Absolutely loved my experience at Chloe Lane!! Betsy was amazing the entire time for my initial try on, and my rerun appointment to purchase my dress. She makes you feel beautiful ...
and comfortable the entire time. She is also amazing when it comes to sticking with your budget. Found a beautiful gown at Chloe Lane. Overall a great experience.
This place is such a scam! If I could give this place is 0 I would. I went to this place, thinking it would be a good experience, but little did I know what I was up against. I did...
not have much of a selection and some of the dresses that she the owner had me try were torn. At the end I was rushed into picking a dress. She kept telling me she had someone else waiting. I think that was a way of her. Just trying to get the transaction done as quick as she could. To make a long story short after the transaction was done, he never got a copy of anything. I texted her within two hours to let her know that I have decided I do not want this dress, and she said there is nothing she can do and that the order was placed and I am responsible for it. I let her know that she had clearly told me she could not place the order on Saturday. She quickly reversed the story. Now I’m having to handle this with disputes since she has not tried to resolve this and has been very unhelpful and ugly during the process. To say that I am dissatisfied is an understatement! Please, please do not go buy these reviews that are cooked. Do your homework and pick a more reputable place where they are working with you to have a positive and happy experience on such a special moment that you are suppose to have. How can you try to charge someone for some 2273.25 for address that was never received and was told to you within 2 hours that it was not wanted… if you ask her, she says she is doing me a favor by not charging me for the rest of the dress which is another 3000 since she said she charges 60% down. As I have stated to you in text messages, I canceled my order within two hours and do not want your address so please refund me my money and stop trying to scam people on a day where it’s supposed to be happy moments.

te before going in. Betsy was amazing and had already picked a rack full of dresses for me to try on when I arrived. They were all within my budget since she takes the time to know all of your preferences before coming in. She was patient and let me try on my top 2 a few times before making a final decision. She is extremely knowledgeable and I couldn't have made such a big decision without her!

I went to Chole Lane Bridal for my wedding dress. To say the least, Besty was absolutely amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable with the en...
tire process. I do not have the model body, but I was comfortable from the moment I arrived until I left. I did not feel pressure to pick a dress, but she truly wanted to know what I liked and what my perfect vision was. And, she worked endlessly to make that come true. She contacts you before the appointment to determine your vision, budget, and special details about the day. When you arrive, dresses that are within your description are pulled ahead of time and the shop is completely closed to the public. She pulls out the red carpet for you and your entourage, and makes you feel truly special!
I even went back a couple more times to get additional details for the perfect look. I cannot say enough about Chloe Lane Bridal. If you have the opportunity to shop with Besty, please do so - you absolutely won't regret it!
Chloe Lane Bridal was the best! It was a really personal experience! Betsy made us all feel right at home when we arrived and was really attentive to what I was saying when trying ...
dresses on. Highly recommend!
The 5 star reviews do not disappoint, Chloe Lane is a bridal boutique gem. Betsy was inviting and well prepared - especially as I was 7 months from the date of the wedding. Before ...
I tried any dresses on, she ensured that they would make it in time (including alterations) so that I wouldn’t fall in love with a dress I couldn’t get. I was also extremely surprised at how reasonably priced the gorgeous gowns are. Before we arrived, Betsy already had dresses pulled in the style I preferred plus a few other styles so that I would have a well rounded selection to try on. We were the only clients in the boutique and were never rushed or pressured - with her full attention on us from start to finish. Thanks to Betsy and Chloe Lane I found the perfect dress after visiting just one boutique! Betsy poured us glasses of champagne and played love songs - a truly thoughtful experience. I highly recommend setting up an appointment at Chloe Lane.

for me to try and went out of her way to find something that suited me and my style/personality. I said yes to the dress that same day and if I can say anything from my experience is that you really don't know what a dress looks like until you try it on so try on everything! Really just a great experience all around.
Such an amazing experience! I found my dream dress and Betsy was so helpful in making the dress shopping run so smoothly. Would absolutely recommend to any future brides!
This weekend we had the best experience at Chloe Lane Bridal! It was my recently engaged daughter‘s first attempt at looking for a dress and little did we know what an amazing ...
experience we would have! We found their location through an ad on Facebook, as this week they are having a trunk show of Rebecca Ingram by Maggie Sottero dresses. This meant she had many more from the line to choose from (plus 10% off!) Betsy (the sweet owner) knows what she’s doing and was able to really listen to everything my daughter was looking for. She books one client at a time and has a ton of different styles, designers and options. We cannot rave enough about Chloe Lane bridal. Not only did we leave with the perfect dress but feel like we made a friend! Thank you Chloe Lane Bridal

up an appointment. We live just outside of Downtown Houston, but I knew it was totally worth making the drive out to Chloe Lane (and I am so glad that we did!). The appointment was my first ever to try on wedding dresses, and Betsy did a great job at pulling one of each style of dress so that I could see what I liked best. I am so indecisive, and Betsy was so patient and knowledgeable about the entire process. The experience was so personal, and I loved how my group and I were the only ones at the boutique. I ended up saying "YES!" to my dream dress at Chloe Lane, and I have Betsy to thank for that!

appointment to ask about price range, what style I thought I would like and how I wanted to feel on my big day. When I had arrived for my appointment, she had hand picked 8 dresses for me that she thought I would like including a couple different styles to be sure I knew what I was looking for and wanted. She made me feel very comfortable and helped me try on the dresses and made sure I felt beautiful. The second dress I tried in was the dress and Betsy popped champagne and celebrated with us! She is so personable and so fun to work with. I definitely recommend working with Betsy at Chloe Lane Bridal!!

g. She went to great lengths to help me find a dress that fit everything I was looking for even when I had trouble finding the perfect one. I would highly recommend her to anyone, whether it’s your first try-on or you’ve been searching for a while. Thank you Chloe Lane!

comfortable. This new business will soon be a flourishing endeavor! I wasn't overwhelmed with choices and Betsy actually read the questionnaire I filled out prior to my appointment! She made me feel confident enough to make a sound decision for my big day! Love this place and I'm looking forward to so many other brides getting to feel as beautiful as I did!

noon at ChloeLane. Betsy, the owner, did an excellent job communicating with my DIL ahead of time. When we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. She had chosen several dresses to be tried on. As the afternoon went on, she was able to pick up on what my DIL was liking and not liking. She even chose some other dresses based on that. Betsy is very professional and knows bridal gowns. She is also very friendly and let the afternoon flow freely. I highly recommend ChloeLane Bridal as THE place to find your perfect wedding gown.
