We recently used a party bus service from ChiTown Party Bus, and overall, it was a great experience. Our driver was exceptionally nice, arriving on time and driving us safely and r...
esponsibly throughout the trip. The bus was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated having control over the music, which made our ride even more enjoyable.
However, we were disappointed that the red carpet, which was part of the package we purchased, wasn't laid out for us. This was a letdown, as we were looking forward to that special touch.
Despite this oversight, we were pleased with the service and would consider using them again in the future.
Excellent hotel to wedding reception transportation! Super communicative and would highly recommend!
After pricing several Chicago coach buses companies for transporation to and from the hotel to tour wedding venue, we thought that ChiTown Party Bus seemed to be competively priced...
. I particulary appreciated that all costs including tax and gratuity were included in the total price. Before the event nearly every detail was accounted for via email which is convenient, although I was able to contact someone by phone as well. The buses appeared on time. They were the 57 seat coach style which is quite formidable, long, tall and white and sparkling clean. Honestly, I was too busy to inspect the buses myself, but the guests reported that they were "awesome," comfortable, if too chilly, with music playing. There were no hitches, the buses were on time, and they looked great. What more could we ask for?
We used CHITown Party Bus for our transportation for our wedding on Oct. 26, 2013. We really wanted a trolley but they were so expensive everywhere we looked. CHITown Party Bus had...
the best value for their Trolley. Our price included the tax and tip as well as decorations, red carpet services if we wanted it and beer and champagne. Our driver didn't realize that we were supposed to have champagne but as soon as we told him he made sure to stop at a liquor store while we were out to get us some. Our driver took us where ever we wanted to go and our guests loved it. It was chilly outside that day but the trolley was heated and had music so our guests were entertained while we were taking pictures. It was great and made for some great wedding pics!
