Chris did an amazing job and we highly recommend him! We hired him for engagement and wedding photos and he did a fantastic job capturing these very important moments of our lives. Through the entire process he was very friendly, easy to work with, and accommodating to our needs. He was always very prompt at replying to our emails and meeting with us to discuss any updates or questions we had. During both sessions he patiently guided us and our families throughout the entire process, instructing us where to stand and how to pose to get that perfect shot. This attention to detail really shows in the finished product. We will definitely use him again for any future events!

I cannot begin to describe how amazing Chris was as our wedding photographer! If I could rate him higher than 5 stars, I would! From our initial meeting, he was very nice, professional, and was flexible in customizing our package to fit our needs. He is very prompt in responding to emails and we were so surprised that he was able to send our wedding photos back to us so quickly. The photos were absolutely breathtaking! On the day of our super long and tiring 14 hour wedding, Chris was nothing short of professional, calm, fun, patient, and made sure our wedding party and family felt comfortable in front of the camera. He went the extra mile and even came a little earlier than scheduled to ensure that my getting ready photos were captured. It really helped that Chris was able to communicate with my family in Cantonese so that we could be as efficient as possible. We were surprised to have our wedding photos ready so soon after the wedding and we are in love with the photos! Photographer is probably one of the most important vendors that we had to decide on when planning our wedding. This is the person who will follow you around for an entire day, witnessing and documenting some of your most personal and emotional moments, so it was important that we found someone we could trust and be comfortable around. We really could not be happier that we chose Chris to be the photographer for our engagement and wedding. We both are pretty laid-back but quite private, and definitely are not used to be in front of the camera. But Chris was incredibly awesome to work with – he is personable, genuine, and really knows what he is doing. We trusted his vision and ended up having a lot of fun at our engagement session. Chris is also very professional. Both on our engagement and wedding day, he arrived early to check out the lighting and location. We asked for only one shooter as we had a small wedding (less than 40 people), but Chris still managed to capture many different angles on his own and other details that we were too busy to see ourselves that day. He was also great at directing our older family members and super patient in trying to get the kids at our wedding to cooperate during group photos. Even my parents who never liked to get their pictures taken and rarely smiled for pictures were impressed by Chris’s professionalism, and lamented afterward that they didn’t get a chance to thank him in person for capturing our family’s big day. Chris also had a fast turnaround time. We went to our honeymoon right after the wedding, and by the time we got back home, Chris sent us our photos. And we absolutely love them! We shared the photos with our family and friends and they all marveled at the speed, and more importantly, the quality of the photos. We are really thankful to have Chris as our photographer and will highly recommend him to anyone.

One of our friend has Chris as her photographer for the wedding and highly recommended him. While I reviewed his works, really like his style of natural looks and the angles he utilized with the lightings. During our first meeting, he was super enthusiastic about how we met and learning our story and also provide us with the proposed timeline for the big day! Chris wasn’t the first one we met, but definitely the first one who was more thoughtful and enthusiastic than us at the time! We decided to have Chris to do our engagement session, the video, the photos for the wedding day, and the photo booth...yup, the whole shebang. He didn’t disappoint us at all. Our engagement session took more than 3 hrs and with the travel, the trip was enjoyable and Chris was very patient of coaching us how and where to pose. With Chris and his team being there for the wedding day, I feel extra relaxed that he will capture all the important moments of our big day, and he did! We received our photos about 1 month after the big day, and he definitely did a very good job in capturing everyone’s joyful moment with his camera. The most comments we received from our family and guests are how great and how nice our photographers are! I’m really happy with Chris throughout this experience, and highly recommend him to anyone likes his styles. The most important part to me was both me and my husband are very relaxed when Chris is around, somehow he has a way of marking us less nervous. With his magic, our pictures came out to be really good and super relaxed.

Chris did an amazing job for our elopement ceremony! He was friendly and easy to communicate with and even showed up early to scope out the setting and lighting for our small ceremony in a park. The pictures turned out beautifully and he really captured us looking natural. We had our dogs with us and he was even able to capture them perfectly! I could not be more satisfied and I highly recommend him as a photographer. I would use him again for any of our future photography needs.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Chris Seid Photography and all his team!! He was great since the day my husband and I met up with him, we actually found him here on The Knot. What honestly made me contact Chris was the section on his FAQ on his website. One of the questions was in regards to what they wear the day of the wedding, and his response was red tuxedos and rainbow suspenders!! Haha that showed me he had a great sense of humor and it made me feel relaxed for some reason. My husband and I had been looking at photographers for a while and what we liked most about Chris when meeting him and discussing what we wanted was that he specifically was the one that would be with us on our wedding day, many other photographers would charge extra for themselves being your photographer. We loved that he truly listened and worked with what we wanted. He was very responsive when it came to emailing, calling or texting which was amazing. On our actual wedding day Chris and his crew made everyone feel completely comfortable I had a lot of people telling me how great he was. He was great with my group, and keep in mind I had a large wedding group, amazing with the kids. Not once did I see any of the crew or himself look like they were tired or just wanted the day to be over. The ENTIRE CREW AND CHRIS had smiles all day and that's what my husband and I loved, they made us feel so comfortable all day. Don't get me started on our pictures and video! I cried like a baby!!! My favorite wedding vendor, hands down. Chris. Is. Amazing. We had him take our engagement and wedding photos, and each time they came out absolutely perfect. We couldn't be more in love with the finished products. Working with him is so easy, and he is always in a TERRIFIC mood. He is so patient, even when my husband and I started to get tired. He makes taking the pictures so fun! I wish we could have him photograph all our life events!

Chris and team were amazing!!! He was the second or third photographer we had reached out to when we initially started our wedding planning, and it was his personality and expertise that made us choose him over our initial choices. Look no further for a great photographer!! Chris and his team did an outstanding job at out wedding and engagement photo shoot at Hummingbird Nest Ranch. His level of professionalism, respect, knowledge, communication, and punctuality is superb. He really knows how to make you feel like you're doing a fun photo shoot and at the same time gets the best shots by you just being YOU. He is easy to work with and always has great ideas. I first met Chris when he was the photographer at my cousin's wedding a few years ago. He was courteous, professional, and as a plus, he spoke Cantonese which helped get the relatives in place. My cousin's wedding photos came out great! I knew from that moment that I would want him as my own wedding photographer. So when I got engaged, I had my wedding coordinator reach out to Chris right away. He was so reasonable with our budget and our requests for modifications of the packages. We booked him for the photography and photobooth. On the day of the wedding, Chris and his assistant were on time and he made me feel so at ease even though I was pretty stressed coming up to the wedding. He worked with my Chinese speaking parents and pose them wonderfully. It truly helps that he was able to communicate with them and other relatives. My husband and I are not very natural in front of the camera and we always find it awkward but with Chris, he made us feel at ease and he told us what looked good and what didn't. Chris also stayed the entire time at the wedding and asked us if we wanted any other shots at the end. He didn't need to do that there was an agreed time on the contract but I'm so glad he stayed to capture some candid shots of the dancing. Also, he helped out at the photobooth and even extended the hours for all our guests. When we got the pictures, we loved every single one!!! We couldn't stop looking at them. It was worth every penny!!!! Now another friend who is about to get married also booked Chris. Don't procrastinate as he's very popular and I recommend booking as soon as you can!

I worked with Chris this past weekend at Kristie and Matt's Wedding at the Coyote Hills Golf Course in Fullerton. Him and his team were ON IT! I could see that the clients were very well taken care. They were always on point and on time throughout the day. Sometimes I would peak over his shoulder to see the shots he was taking and they were coming out beautifully even without post production. In the reception, he set up a few off camera lights that lit up the room. I'm a Photographer myself so I can see the variety of angles he was taking - not only of the Bride and Groom, which there were many, but of clients reactions, and friends and family who lined up to take their photos with the couple. Talking with Chris, I can tell that he is a very genuine and caring dude. He treated everyone with respect. I definitely recommend this guy as a lead Photographer for your Wedding! Can't wait to see the shots man!

Chris was extremely professional and prompt on the days leading up to the wedding. He gave thoughtful responses to any questions that we had, and he made the planning process prior to wedding seamless. Prior to the wedding, he gave wonderful advice regarding the timeline questions. On the day of the wedding, Chris made sure everyone felt comfortable and it was a joy working with him. He framed the photographs beautifully and he gave very clear instructions. We had twenty little ones under the age of six in the wedding Chris was incredible working with them. His second photographer was extremely hard working as well. The photos that we received from Chris were phenomenal. We loved the unexpected photos of guests. His pictures truly captured the entire wedding. Many of our friends have already expressed that they would like to book Chris in the future after seeing the photographs. He is everything and more that you would want in a wedding photographer.

My make up artist recommended Chris to us and we were about two months or so from our wedding so our time was running out. We had a Skype call meeting with him and he was very easy going and understood our vision as well as our concerns on not being very comfortable in front of the camera. So we knew immediately we wanted Chris to be our photographer! At the wedding, he was professional, and really good at making us feel at ease. We're not really the posing type but he made it so easy! We got our sneak peek photos 10 after our wedding which was really fast! And the rest about 4-6 weeks. Our pictures turned out really really great and everyone gave compliments on them. Chris is very professional and he was worth every penny! Photos are forever and I'm really really happy with my choice of photographer.

Chris and Kathy were nothing short of amazing. He was referred to us by a former bride. They were so professional and hard working. They were on time and worked in the hot sun to capture all our big moments. Our wedding spanned a whole day and Chris also provided coverage the day before. We had a traditional Indian wedding with a lot of guests. He was patient with everyone. At the end of the day all our pictures turned out amazing. Chris and Cathy have this amazing eye amidst the chaos, they created something so beautiful and we get to savour it as our memories. It is clear that he is passionate at his job, because he goes above and beyond to capture it all. We are so grateful we had Chris and Kathy as our photographers.

Chris was the first and only photographer I met with when I was engaged. My friend highly recommended him since she used him for her wedding, and after meeting with Chris, I felt like the search was over. Chris was very personable, down to earth, honest, accommodating, knowledgable, and so easy to work with. Chris is also available to travel overseas for destination weddings, since we considered that as an option in the beginning. My now husband and I spent a lot of time with Chris during the engagement photoshoot. I gave him a vision of what I was looking for and he gave me suggestions as I was kind of lost at locations. Chris was very knowledge on locations and what looks great, time, restrictions etc., we ended up going to Malibu El Matador beach for the shoot and the photos turned out stunning. Chris knew in advance what day the tides would be good and when the weather was the most beautiful. Chris really knew how to pose us so we look good in photos, it may not be the most comfortable when we were being posed, but after seeing the photos come out, it was totally worth it! I discussed with Chris in advance on my insecurities and he worked the camera/ our poses to avoid/ diminish areas i didn't want to be show too much of. I felt this really helped me save a lot of photoshop editing! Before the wedding, Chris asked specifically if there was anything I wanted to capture, a list of family members etc, to make sure I'll get what I am asking for, and I also told him about family members to avoid being photographed together (not everyone gets along, unfortunately), which he respected and kept that in mind to avoid unnecessary drama. On our wedding day, Chris and his partner Kat were on time & ready to work. Chris took a lot of photos that I didn't even know were taken, which I appreciate, I now have photos of some of these candid moments I don't remember from the wedding night, which is wonderful. the posed photos looked beautiful and I got lots of compliments from friends and family of how great they look. some of these photos really moved me. wedding photos are for a lifetime, it's a huge decision, and I feel that I definitely made the right choice on booking Chris as my photographer.

We booked Chris as our photographer for our engagement and wedding. In the beginning, he seem to be a straight forward guy but at the end he is a professional and a fun photographer to work with. we had a lot of good photos for our engagement session even though it was gloomy on that day. Now, my wife and I can't stop looking at our wedding photos. They look beautiful because of Chris. He made sure to take pictures of all the details ( guests, cake, favors, decoration, table number, etc..) on our special day. Overall, we glad we had him as our photographer. Thank You Chris!

Chris was the photographer for many of my friends weddings, so when we first got engaged I made him top of my list to book right away. Having my fiancé and I live in NYC and our wedding in Los Angeles made for some planning challenges but Chris was great to work with. His communication by phone and emails were efficient and I always was able to get all of my details and questions answered no problem. He put in extra effort to work out within the package options what would make sense for our wedding and day timeline. However, I think the best part of working with Chris was having him part of the day. He was patient, not overtly directive (aka stopping an important moment to get a shot), and with every photo he took he gave a kind smile and polite thank you. Even my guests made some comments about him and his team. We love him and hope to see him at the next wedding!

From start to finish our wedding day was absolute MAGIC! In large part this is thanks to Christopher Seid and his team! He captured every special moment, and all the fun silly ones in between, of our day so beautifully we truly cannot say enough positive things about him. Chris was amazing from the start. He kindly met us in person to get to know us and hear our story before we even officially hired him. He is very personable and keeps in great communication throughout the process. From our first meeting to after the wedding, he was always very helpful and sincere! We hired Chris for both wedding photography and videography for our wedding at Pelican Hills Resort based on recommendations from our wedding planner. We meet with Chris in Pasadena and found him to be sincere and helpful! He gave us many pointers on how to get better photos and also what to expect on our wedding day! On our wedding day it started to rain and I was very worried, but Chris was able to calm my fears. We actually ran back and forth between the many burst of showers and sunshine. I was very pleased that we got so many good photos even when the weather wasn’t cooperating. When life gives you a lemons, I’m glad I hired a good photographer that made very nice lemonade! Some of the photos I loved the most are the one where my hubby and I were carrying umbrellas walking back to the getting ready room when it started to pour. They really captured those intimate and candid moments! When it came to formal photos, my hubby was very happy because he freezes up with photos, but Chris was just great in getting him to relax and smile! Thank you so much Chris! Keep doing what you’re doing!

We were so thoroughly impressed with Chris and his team (photography and videography)! When we first met with Chris for our engagement photos, he was so positive and easy to work with. He truly knows his stuff- he tells you exactly how to stand, what pose to do, etc. He makes it very easy and fun. He got us our photos back in a timely manner and delivered such good quality work that we were thrilled to work with him again for our wedding. When we worked with Chris again on our wedding day, not only were we so impressed, but we heard from our families how much they enjoyed working with him and how professional and positive he was. The photos turned out beautifully- and he took a great variety of photos and made it fun for us in the process. I cannot recommend him or his team more highly.

I am not a person that like to write reviews, but I registered this account and vote for him. I don't know how can i show our thankfulness to him. All our family and everyone who have seen our wedding pics loved his work. And trust me, find a good photography is soooo important, since it's all your memory on that big day!

My husband and I used Chris for our engagement and wedding photos and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Chris is an amazing photographer, but also very nice and personable. So basically the complete package. We also got our wedding photos in less than a week following the wedding!! We love that you get to keep all the photos (no annoying marks!) and can share the photos with whoever for downloads and printing. Our wedding photos were so gorgeous. Everyone in the wedding party commented on how great of a job he did. We also loved that Chris was flexible with our package. We wanted great photos, but we didn't want to do the standard 8 hour plus photography package, so Chris worked with us and we hired him until just after the first dance. We didn't take him up on this, but he also can add a second photographer for only a few hundred more. Trust me, if you hire Chris for your wedding or whatever event, you won't be disappointed!

Chris was an awesome photographer for our wedding. We remembered him from a friends wedding a few years earlier, and loved his photographs. I knew that I wanted to have him at our wedding. He was flexible with his packages and let us move our two hour engagement session to become part of our wedding hours, which really helped us meet our price point. Since we live out of the area, he chatted with us via Skype and helped us to feel comfortable and excited for our wedding. Leading up to the big day, Chris would check in and helped me to create my itinerary. On our wedding day, he and his assistant (whose name escapes me right now, but who was also VERY professional) arrived on time and really helped us make it through the day. We took pictures after our ceremony at Cerritos Sculpture Garden, and they had awesome ideas for photos. It was just a few weeks after our wedding when we received our pictures, and we were BLOWN AWAY! It took us weeks to just stop looking at them. I loved how well composed each shot was, and the variety of pictures we received. Our friends and family were really impressed with our photos, as well. Thank you Chris!

Chris Seid is a 5-star Photographer! I hired him to photograph our wedding and then also to provide a photobooth as well. Chris is incredibly talented and captured everything perfectly. I absolutely adore our wedding photos and can’t thank him enough for capturing our special day. I am still amazed to this day at all the raw emotions he captured in photos. I was so impressed by how hard he worked that day. He was literally sprinting from place to place to capture as much as he could. His work ethic did not go unnoticed. After the wedding, he was well ahead of the quoted turnaround time on photos which was a great surprise! If you are considering Chris, do not hesitate. You are absolutely getting a deal with the incredible level of skill he has. The photobooth was also great. It was an open-air type that had great background, awesome props, live printing, and an assistant who helped everyone along. My guests had a great time playing in the photobooth. Chris helped design out how our photos would print, provided a guest book for my guests to sign, and got us the digital copies super-fast. Thank you for everything Chris!

I could not have picked a better photographer for both our wedding and engagement shoot. My wife and I were having a tough time trying to find the right photographer, but from the moment we contacted Chris we knew he was different. Chris was very professional and extremely easy going. I had never taken professional photos before but Chris was very understanding and helped me throughout the entire process. I honestly could not have picked a better photographer. Chris was very responsive and attentive to all our needs and concerns throughout the entire process. On the day of our wedding Chris showed up with his assistant and they were with us from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better team of photographers. Chris and his team shot the photos for our wedding on October 15 and we could not have asked for a better photographer. He captured the best moments in the wedding and was a true professional. He was really good at directing us how to pose for our engagement/wedding photos. The pictures came out to be vibrant and full of life. Him and his team did a great job! My husband and I usually aren't very picky, but we were when it came to choosing our wedding photographer. With the amount of time and money we were putting into the wedding, we wanted the best in the business to capture every detail and all of the moments on our special day. After months of research and numerous consultations with some of the best wedding photographers in LA, we thought we had found someone that was pretty good, until we met Chris. Chris was a referral from a friend of a friend, someone we didn’t personally know, so we didn’t know what to expect. Chris was very professional yet easy going, super friendly, and had a great sense of humor, which was important to us. We wanted our guests to be comfortable and wanted a photographer that was going to be able to bring the best out of our guests and family. We ended up meeting with Chris for about two hours and by the time we left his office, my husband and I knew Chris was the photographer for us. His portfolio was incredible! We were blown away!!! The only problem was, he was not available on our wedding day. He had a prior booking for a destination wedding and was going to return back to LA on our wedding day. This meant that he could make our reception but would miss our wedding ceremony. We made it clear to Chris that he was the only photographer we wanted. As a result, Chris rescheduled his flight and came back a day early to shoot our wedding and we were grateful that he did. The wedding photos came out AMAZING and well exceeded our expectations. Yes, in all honesty, all I really cared about was that I looked good in the photos ☺. Not only was I happy with how things turned out, he took some of the most beautiful photos of my family and friends. He captured many moments of my own wedding that I missed because I was the bride and was not present. Beautiful moments and memories I would have otherwise lost if not captured on film. Chris did an AMAZING job with our engagement and wedding photos!!! We started by hiring him for the engagement photos by recommendation of our wedding planner, as a test to see if we would like him to do our wedding photos, and he passed with flying colors! He is so friendly, instantly made us feel comfortable, and is clearly passionate about what he does. He made both experiences so fun! Chris is very professional and reliable. We received our GORGEOUS photos earlier than expected both times. For the wedding, he had an assistant who was also very nice, and all the photos were spectacular. I can't say enough about Chris! Chris was the ultimate professional! It was so great working with him from our engagement session to our big day! He was so easy to work with and his photos came out beautiful! Planning a wedding is not so easy at the beginning and picking the best photographer that makes both party happy is quite a challenge! Glad that my fiance's sister recommended 3-4 photographers for us and I went through each of their individual website. By looking at the photographer's background/history and their works, I can already tell that Chris Seid Photography is my number one choice. My husband and I had the absolute privilege of having Chris Seid as our wedding photographer! If you have the chance to book him, do not hesitate and get him before he's taken! I was very picky when selecting our wedding photographer. I looked over countless portfolios until I found the journalistic, clean, and artistic style that I wanted. I found Chris Seid on The Knot and noticed he received several awards and his style was exactly what I was looking for! Not to mention he's photographed numerous multi-cultural weddings, which was the kind of wedding we were going to have! He was my #1 choice from the start. Our search for the perfect photographer was a lengthy one. We wanted the right style and the right person. So when we met Chris for the first time we knew he would be perfect for the job. Chris was really sweet and made us feel at ease which we knew would be helpful on our wedding day. When it came to deciding our engagement shoot location Chris was very helpful and flexible with our crazy ideas. In the end we did one indoor location and an outdoor one. Each location had a different vibe and Chris was great at helping us relax since we had never taken professional photos before. By the end of the shoot we completely forgot we were having our pictures taken. When we got the photos back we were floored. The photos were beautiful and Chris made us look like naturals! From the very first moment my husband and I met with Chris, we knew he had to be our photographer! He has such great energy and charisma that make working with him an absolute pleasure! It was extremely hot on the day of our all outdoor wedding and taking all the photos could have been miserable in the heat but Chris made it fun! We worked with him for both our engagement and wedding photos and they all came out great! The photos were a big deal to me and I am so happy that we decided to go with Chris. My then-boyfriend and I were two of the groomsmen and bridesmaids at a wedding Chris shot about 2 years ago. We hired Chris after we saw our sisters’ engagement and wedding photos! We had tagged along our sister’s engagement shoot to help out and found Chris to be fun, dedicated and creative! Although he was slightly above our budget, we figured that in the long-term, it would be worth it since we plan to display our photos for 30-40 years! What we loved most about Chris, was that he was really passionate about his work. We have been to weddings where the photographers just take snaps of the wedding couple, and when the bride and groom are gone, they weren't doing much. And some never take any photos of the guests! When we got our photos, we were more than thrilled to see so many different perspectives from the wedding! These guys really do put their heart into it! We got shots from behind the cake, from the church above and creative shoot-thru shots that we love! We hired Chris after looking thru 4 photographers recommended by our wedding coordinator. We did not want photos that were too pose-y or vintage-y! Come on! It’s not the 90s anymore!! We wanted crisp, clean photos that could stand the test of time. We spoke to him briefly on the phone and scheduled a meeting. Chris is quite generous and offered us many advise and tips during our first meeting even though we had not signed with him yet! He also asked us specific questions about what we liked and didn’t like, taking notes and giving us suggestion on how to save money, get the most out of our dollars, and how to get better looking photos. After 25 minutes into our meeting, both my husband and I knew we wanted to hire him. We sign Chris during that meeting! For the prior months to our wedding, we found him to be very responsive to my never-ending questions! On our wedding day, we were a little overwhelmed but were very happy to be in Chris’s hands. If we didn’t know what to do, he would signal to us. For instance, at the Cake cutting table, we didn’t know where to cut or where to stand! He would wink at us and give us a signal to where to stand and cut! For people getting married the first time, it is invaluable to have someone guide you…and we felt Chris always looked out for us. If he one day retires as a wedding photographer, he can definitely make a good wedding coorindator!! We had our wedding at Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica and although everything went so quickly, we have all these great photos that bring back beautiful memories everytime we look at them! If there was one photo that Chris missed…it was a photo of him and his team!! Eventhough he was behind the scenes, he was a big part of our wedding day! After checking with 3 other photographers, we had our meeting with Chris Seid, and we never looked back. They made each shot quick and painless for us, but I could see how meticulously he planned, set up and executed each and every shot. They also went out of the way to find opportunities to take great pictures; Chris has a gift of anticipating our desires and creating and capturing moments that remain special to us now. I met Chris through my wedding planner's recommendation. Our first impression of him was easy going, friendly, professional and believed that his personality jived well with us. We had just about 4 months to plan our wedding, and we were so glad we found a great photographer in such a short timeline! We booked him for both engagement shoot and the day of wedding. His pricing was reasonable. Most of my communications were done by email with Chris. He's quick to responding to emails. For the engagement shoot, we decided to do our engagement shoot in Old Town Pasadena and Pasadena City Hall. We agreed on when & where we would be meeting. On the day of the shoot, he was already there standing in the street corner with his equipment while my fiancé (now husband) and I were probably just no more than 5 minutes late! Meeting him face to face was easy, but with his camera in hand, I was nervous! He made the photo shoot super fun, easy and comfortable. He laughed with us, talked to us and got to know us like a friend. He helped us with our poses. He gave us pointers to keep in mind for our wedding day, like wear slim fit suit so my husband would look much taller and much slimmer (In fact, I think my husband's tux made him look so good, he became the center attention than me in my beautiful dress!) and keeping my chin out (still trying to keep that in mind!) When we received the pictures from Chris, we couldn't stop looking at them! We loved it! It's very important to do an engagement shoot with your photographer before the wedding day! It's pretty nerve wrecking to see cameras pointing at your face all day long! It can get uneasy at times. For me, my eyes would look for Chris and his camera when I was nervous with all the cameras around me. On the day of the wedding, he was scheduled to come in at 10AM. When Chris and Eden (his 2nd shooter) showed up, I thought we were already running behind schedule. My makeup was still getting done and my hair was still setting in curls. It turned out, he showed up probably about 30 minutes ahead of schedule! Chris and Eden pretty much got right to work. They took shots of everything from detailed shots of invitation to important event shots to candid shots of my guests and everything in between throughout the day. Chris and Eden had a headset to communicate with each other when they were not in the same room. It was very professional. I had people telling me how professional and nice they were. My mom really liked him because he was able to speak Cantonese with my parents and he was extremely polite when talking to them! Yes, Chris could speak both Cantonese and Mandarin quite well, it was a great plus for both of our family. Chris did all the posing positions for us for formal pictures. If he didn't see what he liked, he would change the poses, angles and positions. We trusted and relied on his creative eyes to capture the moments and all the pictures came out awesome! As bride and groom, the day gone by so fast, we couldn't remember everything that happened. It's also difficult to know if our guests were enjoying themselves during the reception. Chris and Eden captured a lot of great candid pictures throughout the day and left us laughing for awhile. Thank you Chris and Eden for sharing the day with us and capturing all the wonderful moments! I highly recommend him! :)

Chris is awesome!!! We are glad that we picked him to capture the most important day of our lives. Chris was fun to work with and he made us feel very relaxed and comfortable during the engagement shoot as well as the wedding day shoot. Being bi-lingual was also a plus because half of my family only spoke Mandarin. He was able to setup the photo shoots with ease. He catches people in good lighting and has great timing. He goes above and beyond to get that perfect shot. An example of this was during our engagement shoot, he was literally crawling in the sand at Santa Monica Pier trying to capture the best angle for our shot. We had our wedding two months ago at the end of March and had sought after a good photographer who would be able to capture the moment for us. My fiancee looked at several photographers and so did I. Needless to say it's difficult to agree on a photographer since we both had very high expectations and different ideas of styles we would like. When we came across Chris' portfolio we both were impressed. We then wanted to meet him to make sure he was the type of guy we wanted shooting our wedding. We honestly didn't want a pre madonna photographer that would not work with us in taking standard family posed shots. Chris was excellent in every thing. He not only was patient in taking those regular posed family pictures but he also did some brilliant work in the rest of the wedding ceremony and reception. We had several small parts of our wedding such as a slide show viewing and sparkler lighting for when we left the reception and he did an outstanding job on capture each one of those moments. We feel as if our very special day was captured and will be remembered for years to come through Christopher's photography.

We love Chris and his team! We got married in February and just got our photos back, and we are absolutely in love with them! Chris was recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend him a million times over as well. The photos speak for themselves – they are beautiful – but the entire experience from our first meeting to the wedding day was great.
