This experienced team of master bakers offers a dazzling range of baked goods from tiered creations to groom’s cakes and full dessert tables. They take care of all the details, so you can sit back and enjoy your big day with a decadent sweet slice. ChocoLattes was founded in 2018 by Lisa Dallaire. Our all female team bake everything from scratch, using Italian buttercream as our main icing and oil based cake we can make any of our creations vegan or gluten-free if needed! ChocoLattes’ cakes are accompanied by customer service which is first class. The team will consult with couples to create the wedding cake of dreams, beginning with a tasting. They are happy to deliver to your event and can help set up your dessert table. Guests with dietary requirements will be left smiling, with sugar-less, gluten-free, and vegan cakes available. No exaggeration- this is one of the best cakes I’ve had in my life. My husband and I loved our cake tasting- they had plenty of flavors are were really good about getting not only the flavor but the design of the cake just perfect! My guests also loved the cake and hoped that the bakery was a chain so they could get the cake locally!! Brides- you’ll want to order your cake here!! Super professional service- they definitely know what they’re doing!!

They require you so book a consultation online but then when you book the consultation they don't give you anyway to contact the person you're supposed to meet with and don't call you either, just leave you waiting and confused.

Sarah baked a phenomenal wedding cake for our wedding on February 11, 2022, placed the flowers on our cake, created a beautiful design, and delivered our cake to the venue. It was the best-tasting cake I have ever had! She designed the cake within our budget and offered a cake tasting to help us decide on the style, flavor, and fillings. The cake was fresh, and they were easy to work with. Their wedding business is relatively young compared to some of the other vendors we researched, which is why they do not have too many reviews just yet on the major websites. Still, I guarantee their experience, and technical expertise is unmatched for the quality of their wedding cakes! In addition, the bakery itself makes great food and is in a great location. My husband and I stop by Choco’Lattes every time we visit St. Augustine and order a small version of our cake because you can’t beat the freshness and taste! I recommend Choco’Lattes for every couple planning a wedding or any other event; you will not be disappointed! They will bake a fresh, top-layer cake for your celebration of your wedding anniversary. I’m not sure if other vendors do this, but we found this a great tradition and kind gesture.

We chose Choco-lattes because this place has always held a special place in our hearts as a couple. We love their coffee, desserts and the homey atmosphere of this place. So when we got engaged, we couldn't think of a better place to get our wedding cake and desserts from. And we are so thrilled we did! Our tasting with Sarah was so much fun and everything was delicious. And then when we saw our beautiful cake and desserts, we knew our vision came to life. Honestly, we thought we may have over ordered desserts, but by the end of the evening, almost everything was gone! And people haven't stopped talking about how delicious everything was. We are so happy we could have Choco-Lattes as our wedding cake vendor!

The desserts were amazing. The two tiered cake was perfect for my husband and I. The cupcakes were decorated beautifully for the guests. The mousse cups were delicious. I couldn’t ask for anything better. Everything looked and tasted great. Communication was good, and I would recommend them to everyone.

As a bride on a mission to find the best wedding cake, we were so lucky to find ChocoLattes In St. Augustine for our Wedding Cake and Groomsman Cake. From the moment we stepped foot into the cutest St. Augustine bakery, my fiancé and I were greeted for our cake tasting with a glass of champagne and escorted upstairs to a private tasting room. We got to taste multiple different cakes and icings which were absolutely amazing, as we created our dream wedding cake. The day of the wedding ChocoLattes over exceeded our expectations and left all our guest talking about how amazing our wedding cake tasted. My fiancé and I have attended over 10 plus weddings over the past 4 year and we have never tasted such a flavorful and moist and overall amazing wedding cake as what ChocoLattes delivered for our wedding. I cannot say enough how happy I am with our whole experience with ChocoLattes and I wish I could give them 1,000 stars .

I just had to write a review for Chcoclates for making our wedding cake everything we hoped for…and more. Bridgett, the manager, was so courteous, professional, and patient with my repeated calls/emails and in-person inquiries. I was unsure of what to expect at first and was admittedly nervous about the final product with the many ideas, requests and pictures I gave to them weeks and days before but in truly upstanding fashion, they delivered!!! They were timely and assured me everything would be fine. I can’t express how much that meant with the stress of planning my own wedding for the first time. The Cake was perfectly delicious and the decorations were spot on, not overly sweet and sooooo, very beautiful! My family and I will definitely be repeat customers (and I’m sure some of our friends in attendance will be also).
