relaxed and special. I truly felt like a beautiful bride. They took the time to pamper me, and having that private time allowed me to unwind and gather my thoughts before I walked down the aisle. I loved my low bun hairstyle; it was so romantic and perfect for my wedding day. The makeup was flawless and made me feel confident. It was wonderful to have such a caring team who understood exactly what I wanted. They made the entire experience enjoyable, turning what could have been a stressful time into a moment of joy. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me get ready for such an important day in my life. Thank you, Chris!

t 8 to start but then they didn’t show up until 10 then proceeded to tell us that they need 10 hours to do everyone’s hair and make up. They ended up not doing 3 bridesmaids make up & did my make up so poorly that someone asked if I even had make up done and another person told me I looked tired.( What an awful feeling to be told that!) when we asked for a refund for the three bridesmaid who didn’t get their make up done and had to do their own make up, they refused. They were also not considerate of the time the ceremony had to start so the wedding was pushed back almost an hour which affected the whole wedding.
They knew how many people they had to do, yet they said there wasn’t enough time and needed 10 hours. They were the one who said they would show up at 8 and didn’t. Then they had the nerve to say they had an appointment prior and they showed up “on time” based on this “contract”, which there was no contract.
The most frustrating part is how they refuse to refund a service they didn’t provide.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
