Chinchar/Maloney

isfied with how they handled our situation. Attached is a photo of the crack on the ring we purchased just over a year ago. The crack starts on the bottom right after they allowed us to send it back and we paid them to solder it, which in no way could have got damaged by us unless you'd see scratches on the actual outer ring itself. The fact that this company blamed my wife for this is ludicrous. How can they say there were no inclusions and that this was our fault when you can't see any damage to the ring itself outside of the stone and where they placed the stone. It was on the bottom right which in no way could we have purposely damaged it. I will never purchase anything from this company and hope anyone else who does pays close attention that their warranty they have listed is based only on their decision if they feel they want to replace it without a nominal fee. EDIT: This is part of the response from this jeweler "I have never mislead you or been dishonest. Your willful ignorance and dishonesty are reprehensible. I'm delighted to not deal with you again. " Not someone i'd recommend dealing with in any business. I have photos as well regarding their disrespectful tone. Their last message to us was "Haha! Well, I suggest you take some jewelry classes so you actually know something about it. All fine jewelry is delicate and we do our best to educate people but I can't force you to read the information My business will be just fine with your review and without you as a customer ✌️"

rfect ring through Chinchar/Maloney. We ordered our wedding bands from them as well and are so happy with the decision. We could not have picked a better set of rings to symbolize our love.

the information I needed to make my decision. He made sure and had the ring shipped immediately after it was resized as I needed it for that Friday night. I knew my girlfriend was going to love it. This ring is literally the key to keeping us together and keeping U.S. immigration from sending her back to England. I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s a perfect ring to a perfect beginning. Also, the fact that they use fair trade and recycled golds as well as conflict free diamonds is a huge reason I chose CM. Not many jewelry companies out there that can say that. Not to mention their pieces are unique and beautiful. Awesome company! Would highly recommend!

xperience. The order was easy and pretty quick! The ring is beautiful and perfect! My fiancé was over the moon. However, this may be a small thing, but a very BIG thing to us... My fiancé and I were very upset and confused as to why in the post C&M shared on instagram/ social media... they posted a close up gallery view of my 'one of a kind ring' (the same close up picture they sent me personally via email before the ring was sent)... which they NEVER did/do for other couples when posting about their engagement. They only ever just post pictures of the bride to be wearing the ring on her finger, leaving a bit of mystery about what finer detail the ring has. So why was our close up picture posted and no one else's has been? We were very upset because then a couple months later another couple who were newly engaged, had "designed"... the EXACT same ring. Please bare in mind this isn't a basic engagement ring.. I spent hours going through C&M's instagram page scrolling through all the rings my fiancé had liked without her knowing to get inspiration from rings she had liked. Then came up with a design incorporating bits and pieces from about 6 different rings! This really took away from the whole 'one of a kind' theme. Someone had just copied my ring design and requested C&M to a duplicate. C&M then also posted 'one of a kind" for them as well. Which it really annoyed us... it isn't a 'one of a kind' because they copied our design from our post and now anther couple have the exact same ring. This would have all been avoided if close up pictures were not posted. So that upset us a lot and defeated us a bit to be perfectly honest!
