Chitown Limo Bus

Bob at Chitown Limo Bus is THE BEST!!! I worked with him in the past for work outings and it was a no brainer that I wanted to hire his company for my wedding. Given the ride share limitations in the summer of 2021, I took it one step further to make sure I had a shuttle service for my guests to and from the hotel (especially so my older family members didn't have to worry about finding a ride). My guests LOVED how fun, fancy, and accommodating the service was :) Also, I booked an additional bus to escort my bridal part for pictures around the city. Overall, the drivers were on time, friendly, and helped provide seamless transportation. Thank you!!!

Would not recommend!! Extremely disappointed. We had rented the 24 passenger Luxury bus with wrap around seating, lighting, sound system, tv, and bathroom for our wedding party on June 5th. We needed the bus for transportation around the city for wedding photos and then for a fun hour long bus ride to get the party started to our venue in the suburbs. The bus was able to bring the groom and the groomsmen to the bride for the first look, and let me tell you the bus was big, spacious and beautiful. When the whole party was on the bus and about to leave to start our wedding photos the bus has broke down. We were told it would be 1 hour - 1.5 hrs for a replacement bus to arrive. 90 min later we returned to our replacement bus which had no open concept. No lights, mirrors or any luxury feature. The bus even rattled the whole way. More importantly it no bathroom, that was needed for a breastfeeding bridesmaid to have a place to get situated in private. We were told to not worry, enjoy the day and that we would have a full refund. Which was clearly not the case. In the grand scheme of things was I going to let a bus ruin our day, no. But when I called after the wedding they were not on board with giving the full refund which was mentioned on our wedding day. I am very very disappointed in the customer service, and the bus that they felt was good enough for a replacement.

Due to our wedding plan changes from COVID, we were not able to use ChiTown Limo Bus for our wedding party. I was very eager to use this service because Bob and Igor were so helpful to work with. They were able to accommodate our large party size of 36 people which many other companies could not. They were also very willing to change plans last minute when everything was uncertain with COVID in May. While we did not get the opportunity to use them, I would highly recommend them and look forward to using them in the future!

I do not recommend this company at all. We signed a contract for the Tiffany 24 passenger limo party bus for 10/19/19. What showed up on our wedding day was a white Trolley, which is not even pictured on their website. This was just the beginning of our issue. When I got to the trolley, my husband told me that driver, Watkins, said we could not get on the bus until we had submitted final payment. According to his text messages, we had not paid our final balance of $650 and he needed to collect it in cash from us. This was incorrect because I had received an email from Bob on 10/17/19 asking to submit final payment. I replied back to him on 10/18/19 with 2 payment forms asking him to split the amount on 2 credit cards. His response was “Will do, thank you!” This was apparently not proof enough for payment. The driver continued to ignore what I was explaining and talked over me repeating “Ma’am I’m just the driver”, not listening to anything I was saying. I called Bob and both numbers I had with no answer. Watkins was able to get ahold of Bob or whomever at “dispatch” and then they spoke to my husband who told them to run the credit cards on file because we needed to leave for our reception. That apparently worked because we were then “allowed” to get on the trolley. I then received a call back from Bob and he stated they would be running the card. All in all, I didn’t get the limo I wanted and the service from the driver and Bob was horrible. I do not recommend this company.

ChiTown Limo Bus came through at the last minute when we needed a party bus for the wedding. They were very helpful and accommodating. The tip is automatically included in the price which made it easier on the day of the wedding. The buses were great however the music system hook up was not working so we couldn't play music (and the driver wasn't helpful). It was a major bummer but other than that it was a great experience.

We had a great experience with Chitown Limo Bus! They were on time, the bus was a perfect size for our group, it was clean and even had a bathroom on board. Our driver was very nice and great at navigating city driving. Would highly recommend to anyone considering using them for upcoming wedding transportation in Chicago!

Punctual and great communication thought the whole process! We had a great time driving around the city for wedding pictures!

This is an unprofessional service. We booked this for a bachelorette party. First, the driver was late and did not call when he arrived. The driver proceeded to have an attitude the entire trip. After the first stop, which he parked 5 blocks away, there was an additional man in the passenger seat. This was concerning, so when asked what his name was he said “non-a-ya.” We felt unsafe and the driver was extremely rude.

My husband and I recently used Chitown LimoBus for our wedding transportation for us and our wedding party as we went around the city taking pre-wedding photos at various locations in the city. The car was a very nice, clean sprinter van which was spacious for our ten person wedding party plus our two photographers. The sound system was great and seating very comfortable! Our driver was safe, courteous and on time for all of our plans. We are very happy with them and would recommend anyone use their services for wedding transportation!

We are so glad we used ChiTown Limo Bus! They weren't just on time, they were early! The limo bus was beautiful, spacious, and most of all, clean! The ride was smooth, and the driver, Bob, was very courteous & professional. I will be suggesting ChiTown Limo bus to others, and will use them again when needed!
