day and more. He handled some of our more difficult vendors and guests with such professionalism. Both him and Ty were so easy going and made my husband and I both feel comfortable in a few of the stressful situations.
We were referred to Richard by friends who also were blown away by his work and we'll continue referring more friends to him because he's just that good at his job and is such a pleasure to work with.

Photography for beautifully capturing all of our important moments without busting our budget. I didn't wear any makeup at my wedding, so I was nervous about how I would look in the photos, but I didn't need to be; his work was stunning. He notices even the smallest details and snaps the best action shots. I especially appreciate his professionalism in stressful situations; it was VERY hot and humid at our wedding, but Richard kept his cool, and made everyone look their best. Thank you so much for your amazing work, Richard!

e has such an amazing talent for capturing ‘moments’ which is exactly what you want on your wedding day. It’s not the formal photos that remind you how great your day was – it’s the natural fun and excitement that is so important to be documented. His friendly demeanor made him feel like he was one of our guests and it put us both at ease in front of the camera. We were absolutely blown away with the results!. A truly innovative and inspirational photographer. We highly recommend Chike Photography!
I worked with Richard on a wedding last summer. He was prompt, detailed and very professional. I would highly recommend him for any event or personal photos.
Wow!! The best ever!! Everything turned out exactly the way they said it would. Professionalism at it's finest!!

essional. My husband and I were married in an old courthouse in the center of Annapolis, MD. Since I was not planning a big "fancy" wedding, I was afraid my pictures would reflect a bland, impromptu courthouse wedding. I was incredibly wrong!!! Chiké used the ambiance of an old courthouse in an old town as a back drop to our wedding memories. He was able to creatively capture images that were rich, alive and timeless. His creativity and attention to detail went as far as incorporating special features of our home, my dress, my shoes and the town's history into pictures of our wedding rings. He captured moments that at the present time seemed so usual however, when captured by camera, memorialized the moment and brought out the beauty in a moment that would otherwise go unnoticed. This is what is so special about him...his ability to see the beauty in those moments and capture them at the right time. He provides a professional product with a personal touch. From the customized picture book, down to the box he utilizes to deliver the thumb drive with images, his attention to detail is evident and his product is proof that his clients' satisfaction is his number one priority. Chiké has photographed my wedding, my family and my children and has gone above and beyond my expectations every time. I now have a collection of pictures I am proud to display and captured memories that will surpass my lifetime.

y due to ridiculous prices, we were referred to Richard. He met with us and quoted a great price for the amount of work he was to put in to our day. He was responsive and accommodating to our desires for the day and always available via phone or email to answer any questions we had. On our day he ensured to capture every moment beautifully and he was never intrusive, we barely realized he was there. The pictures came out beautifully and his main concern and goal was that we were happy with the final product. We will definitely be using him for any future events because we know he will besutifully capture all the memorable moments.

He has become our family photographer for multiple events from maternity to baptismal shoots and more. I highly reccomend Richard as the photographer for your event you will not be disappointed.

I would never find someone that I liked for under $5,500.
Chike Photography’s prices were so reasonable that I was pleasantly surprised, especially for the breathtaking quality and professional way he conducts himself.
After days of searching the web I gratefully came across an individual that has forever changed our lives. We were looking for timeless yet couture photos and Richard gave us exactly that.
He captured the love that my fiancé and I share effortlessly, and because of his patience and pleasantness we were never uncomfortable. He planned our day for us and also picked the location but was completely open for us to give him options, we let him take control and we couldn’t be happier.
Richard took his time and would have stayed with us all day and night if he could; I’ve never met another individual who takes more pride in their work. My fiancé is a correction officer and rarely likes to smile, Richard was so fun and outgoing that we have many smiling pictures (THANK YOU)!
Our pictures came out phenomenal and I would highly recommend him for any occasion and cannot wait for him to be a part of our special day. Please take a look at the pictures of “Brooke & Nick” on the blog and see the extraordinary outcome for yourselves!

osal surprise ever! Richard captured every special moment of my proposal that I can now look back to and cherish forever. We have seen Richard's work in multiple events and I'm so glad that my fiancé worked with him for our proposal/engagement pictures. I can't wait till our wedding pictures! <3
It was a pleasure working with Chike Photography for my portfolio. He knew all the perfect spots for beautiful photos. He was calm and patient with me, as I would have moments of n...
ervousness.
Chike captured excellent shots and plenty of creative, artistic, and intriguing angles. I didn't realize how lovely they would be until I saw them; Chike really has a great eye for a beautiful shot, and I am thrilled with the photos. Now I have some beautiful pictures that are simply pieces of art, above and beyond a "typical headshot."
I loved that the photos do not look staged, fake, or cliche - he created lovely images that capture the beauty of the location.
Chike was totally dedicated to getting great shots - even standing on different ledges for a better angle! After the photoshoot day, he did a beautiful job editing the photos. I had plenty of "imperfections" that he expertly brushed out, with out causing me to look plastic! Chike also worked with me to make additional changes to a few photos - I was so grateful for his willingness to put in additional work to alter a few photos per my preferences.
Chike's patience, professionalism, skill, and artistic eye were all deeply appreciated. Everyone who has seen the shots loves the photos. His photography is highly recommended and I would certainly hire him again. It was so fun to work with him.
Would rate with 10 stars if I could! After searching the market for photographers with the same style as ours and finding price tags of $5k and up, we met with Richard and he had ...
not only a more attractive price point, but had a passion and style that we really clicked with. His passion for the field is immediately apparent in his knowing gaze and quiet ease while he works. He moved about our wedding almost unseen and yet got the most beautiful photos of our special day. He sees things in a certain light that we would never have noticed without him. We got married on a hot day on our family farm and the pictures beautifully match the rustic relaxed elegance we wanted for our wedding. The day went effortlessly with Richard, he put "teaser pics" up online the DAY AFTER our wedding, and the editing process afterwards was easy. My husband and I are a bit awkward taking pictures, but Richard caught the most genuinely beautiful candid moments between us so nothing was too posed. Our families will be using Richard for years to come, we are so very glad to have met him. His kind demeanor and absolute dedication to his work made him the best vendor by far that we dealt with for our wedding. Don't think twice, Richard will help make your day beyond perfect!!
Not enough stars to rate this professional. Richard was the most amazing photographer who far exceeded our expectations. One detail in particular that struck me was his passion f...
or the field. My husband and I met to discuss our day, and we were so delighted and impressed that Richard brought all of his equipment with him. He explained how each piece of equipment was used and which was best for certain types of photos and lighting - clearly not in this field for the money or exposure but truly for the love of photography. He provided examples of his beautiful work as well. Prior to our wedding, he made a trip to our venue to scale and survey the area, the sun and lighting at certain times of the day. As I said, above and beyond our expectations, aside from his wonderful disposition. I would recommend Chike Photography not only for weddings, but to capture any important moment or event.
