to capture the best moments of your big day and the best photos. We started with a few different photographers at the beginning of our wedding planning. We immediately like Chris's photos the best and had a call with Chris. He was so friendly and cares a lot about your wedding and even spending the time to start giving advice that is not related to his photography services. One of our friends who was unable to book him for her wedding because Chris was already booked at that time also recommended him because Chris's professionalism is well known. Fast forward to our wedding day... Chris was so awesome with the best attitude from the beginning to the end. The team arrived very on time with big smiles and positive energy to get you started with your day. We are someone who don't do well in front of camera, but with Chris's help, we were able to calm our nerves and had fun while he and his team making all of the stunning shots throughout the day. essing and documenting some of your most personal and emotional moments, so it was important that we found someone we could trust and be comfortable around. We really could not be happier that we chose Chris to be the photographer for our engagement and wedding. We both are pretty laid-back but quite private, and definitely are not used to be in front of the camera. But Chris was incredibly awesome to work with – he is personable, genuine, and really knows what he is doing. We trusted his vision and ended up having a lot of fun at our engagement session. Chris is also very professional. Both on our engagement and wedding day, he arrived early to check out the lighting and location. We asked for only one shooter as we had a small wedding (less than 40 people), but Chris still managed to capture many different angles on his own and other details that we were too busy to see ourselves that day. He was also great at directing our older family members and super patient in trying to get the kids at our wedding to cooperate during group photos. Even my parents who never liked to get their pictures taken and rarely smiled for pictures were impressed by Chris’s professionalism, and lamented afterward that they didn’t get a chance to thank him in person for capturing our family’s big day. Chris also had a fast turnaround time. We went to our honeymoon right after the wedding, and by the time we got back home, Chris sent us our photos. And we absolutely love them! We shared the photos with our family and friends and they all marveled at the speed, and more importantly, the quality of the photos. We are really thankful to have Chris as our photographer and will highly recommend him to anyone.

lized with the lightings. During our first meeting, he was super enthusiastic about how we met and learning our story and also provide us with the proposed timeline for the big day! Chris wasn’t the first one we met, but definitely the first one who was more thoughtful and enthusiastic than us at the time! We decided to have Chris to do our engagement session, the video, the photos for the wedding day, and the photo booth...yup, the whole shebang. He didn’t disappoint us at all. Our engagement session took more than 3 hrs and with the travel, the trip was enjoyable and Chris was very patient of coaching us how and where to pose. With Chris and his team being there for the wedding day, I feel extra relaxed that he will capture all the important moments of our big day, and he did! We received our photos about 1 month after the big day, and he definitely did a very good job in capturing everyone’s joyful moment with his camera. The most comments we received from our family and guests are how great and how nice our photographers are! I’m really happy with Chris throughout this experience, and highly recommend him to anyone likes his styles. The most important part to me was both me and my husband are very relaxed when Chris is around, somehow he has a way of marking us less nervous. With his magic, our pictures came out to be really good and super relaxed.

contact Chris was the section on his FAQ on his website. One of the questions was in regards to what they wear the day of the wedding, and his response was red tuxedos and rainbow suspenders!! Haha that showed me he had a great sense of humor and it made me feel relaxed for some reason. My husband and I had been looking at photographers for a while and what we liked most about Chris when meeting him and discussing what we wanted was that he specifically was the one that would be with us on our wedding day, many other photographers would charge extra for themselves being your photographer. We loved that he truly listened and worked with what we wanted. He was very responsive when it came to emailing, calling or texting which was amazing. On our actual wedding day Chris and his crew made everyone feel completely comfortable I had a lot of people telling me how great he was. He was great with my group, and keep in mind I had a large wedding group, amazing with the kids. Not once did I see any of the crew or himself look like they were tired or just wanted the day to be over. The ENTIRE CREW AND CHRIS had smiles all day and that's what my husband and I loved, they made us feel so comfortable all day. Don't get me started on our pictures and video! I cried like a baby!!! ves in place. My cousin's wedding photos came out great! I knew from that moment that I would want him as my own wedding photographer. So when I got engaged, I had my wedding coordinator reach out to Chris right away. He was so reasonable with our budget and our requests for modifications of the packages. We booked him for the photography and photobooth. On the day of the wedding, Chris and his assistant were on time and he made me feel so at ease even though I was pretty stressed coming up to the wedding. He worked with my Chinese speaking parents and pose them wonderfully. It truly helps that he was able to communicate with them and other relatives. My husband and I are not very natural in front of the camera and we always find it awkward but with Chris, he made us feel at ease and he told us what looked good and what didn't. Chris also stayed the entire time at the wedding and asked us if we wanted any other shots at the end. He didn't need to do that there was an agreed time on the contract but I'm so glad he stayed to capture some candid shots of the dancing. Also, he helped out at the photobooth and even extended the hours for all our guests. When we got the pictures, we loved every single one!!! We couldn't stop looking at them. It was worth every penny!!!! Now another friend who is about to get married also booked Chris. Don't procrastinate as he's very popular and I recommend booking as soon as you can!

Sometimes I would peak over his shoulder to see the shots he was taking and they were coming out beautifully even without post production. In the reception, he set up a few off camera lights that lit up the room. I'm a Photographer myself so I can see the variety of angles he was taking - not only of the Bride and Groom, which there were many, but of clients reactions, and friends and family who lined up to take their photos with the couple. Talking with Chris, I can tell that he is a very genuine and caring dude. He treated everyone with respect. I definitely recommend this guy as a lead Photographer for your Wedding! On the day of the wedding, Chris made sure everyone felt comfortable and it was a joy working with him. He framed the photographs beautifully and he gave very clear instructions. We had twenty little ones under the age of six in the wedding Chris was incredible working with them. His second photographer was extremely hard working as well. The photos that we received from Chris were phenomenal. We loved the unexpected photos of guests. His pictures truly captured the entire wedding. Many of our friends have already expressed that they would like to book Chris in the future after seeing the photographs. He is everything and more that you would want in a wedding photographer.

ike the search was over. Chris was very personable, down to earth, honest, accommodating, knowledgable, and so easy to work with. Chris is also available to travel overseas for destination weddings, since we considered that as an option in the beginning. My now husband and I spent a lot of time with Chris during the engagement photoshoot. I gave him a vision of what I was looking for and he gave me suggestions as I was kind of lost at locations. Chris was very knowledge on locations and what looks great, time, restrictions etc., we ended up going to Malibu El Matador beach for the shoot and the photos turned out stunning. Chris knew in advance what day the tides would be good and when the weather was the most beautiful. Chris really knew how to pose us so we look good in photos, it may not be the most comfortable when we were being posed, but after seeing the photos come out, it was totally worth it! I discussed with Chris in advance on my insecurities and he worked the camera/ our poses to avoid/ diminish areas i didn't want to be show too much of. I felt this really helped me save a lot of photoshop editing! Before the wedding, Chris asked specifically if there was anything I wanted to capture, a list of family members etc, to make sure I'll get what I am asking for, and I also told him about family members to avoid being photographed together (not everyone gets along, unfortunately), which he respected and kept that in mind to avoid unnecessary drama. On our wedding day, Chris and his partner Kat were on time & ready to work. Chris took a lot of photos that I didn't even know were taken, which I appreciate, I now have photos of some of these candid moments I don't remember from the wedding night, which is wonderful. the posed photos looked beautiful and I got lots of compliments from friends and family of how great they look. some of these photos really moved me. wedding photos are for a lifetime, it's a huge decision, and I feel that I definitely made the right choice on booking Chris as my photographer.

His communication by phone and emails were efficient and I always was able to get all of my details and questions answered no problem. He put in extra effort to work out within the package options what would make sense for our wedding and day timeline. However, I think the best part of working with Chris was having him part of the day. He was patient, not overtly directive (aka stopping an important moment to get a shot), and with every photo he took he gave a kind smile and polite thank you. So basically the complete package. We also got our wedding photos in less than a week following the wedding!! We love that you get to keep all the photos (no annoying marks!) and can share the photos with whoever for downloads and printing. Our wedding photos were so gorgeous. Everyone in the wedding party commented on how great of a job he did. We also loved that Chris was flexible with our package. We wanted great photos, but we didn't want to do the standard 8 hour plus photography package, so Chris worked with us and we hired him until just after the first dance. We didn't take him up on this, but he also can add a second photographer for only a few hundred more. Trust me, if you hire Chris for your wedding or whatever event, you won't be disappointed!

Since we live out of the area, he chatted with us via Skype and helped us to feel comfortable and excited for our wedding. Leading up to the big day, Chris would check in and helped me to create my itinerary. On our wedding day, he and his assistant (whose name escapes me right now, but who was also VERY professional) arrived on time and really helped us make it through the day. We took pictures after our ceremony at Cerritos Sculpture Garden, and they had awesome ideas for photos. It was just a few weeks after our wedding when we received our pictures, and we were BLOWN AWAY! It took us weeks to just stop looking at them. I loved how well composed each shot was, and the variety of pictures we received. Our friends and family were really impressed with our photos, as well. Thank you Chris!

After months of research and numerous consultations with some of the best wedding photographers in LA, we thought we had found someone that was pretty good, until we met Chris. Chris was a referral from a friend of a friend, someone we didn’t personally know, so we didn’t know what to expect. Chris was very professional yet easy going, super friendly, and had a great sense of humor, which was important to us. We wanted our guests to be comfortable and wanted a photographer that was going to be able to bring the best out of our guests and family. We ended up meeting with Chris for about two hours and by the time we left his office, my husband and I knew Chris was the photographer for us. His portfolio was incredible! We were blown away!!! The only problem was, he was not available on our wedding day. He had a prior booking for a destination wedding and was going to return back to LA on our wedding day. This meant that he could make our reception but would miss our wedding ceremony. We made it clear to Chris that he was the only photographer we wanted. As a result, Chris rescheduled his flight and came back a day early to shoot our wedding and we were grateful that he did. The wedding photos came out AMAZING and well exceeded our expectations. Yes, in all honesty, all I really cared about was that I looked good in the photos ☺. Not only was I happy with how things turned out, he took some of the most beautiful photos of my family and friends. I found Chris Seid on The Knot and noticed he received several awards and his style was exactly what I was looking for! Not to mention he's photographed numerous multi-cultural weddings, which was the kind of wedding we were going to have! He was my #1 choice from the start. I emailed Chris our interest and he was quick to respond within 24 hours! We met up at a cafe and we knew Chris was the one. He is one of the most personable, respectful, and funniest people we've met! He completely understands what is important to you on the most special day of your life and he delivers 1000%. Before we even signed our contract, Chris came with us to check out our venue the very next day. Seriously?! Amazing!! When it came to deciding our engagement shoot location Chris was very helpful and flexible with our crazy ideas. In the end we did one indoor location and an outdoor one. Each location had a different vibe and Chris was great at helping us relax since we had never taken professional photos before. By the end of the shoot we completely forgot we were having our pictures taken. When we got the photos back we were floored. The photos were beautiful and Chris made us look like naturals! They were perfect. At this point, we couldn't wait for the wedding! And how much faith did we have in him and his work? We also hired his videography team for the wedding! The day of the wedding Chris and his team showed up on time and ready to go. To tell you the truth, the only reason I knew they were there was because Chris said hi when he walked in. Otherwise, I barely noticed they were there which was a huge plus for me. Our family and bridal party also loved how professional yet easy going they all were. Everyone we've shared our photos with falls absolutely in love with the quality and everything that Chris was able to capture. We couldn't be happier with the end result. sure! It was extremely hot on the day of our all outdoor wedding and taking all the photos could have been miserable in the heat but Chris made it fun! We worked with him for both our engagement and wedding photos and they all came out great! The photos were a big deal to me and I am so happy that we decided to go with Chris. When he told me that the weekend of our wedding was blocked for a destination wedding and vacation in Bali, I was SOOOO disappointed. Long story short, Chris cut his vacation in Bali short just so that I could have the wedding and photos of my dreams. My wedding photos came out amazing. It was everything that I expected and more.
