Chrey's Jewelers

We got our wedding rings from Chrey's (pronounced Cray's) in Bremerton, an hour ferry ride from Seattle. They are a small family-run business downtown and have been operating for many years. Not sure how many, exactly, but my father has been using them for ~30 years. We dealt primarily with one brother - Jim. He's got a great eye for jewelry. He was also very patient with me. I had an idea for bands that ended up not looking good on my hand. He found the perfect ring in one of his black cases (not display). He also was able to find something had my husband was happy with (he doesn't wear jewelry, ever). Jim gave us some great pricing and also wrote up the appraisals while we weer there. I went back just before the wedding to get my band resized a bit smaller. He did it for free, and I ended up walking out with a new necklace. Looks are deceiving - the shop looks small, but there's a whole lot of amazing jewelry tucked away in there! Highly recommend - totally worth the trip from Seattle!
