reception room. It turned out ok and was more intimate. Sales and wedding staff- they are somewhat responsive and ready to help. They accidently slipped up and sent us an email (who was meant for their boss) that said we complained too much. We complained because they changed our room at the last minute, after it was booked for 6 months which meant our whole menu had to be changed too. We complained because although it wasn't raining at the time of the ceremony, they still wouldn't allow us to take their electronics (PA system) outside for the music. So they basically said outside w/no music or inside. What bride wants to walk down the aisle to no music? Another thing, they are there for the entire day to help coordinate things. However, the way they dressed was not wedding appropriate I thought. They wore dresses that showed their bras and short skirts. Not my idea of a professional wedding coordinator. Catering staff- A++ the food was great and plentiful. The cakes were delicous and they were able to make our grooms cake look like a real sprinkle donut. It was very cute and tasty! Only problem was our fridge in the hotel room wouldn't hold the top tier of the cake so we had to leave it with the catering staff. It was a pain to track them down on Sunday when we were getting ready to leave. Hotel staff- rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly. We got a free room because we were getting married at their casino. If I had known planning a wedding would be that much of a pain, I would have stuck to my original plan of getting married at the justice of the peace and then have a nice reception at the hotel. It would've been less stress.
