TERRIBLE!!
The bus was a literal hot box and did not have functioning A/C. They claimed it was out of their control
Highly recommend! Bob and Igor were so great to work with, we had a lot of changes and they were very patient in the process. We were able to get a party bus for our wedding party and plus ones with a bathroom that was key. Highly recommend!

My guests LOVED how fun, fancy, and accommodating the service was :) Also, I booked an additional bus to escort my bridal part for pictures around the city. for wedding photos and then for a fun hour long bus ride to get the party started to our venue in the suburbs.
The bus was able to bring the groom and the groomsmen to the bride for the first look, and let me tell you the bus was big, spacious and beautiful. When the whole party was on the bus and about to leave to start our wedding photos the bus has broke down.
We were told it would be 1 hour - 1.5 hrs for a replacement bus to arrive.
90 min later we returned to our replacement bus which had no open concept. No lights, mirrors or any luxury feature. The bus even rattled the whole way. More importantly it no bathroom, that was needed for a breastfeeding bridesmaid to have a place to get situated in private.
We were told to not worry, enjoy the day and that we would have a full refund. Which was clearly not the case.
In the grand scheme of things was I going to let a bus ruin our day, no. But when I called after the wedding they were not on board with giving the full refund which was mentioned on our wedding day. I am very very disappointed in the customer service, and the bus that they felt was good enough for a replacement.

ze of 36 people which many other companies could not. They were also very willing to change plans last minute when everything was uncertain with COVID in May. While we did not get the opportunity to use them, I would highly recommend them and look forward to using them in the future!
I do not recommend this company at all. We signed a contract for the Tiffany 24 passenger limo party bus for 10/19/19. What showed up on our wedding day was a white Trolley, which is not even pictured on their website. This was just the beginni...
ng of our issue. When I got to the trolley, my husband told me that driver, Watkins, said we could not get on the bus until we had submitted final payment. According to his text messages, we had not paid our final balance of $650 and he needed to collect it in cash from us. This was incorrect because I had received an email from Bob on 10/17/19 asking to submit final payment. I replied back to him on 10/18/19 with 2 payment forms asking him to split the amount on 2 credit cards. His response was “Will do, thank you!” This was apparently not proof enough for payment. The driver continued to ignore what I was explaining and talked over me repeating “Ma’am I’m just the driver”, not listening to anything I was saying. I called Bob and both numbers I had with no answer. Watkins was able to get ahold of Bob or whomever at “dispatch” and then they spoke to my husband who told them to run the credit cards on file because we needed to leave for our reception. That apparently worked because we were then “allowed” to get on the trolley. I then received a call back from Bob and he stated they would be running the card. All in all, I didn’t get the limo I wanted and the service from the driver and Bob was horrible. I do not recommend this company.

We agree on one topic as well…. This was very unsafe trip and should have been cut off and cancelled half a way through the night. When guests are constantly sitting on top of the benches and leaning on the windows, when guests are using roof/sealing rails as a swing element that all creates very unsafe environment that should have resulted in immediate trip cancellation. When you add on top of everything group attitude “we paid thousand dollars for bus we can do whatever h…. we want” I reiterate my feelings from above that you should be thankful to the driver and security to keep trip going all the way till 2AM.
I did review my GPS on the bus and I see that driver was at your location since 925PM which allow group over 30min to be ready for 10PM party start.
If by any chance you do not recall events and behavior inside of the bus during the trip please let me know and I will post video clip from the security camera (which are mandatory on the buses by the City of Chicago ordinance).
As far as I was informed I can tell you that your friends had a blast and great time and such a good time does not support 1* bad review.
