Choice Limousine and Sedan Services

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could give them 0 of 5 stars I would. Their cheap prices lure you in, but once you provide your credit card info they charge you 50% immediately and you'll receive terrible customer service. After booking, I e-mailed - nothing. I called and left a voicemail - nothing for 5 days, so I called back. The owner Ben answered. I was curious why he assigned a different capacity vehicle for the evening shift than the one we agreed to and was assigned for the afternoon shift. He harassed me and raised his voice at me because I went online and cancelled the incorrect vehicle because I thought an error occurred. He directly lied to me about the service that I desired saying that it wasn’t possible to do that under the given circumstance and that I’d have to extend the timeframe (pay more) if I wanted what I originally ordered. He went on to say that I was holding up the whole process and delaying his drivers. The event was over 2 months away. He didn't explain anything about why he changed what we agreed to. I cancelled before he could do more damage on my wedding day. Read other review sites and you'll see that Ben is absolute scum. He scammed me out of $730.

We got a great price, a beautiful limo, and an amazing driver!! Definitely would use them again and recommend them to anyone!

We left the house and got all the way to the Ceremony Site when we realized that we had forgotten the bouquets. He turned around and hauled arse back to get them. We ended up on time but were almost late... our own fault!;They know that the tires are slicked up and black. They should know to guard you and your white dress when you get out of the limo. When we got to the reception site he wasn't guarding... and I got black stuff on my dress. Thank goodness it came off but it wasn't very smart - espeically if he knew that would happen. He appologized and it turned out OK in the end... but he wasn't particularly anything - just a driver.
