Chrisom was absolutely amazing every time we met with her. She is super laid back but still makes sure she gets the shots she needs and it was so appreciated! We ended up with the most amazing wedding photos ❤️ it made us fall in love with our wedding day all over again. One of the most important decisions to us was the photographer and we couldn't be happier with the decision we made.

Chrisom was the best choice that we could have made for our photographer. Chrisom runs her business with her sole focus on the couple ensuring we are comfortable throughout the planning process, when we are taking photos, and helps run the timeline on your wedding day. We were both nervous once engagement pictures came around (it was 9 degrees outside and neither of us are fans of getting our pictures taken), but she knew exactly what to do to keep us smiling the whole time. Once we saw the images she was able to capture, all we could say was "wow"; they were stunning! When it comes to your wedding, Chrisom brings an assistant to ensure she is able to get as many images as possible throughout your day. Chrisom stayed with us for approximately 10 hours capturing getting ready to full-on dancing throughout the night. She was also able to give us sneak peeks less than 2 weeks after our wedding. She let us view the whole day in these images and reminded us why we had so much fun. I highly recommend Chrisom to anyone who is looking for a photographer in the Rochester area!

She went above and beyond her professional duties to ensure we had the best day. She is a great hype woman and is always there to fix your hair or adjust your necklace! WOW! Chrisom is 100% the BEST photographer around (and trust me we interviewed a ton for our wedding). Her prices are so reasonable and she is an absolute joy to work with. My husband and I were lucky enough to use Chrisom for both our engagement session and wedding day photos and video. She was creative, intuitive and very patient with the last minute chaos that inevitably came along with planning a COVID-era wedding. She was organized and directive on our wedding day itself - no small task with so many things going on. Our photos are beautiful and our video is just what I didn't even know I was wanting. From our first meeting with Chrisom she was amazing she made me feel so comfortable and was so excited to capture our wedding. Chrisom did our engagement session and was so patient with us since we had our handsome bull dog with us and we all know bulldogs have a mind of their own. She loved up on him and even had a bowl with her cause we forgot ours at home on the porch for him so he had water. When covid hit and it was July 2 months before our wedding we got the news our original venue cancelled. I was distraught and immediately called her cause through all covid she was a rock for me with advice and there to calm me down. When the venue cancelled she immediately called some of contacts in the industry and found us a new venue and we rebooked with in 2 days of the bad news. The day of the wedding was amazing I was getting very frustrated cause people weren't where they needed to be for pictures but she immediately took action and got everyone organized. I don't know what I would have done with out her during this whole process she was more than a photographer to me she legitimately cared about me and making my day perfect and I will forever be grateful for her because of that. If anyone is thinking of getting a wedding photographer she is the total package and I can't wait to continue to have her capture all the special moments in mine and my husband's lives. Chrisom has been so amazing and flexible to all of our needs. She has done our engagement photos and wedding photos and we couldn’t be happier. Also I love her video work too! She is also very responsive which I love, I need updates and she is always right there when we have reached out.

While doing a photographer search in the Rochester area, I came across Chrisom’s website. Right away I was impressed with her work and decided to reach out, hoping she would be available on our date. Luckily for us she was! Chrisom was so much fun to work with and had great ideas for our engagement photos, which were taken in Pittsford along the canal. She had Jere and I laughing and enjoying ourselves, not feeling awkward at all. The pictures turned out amazing. Throughout the entire process, Chrisom answered all of the questions I had in a timely manner. She was also open to picture ideas I had sent her. We received sneak peak pictures less than a week after the wedding, and are so impressed! We can’t wait to see the rest, and know they will be great! I cant say enough about how much we loved Chrisom, she was with us all day capturing every moment. From meeting with her to our engagement session, and staying in contact up until the wedding, she really helped make our day so special. Chrisom is the most thoughtful and kind person I have ever worked with...not to mention EXTREMELY talented!! When our wedding plans were seriously changed due to the Coronavirus, Chrisom remained calm and reassuring that she would be able to capture our special day and that everything would be okay. We got our sneak peaks and a highlight film and we were simply blown away! We were amazed by all of the little moments she captured without us even realizing. My husband was even brought to tears by our highlight clip - and that is not a typical reaction for him! Chrisom B. Just did our wedding photography last weekend at Shadow Lake and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Let me start off by telling you how generous she was with time. She gave us 12 hours of time to make sure every special moment that was important to us was captured. Not only did she do our pictures but she was a major help in planning the timeline for our big day and making sure we had enough time for everything we wanted. Thanks to her, our day couldn’t have been more organized. She also had a hand written list of all of the actual pictures poses I had told her I wanted captured and went through them with me to make sure we got each one. Being as particular as I am, that really impressed me and put my mind at ease knowing she cared about the requests we had. Despite the fact I was disappointed it rained and prevented our ceremony from being outside, she went above and beyond to make sure we still got pictures outside both during AND after the rain. She gave GREAT direction with a large wedding party of 13 and never once seemed stressed. She and her assistant were incredible and I HIGHLY recommend them! I can’t imagine not having them there on our special day.

I can't even begin to adequately put into words how amazing working with Chrisom and her team has been. From our engagement photo shoot in July of 2018, to our wedding on 6/15/19. Chrisom had been a God send. She gave some great recommendations on where to do photos and worked with my husband and I collaboratively the whole time! Anytime I started to get stressed out she calmed me right down. Plus, she went above and beyond and fixed my hair multiple times during photos (such a windy day!) and even fixed my eyelash with glue (she has everything you can think of in her utility belt)! Plus, it's 3 days later and we already have a few sneak peeks! How amazing is that?! Overall, Chrisom was just fantastic and so professional, went above and beyond her call of duty and it was such a pleasure to form a relationship with her over the last year and a half! I highly recommend her! We thank you so much for making our day so special!

What an absolute dream Chrisom was to work with. Not only was she very professional, punctual and easy to keep in contact with but she also took some AMAZING photos. I was recommended Chrisom through a friend who had told me wonderful things and boy did she live up to her reputation. I had such a wonderful experience, having Chrisom there to capture our day was almost like having another girlfriend by my side making sure everything went flawlessly. She thinks of everything! She even had a second photographer with her at our wedding venue just to make sure every detail was covered. Would give her more then 5 stars if it was an option!

Choosing Chrisom as a photographer was an easy decision based on her website and previous work, and it was one of the best decisions I made after seeing her in action! Both her and her second shooter, Joe, made the day go smoother than I could’ve imagined. From her years of experience, she had tons of tips and tricks for us, and was prepared with EVERYTHING (including eyelash glue when I started to come loose!).
