We worked with Lorena to set up a time to get our tasting box to take home and worked with her to achieve the cake of our dreams! We loved being able to take the tasting box home. There was no pressure and we were able to share it with our family. We went with the Chocolate Mousse and Cannoli cakes for different layers. Both were outstanding and everyone is still raving about our cake! Lorena was easy to communicate with and was responsive to emails. On the day of our wedding, our wedding cake was everything we dreamed of! Thank you for making our day a dream come true!

!!! Best cannoli cake I've ever had! When we went to Chimirri's, we did a cake tasting (they were all so yummy) and we picked out the shape and design. Lorena was very pleasant and attentive. She called us a week before the wedding to check in with us about anything.

n this flavor we knew it was the one. Since we had a bigger wedding we were able to choose different flavors for each tier of our cake, but we ended up choosing marble cake with different fillings (Bavarian cream, chocolate pudding, chocolate mousse). Not only did the cake look perfect on our wedding day, but all of our guests were raving about how great it tasted. The buttercream frosting was the perfect texture and sweetness, and the cake itself was exquisite! If we (well, maybe just me) could eat that wedding cake everyday for the rest of my life, I’d be the happiest person in the world. Thank you, Chimirri’s, for the amazing cake!

a thin layer of raspberry gel. The outside was "naked frosted" so it just had a thin layer of buttercream. The cake on our wedding day was not only delicious, but the design was even better than I had envisioned. I don't usually care too much for cake, but I actually took a break from dancing to eat a few bites! The cake got tons of compliments from our guests too. Looking forward to the top on our 1 year anniversary!

wedding at Saint clements castle, I would highly recommend you choosing this bakery. Not only is it included in the price, but they’re amazing. The bakery is so cute and we actually went back a few times just to buy some treats, and it is Deff out of it way and not close to home but worth the drive! Lori is who we worked with and she was so easy to work with. I actually even emailed her a few months the later and changed everything we talked about and she was happy to do what I wanted now and nailed it perfectly! Now I find a lot at weddings that pretty cakes don’t always taste good,but not us! The cake was beautiful. It was even and perfecttttt!!!!! The decorations I dropped off were placed even more beautifully than I had planned and I’m a perfectionist! I was beyond pleased. But the taste ... oh my god!! SO GOOD!! I seriously don’t know if I can wait a year to eat the top of or cake haha! I want it now as I am typing this. I hope anyone who reads this does take a trip to the bakery, even if it’s not for your wedding, just go and take a ride and see what they have to offer. vor would be easy. I expected to have a piece of cannoli cake and then beg my now wife for us to pick that one. Wow...Chimirri's made things difficult (in a great way)! Of all of the sample cakes that Chimirri's provided, every single one was out-of-this-world good. Their cakes are so good that we ended up choosing a flavor that we didn't anticipate: chocolate with raspberry filling. Aside from the phenomenal taste of the cake (a sentiment shared by over 250 people at our "Big Fat Greek-Italian Wedding"), the presentation of the cake was incredible. Chimirri's does a fantastic job. We had other bakery options that were a lot closer to us, but Chimirri's made it worth the hour-long drive. Five stars, two thumbs up, mille grazie per tutti!

On the wedding day, our cake looked absolutely beautiful. Our cake topper and the fresh flowers we had given them to use were arranged perfectly. Just as importantly, the cake itself was delicious! When we did our cake cutting, I think I ate the entire slice. Our guests were very happy as well.

r a cake testing in July. Everything was so delicious and I had a hard time choosing between the cannoli filling and lemon filling. Ilene (please forgive me if I got the name wrong), kindly accommodated making one layer cannoli cream and the other smaller layers lemon. IT WAS FABULOUS!!! Everyone is still talking about how delicious the cake was and how beautiful it was. Highly recommend.
