est I've ever had! They also do a fun pig roast where they bring it up on a spit roaster trailer for everyone to see. I think eating the food these guys make is my favorite part about weddings in Helena. Wish they would open up a restaurant so that I could get it more often! y wedding from two states away. They rose to the challenge. The food was delicious. The presentation ended up how we expected.
The challenges that we had with Chili's involved some cross-communication between myself, their business-end staff, and the cooks themselves. Some things that we reviewed verbally didn't quite get translated in the contract language and we ended up having a minor linen crisis on the day of the wedding. Also, my foodie friend ended up going head-to-head with the cook on some of the more specific details around preparation, and at times it felt like they weren't taking our ideas very seriously. But- they pulled it off in the end.
If you're looking for super fancy display or haute cuisine, these may not be the guys for you. But for a laid back ranch BBQ wedding, these guys are right on the money.
