We worked with Josh from Chris Styles Events and would 100% book him again! He was amazing and made sure the dance floor was full the entire night. I have been to weddings where the DJ never got the “feel” of the guest and the dance floor was always empty. NOT JOSH, he tailored what he was playing to keep the party going, which is exactly what we wanted. I was having trouble deciding on a father/daughter dance and then completely forgot about selecting! Josh made sure he had both options ready for us and made sure he came to ask which we wanted before the dances started! My husband and I also did a formal first dance/ entrance. Josh was able to edit the song into a seamlessly track which was perfect! We just wanted to thank you again. We seriously could not have asked for a better DJ. We both said we would not have changed a thing!

I used to listen to DJ Chris Styles years ago when he was still on the radio so when it came time for me to look for a wedding DJ, I couldn't pass up an opportunity to work with him. During my wedding planning process, my friend also recommended him so that just solidified my choice. Chris Styles was great to work with, so professional and responsive. He was not personally available for my wedding date but paired me up with one of his DJs, Josh Allen, and he kept the party going! Everyone was on the dance floor and had a great time, they all complimented me on my choice of music but it was all Josh! We also used the photobooth service, which was also wonderful. I received all the photos and gifs a couple days after the wedding. You can't go wrong with Chris Styles and Josh Allen, they were so amazing to work with!

DJ Gemini from Chris Styles Events - THANK YOU so much! When planning our 10/1/22 wedding, I was nervous about hiring a DJ because I mistakenly thought that our guests would not be really interested in dancing. When we interviewed DJ Gemini, we said, "You know, I don't really know if it's gonna be a big festive party with a lot of dancing...." Well, thank god we were wrong! lol! DJ Gemini was a master of reading the room and he played AWESOME music that had us dancing for almost 4 hours straight! Seriously! Our reception lasted from 7 PM - 11 PM and the only times we (my husband and I) weren't dancing was when we ate our plated meal and cut our cake. Every other moment was spent dancing with our closest friends and family! DJ Gemini knew my family background was Latinx, but he did a wonderful job of blending Spanish party music in with English dance anthems. At the end of the night, when it was time for our last song (Dancing Queen by ABBA), I was amazed to look around and see that literally every single one of our friends were STILL there, dancing with us to the end! The party flew by in the best way possible. The memories we know have are so precious and I will treasure them forever! We booked Dj Chris styles for our DJ & photo booth services! Everything turned out amazing from planning to execution! Chris styles was always professional and would answer all questions quickly by email. He walked us through all processes from music choices to photo booth ideas. Our photo booth attendant and Chris styles were dressed professionally and both very nice on our big day! From the ceremony, to cocktail, dinner, dances, speeches, and the party, everything went down with no issues and all on time! The sparklers were amazing! All our guest have been asking for our wedding mix and all ages were on the dance floor until it ended! We trusted him to execute and he knocked it out the park! Book them now! My husband and I booked Chris for our wedding this summer in DC. There were a little over 200 people in attendance and I can honestly say the dance floor was packed from the moment the music started to the moment it ended. Chris did an amazing job mixing in the songs we wanted along with reading the room and keeping the energy high. He even mixed in some amazing remixes and really blended songs together well. In the weeks after the wedding we have had friends and family still talking about how great the music was and how much they danced! We had high expectations from the glowing reviews and he absolutely blew them away. Chris also was a phenomenal MC. We hired Chris Styles for our June 11th wedding. We can not say enough on how he kept the party going. He was very flexible and accommodating our schedule since we had planned everything out here on the west coast. From the playlists, to the timelines, to the photobooth frames, Chris was very flexible and executed with our vision for the night! He was energetic and his playlist was top notch. 100% amazing! Outside of the DJ'ing, he really ensured our timeline and kept the flow on track from the start of the ceremony to the last song. We also booked the photobooth. We hired Chris Styles Events for our DJ and Photo booth for our Wedding on June 4. Stop what you're doing now, and hire them for your wedding! Chris is very responsive and was so helpful when we were trying to pick out a DJ - we went with DJ Squirrel (David Floyd) and he was amazing. He played all of the songs we asked for, and even helped us find a version of a song for our last dance that made it fun! He also did great on our up-lighting. Taylore was our photo booth attendant, and she was amazing! She encouraged people to take photos and made everyone feel like it was a party to have their picture taken! Chris, David and Taylore were very professional and super responsive to our questions (I had a lot!) Can't thank all of them enough for making our wedding a party to remember!

DJ Chris Styles is a must for your wedding!! He was a pleasure to work with before the wedding and he was a definite highlight on the day of. The music was amazing and kept folks on the dance floor all night but he also personalized it to our wedding by making shout outs and really interacting with the guests. The lighting and photo booth package were also worth it! There was a line for the photo booth the whole night because it was so much fun and not like every other photo booth with its video features as well. If you want a DJ that doesn't just feel like he's behind a sound board the whole night but also connects with a crowd to make the wedding more memorable, DJ Chris Styles is your guy!!

My now husband and I know Dj Chris Styles from Hot 99.5. When we found out he does weddings, we couldn't wait to reach out. Chris is one of the nicest guys to work with and really listens to what you are looking for in music. He did awesome with our introductions and keeping with our timeline throughout the night. He is such a talented DJ and so amazing at what he does. The dance floor was packed all night and everyone was dancing until they had to announce the last bus was picking up for the hotel. We hired a DJ and a photobooth through Chris Styles Events and would highly recommend it! Chris and his team are super communicative, professional, and affordable. The photobooth was super sleek and everyone loved it!

Chris was and his team are awesome! Unfortunately, we had to reschedule our wedding three times. Chris was very flexible and able to help us navigate those changes. Chris ended up being the DJ for our wedding (September 2020) . We couldn’t be more thankful for the great energy he brought! We had such an amazing time and truly appreciated that you were able to keep the dance floor rocking. Our guests loved the photobooth! (Sheila was wonderful!) Additionally, Chris had great safety measures in place. For example, he offered clean mics for speakers.

We started working with Chris a year from our wedding. When we initially met Chris, he was very professional and brought one of his djs with him to the meeting. Our wedding was multicultural so ultimately Chris ending up recommending another dj who ended not being available on our wedding day. So we went with his third recommendation Devin. We had an initial phone call with Devin several months in advance to talk him through our expectations. We get to a month prior and I didn't hear anything from Devin so I initiated contact to see what he needed from us including Chris on my email to Devin. (Note: I overheard a conversation between Devin/Chris asking whether or not Devin still wanted to provide services for our wedding). I provided Devin with a timeline (mind you a timeline that I only had because of our initial meeting with Chris-the owner) a month prior to our wedding. There were so many things that he did wrong that night to include: playing the wrong song for my daddy/daughter dance, not playing an intro song for two members of our bridal party, I asked him to play latin music and he did not play any songs from that list, he would play songs and cut them off after a minute of playing, the list goes on. We had a conversation with both Devin and Chris and Devin's justification for his mistakes was to point out my supposed missteps which were completely untrue and I have the emails to prove it. I've never had this bad of an experience with a dj service and it is unfortunately a night that me and my husband can never get back. We received so many messages from people who attended the wedding who said that the ceremony was beautiful but what was wrong with the dj. To boot, Devin claimed that he had no idea that our reception ending at 11:00 p.m. even though I sent him the timeline with the end time of 11:00 p.m. the month prior. Chris' rectified the situation by not charging me the cost it would have been for them to play for an additional hour and returning $250. I really hate to have to write this review but I left the last conversation not feeling that Devin was truly sorry for his mistakes as he kept attempting to place the blame on me for not providing him with information. HIs claim was that I only sent him the information the night before the wedding; what I sent to him the night before the wedding was an update to the timeline. The initial timeline as I said was sent to him a month prior. I could go on and on but again this is a night that we will not get back and I want to ensure that those attempting to book this service are well informed and do not experience what we did.

Chris did a great job at our wedding! The dance floor had people on it all night and the photo booth was PACKED! Chris communicated with us to make sure our music timeline was exactly what we wanted and that the party was going all night. He helped make our day such a fun time!

We met Chris Styles and his team at a wedding expo and immediately clicked with Nelson (DJ Xtreme Sound)! From the get-go, Nelson was very professional and, after making us a 10-minute custom mix, made it an easy choice to pick him for our wedding. We are convinced that we couldn't have picked a better DJ! Nelson was extremely professional and was seriously the best wedding DJ we've ever heard. We continue to have friends and family tell us how much fun they had and that they've never danced that hard at a wedding before! Having a fun dance party was one of our top wedding priorities and DJ Nelson did not disappoint. Thanks for helping make our wedding such an amazing event! We also used uplights and a ceremony microphone package through Chris Styles Events and both were excellent quality and value. We especially loved that the uplights easily transformed from soft, romantic lighting during dinner to bright and fun party lights during the epic dance party that followed. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent DJ!!

From the moment I found Chris at the wedding expo, I knew we had to have him at our wedding!! Chris is very professional and personal. We had the pleasure of having him DJ our wedding, as well as the use of his photo booth. (Both which my guests could not get enough of!) I had some difficulty with our venue the day before and day of and once Chris stepped in, all my worries went away. We were supposed to have a Tiffany blue lighting and the venue was trying to use bright green. I was NOT a happy bride. However, Chris quickly got to work with his uplighting and out my mind at ease. His uplighting fixed the issue and made a grumpy bride happy again. We decided to let Chris do his thing and the dance floor was packed all night. He knew just the right songs to play and how to read the crowd. He kept us on time for everything and did an amazing job!!! We could not be any more pleased with our experience with Chris Styles, his photo booth, and his uplighting. Chris made a very fun night that we will never forget! Chris was our DJ for our wedding at Raspberry Plain Manor on August 18, 2018. Although we had never met Chris, our first telephone call with him made us confident with our decision to choose him. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable and has a ton of experience. On our day of, he exceeded our expectations. Not only did he play our favorites, but he refrained from playing any songs on our do not play list. His energy and charisma had our guests dancing the entire night. They give you a guy to follow for the music list from the beginning of the ceremony to the end of the reception and he played every song that I wanted and even added in his mix and we partied all night it was amazing!!!

Chris was the only DJ we spoke to and we knew immediately that we had to have him at our wedding. Chris is super easy to talk to and very responsive. (We also knew his work from 99.5 so it was kind of a no brainer.) He got the party started and kept it going on all night long. He even Included some kpop songs for our family that flew in from Korea! He threw in a few surprises for us as well and the whole night was just absolutely perfect. I knew about Chris Styles for a long time from when he was on HOT 99.5, and was playing some nightclubs in DC. I also heard a sample CD of his from a wedding expo, and I was sold that he was going to be our wedding DJ! He is so experienced and is very professional. He has an amazing music library and was able to accommodate our Greek music requests with ease. Chris Styles did an excellent job DJ-ing and emcee-ing our wedding reception (both cocktail and main reception), and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality DJ services!

We were married in November of 2016 at the Capital View at 400, a beautiful rooftop venue overlooking Union Station. My wife and I designed our wedding to be more like a fun cocktail party than a traditional seated dinner party with the hope that we could mingle during cocktail hour with our 160 guests and transition quickly to dancing the night away with our friends and family. Success! The evening couldn’t have gone better, and Chris Styles was a key reason for it. To this day, we continue to hear superlatives from our guests about how much they enjoyed the music at our wedding. Leading up to the wedding, Chris was generous with his time, both with an in-person meeting as well as multiple correspondences over phone/email. Choosing Chris to DJ our wedding was easily one of the best decisions we could have made for our day! Chris was excellent during our reception and played songs he knew we would love and that really catered to our reception style. He kept the timeline moving and everything went off without a hitch! He introduced everyone who was giving a toast and once the dancing started, our guests could not leave the dance floor! It got so crazy and fun that we even went an extra 30 minutes since no one wanted to leave! Chris was also very responsive to emails when I had questions and stayed on the phone with me for an hour when we were going over the timeline for the reception! Chris was awesome to work with, highly recommended! DJ Chris Styles was recommend by one of our bridesmaids that has seen his work. She said that his music/mixes were awesome, which is what we were looking for. We did not want a "typical" wedding DJ that plays the same group of songs, etc. We met with Chris to get a feeler, and we felt very comfortable with our meeting, and moved forward with him. Throughout our engagement, he was very responsive with any questions/requests. Fast Forward to our wedding week, we find out that the Snowstorm Jonas, was going to hit DC on our wedding weekend. We discussed changing the date to the day prior, before it got bad, and we confirmed with each of our vendors. Chris was able to make the necessary changes, to accommodate our new date/time. Chris was awesome and took care of all that he needed in order to set up, and perform. During set up, the Best Man asked if he could play a specific song during the ceremony, as somebody would be singing. He was able to make the changes, and offered to do a quick sound check to make sure things worked out...this was not discussed prior to our wedding day. During the reception, Chris started playing the jams and despite the snow coming down outside, he kept the party going. Chris was also an awesome MC, keeping our guests engaged! We were there to party and he made sure of that. His song selection was perfect, and our guests still say that the music was awesome. We had to cut our original time short, as the storm continued, and Chris was able to fit in all the songs that we wanted to hear. Chris was a true professional that day, and he helped make what could have been a disaster for us, into the most memorable day of our lives.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. There's not much worse at a wedding reception than the guests sitting in their seats... definitely not a problem we faced. EVERYONE was dancing and had an absolute blast. I got tons of people complimenting the music, we all danced like fools. Chris is super easy to work with, really friendly, and REALLY talented. I'd recommend him to anybody.

We had an overall great experience with Chris. He was really receptive to our suggestions and took the time to really understand what we were going for. He also worked on a tight schedule due to a relatively short wedding planning period, and he still delivered an awesome party. Our guests literally danced the night away!

When it came to music for the wedding, the choice seemed rather tough. We couldn't afford to do a band AND DJ, etc., so we wanted to find someone that could really *get* us and our tastes, and be flexible enough to get to know us and what things we like. Scratch that. Love. Enter Shaun Rosa, and there was no need to look further. He was nice and down to earth, right from the get-go. He seemed to have great taste and knowledge, he seemed to like (or at least act as if he liked) us, and- here's the kicker- he seemed genuinely *excited* to work with us. This only served to make us even MORE excited about the wedding! Throughout the whole process, he was nice and easy-going, and still even seemed to think WE we easy-going! We just loved working with him and felt like he was someone we'd want to hang out with in real life. At the wedding, the music could not have been more perfect. The tracks he played for the ceremony were flawless and could have been live, the fluidity of the evening's playlist was such that everyone was literally on the dance floor from the first dance to the last. I couldn't believe it, and even now, months later, it still doesn't seem real. I'd asked ahead of time for a recording of the night's music (as a keepsake) when we first hired him, and he even remembered my request!! Though he (valiantly!) tried, it threatened to crash his whole system, so he intelligently decided that the need for music at the wedding itself was greater. Kudos, Shaun, for a flawless showing that night. It will never be forgotten, and we hope to see you again sometime. :-D

I loved working with Chris. I met Chris through a co-worker and knew right away he was the best person to DJ our wedding. My husband and I first met with Chris at his house which was so personal which is something we were looking for in our vendors. We gave Chris a list of what kinds of music we would be looking for at the wedding, but there was no need. He really knows how to feel the mood of the guests and get everyone off their feet. I loved working with him and would suggest his services to anyone looking for a down to earth, professional, attentive, personalble DJ.
