ng sure we didn’t miss anything. We are so glad we decided to work with Chloe! From the start, she was responsive and communicative, always available for any questions we had. She helped us put together a timeline for our event and did a wonderful job checking in with our vendors and us leading up to it. With so many last minute things to take care of, we were happy and relieved to have someone handle the details of venue set up and coordination of the vendors for us. It really took a lot of stress and headache off our plates. Chloe and her assistant set up the venue exactly as we had envisioned and was on top of things throughout the day so that everything went as planned. Knowing things were taken care of, we were able to truly enjoy the day with our guests and eat the delicious food we had picked out, something most people had told us wouldn’t happen! Chloe was great at checking in with us throughout the event to see if we needed anything and afterwards, everything we had brought was packed up for us to take home. If we ever put on another event, we wouldn’t hesitate to use Chloe and her team again!

we couldn't imagine doing it over again without Chloe. She is extremely organized (Exhibit A: my bridesmaids were literally taking photos of our day of schedule because they were so impressed), responsive, calm under pressure, and approachable. She recommended several vendors whom we would hire again in a heartbeat and also offered her advice and recommendations for many wedding-related questions that came up. I was fairly selective and had endless questions and concerns that Chloe always strived to help with - she never made it seem like we were bothering her.
The wedding day itself came with a few unexpected bumps, but Chloe and her team, Kyra and Noelle, truly went above and beyond (and I mean SERIOUSLY above and beyond) to make sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. The fact that most of our guests didn't realize these bumps were occurring speaks to Chloe, Kyra, and Noelle's work ethic, professionalism, expertise, and organization. We would not hesitate to recommend any and all of them for any future events!

Chloe and her team are super easy and fun to communicate with, and she's a great sounding board for thoughts on how to make certain ideas a reality.
On the wedding itself, there were some hiccups a couple of vendors, and Chloe was able to expertly navigate the entire thing so seamlessly, that guests (and even myself - until I was informed) did not notice them. If we didn't have her, I think we would have been in some serious trouble. We are so grateful to have had Chloe, Kyra, and Noelle all on the day of our wedding. I can confidently say your wedding/event is in great hands if you have any of them there!

Chloe over a 7 month period was truly one of the greatest gifts throughout this entire wedding process. Her calm yet professional demeanor, mixed with her passion and empathy was deeply appreciated and served as a guiding light for our full time working with her. I hired her 3 months before our wedding for a day-of coordinator, everything was so straight forward, even my now husband said she sounded like we were chatting with a good friend. The 2 weeks before the wedding she completely took over which was such a relief to know someone experienced was finalizing all the logistics with the other vendors.
Chloe sent two of her best associates, Lee Anne and Kaleo, who were able to take over both of my venues and they were the sweetest! Always making sure we had water and kept the day moving without being strict on schedule. They know what a beautiful wedding is suppose to look like, we didnt need to do anything but have a good time!

Though we hadn’t initially planned on having a day-of coordinator because our wedding was pretty small, the venue we chose required one - which was very lucky for us because Chloé ended up being the MVP of the whole wedding. She really did so much more than just coordinate the day, and we are so happy we had her on our side for the whole process. She kept me sane when Covid regulations and stress had us considering eloping long before the wedding day, and she was the place I knew I could turn whenever I needed help or just had general wedding-related questions. She also kept in touch with our venue to make sure we didn’t miss any deadlines, and coordinated with all the different vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page. On the actual wedding day her help was essential, as she did everything from assisting with decorating, to making sure we stayed on schedule, to breaking everything down at the end of the night. I’m sure she took care of a lot of things I never even knew about, because the whole day went so smoothly.
Trust me when I say that your wedding goes by fast, and you want to make sure that you can be present for every minute of it rather than stressing about all the small details that go into such an event. Hiring Chloé was the best thing we could have done to ensure that, and I absolutely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

artial planner to help with all the final details. Chloe completely understood our vision, and was able to jump right in and help tackle the rest of our checklist, including coordinating with vendors right up until the wedding (she even secured a last-minute bartender when we were in a pinch!)
We also couldn't speak more highly of Chloe's expertise and professionalism the day of the wedding. We experienced a small weather-related issue, but Chloe was an absolute pro in thinking on her feet and managing marching orders with our vendors. She stayed so cool, calm and collected, that our guests barely realized it wasn't all part of the plan!
