I would not have gotten through my wedding if it weren't for Christa. That is not an exaggeration. I have gone to other weddings where there was no planner/coordinator, or weddings where the planner/coordinator is very high-strung and emanates stress (you know the type). Christa was SO easy to work with, and she always put me at ease. We did partial planning with her (as we already had our venue picked out), and she was amazing at helping us find other vendors for linens, flowers, DJ/videography, etc. We met with her about every month or two to ensure we were on track, and these meetings always ended up feeling like we were just meeting with a friend who happened to be really knowledgeable about planning a wedding. My #1 goal with hiring Christa was to not be stressed about my wedding, and that absolutely happened, especially leading up to my wedding and the day of. In the weeks before our wedding, Christa called all our vendors, ironed out all the details, while I just sat back and made sure I was ready; and the day of was even easier! If there was a problem, I never knew about it (which was exactly what I wanted; I didn't want to be so involved in the details on my wedding day that I couldn't be present and actually enjoy it). Christa is a wedding fairy godmother. For our partial planning package with her, she had us do a questionnaire and pick out pictures of things we like, that way she could put together a mood board, and she totally understood what we wanted. After that, it was so helpful in picking things out to get her opinion on what she thought we'd like. She'd stay neutral but also be ready with an opinion when we asked. If you're looking for a genuine partner in planning your wedding, Christa is your girl. I am forever thankful we found her, because she helped to make our wedding exactly what we wanted but so we could also actually enjoy it.

Christa was amazing! Very professional, super organized, she is very kind, calm and on top of things from planning to execution everything was just perfect. I hired her for planning a surprise 40th birthday party for my fiance and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. Guests and the birthday boy were truly blown away by the setup. They had never seen a party like it before. her sourcing contacts for the party were just as professional and awesome as she is. Thank You so much for making it a memorable party! Christa was absolutely wonderful! We chose a venue without a lot of built-in services, so we had a lot of vendors to juggle and did a lot of things DIY. She was instrumental in making sure all of our vendors, families, and wedding party members were all in the loop for the entire weekend by sending a detailed and accurate itinerary and orchestrating communication between our DJ, caterer, venue, and more. Her team also transported and set up all of our homemade decorations and flowers so we were able to enjoy our wedding morning. She is friendly, responsible, SO organized, and flexible. We couldn't have done it without her!

Christa is a lifesaver. When we first hired her in September 2019, she was immediately approachable, fun, and VERY organized. Little did we know that a global pandemic would hit and derail all of our beautiful plans. Christa completely took it in stride, and planned 4 versions of our wedding for us—all of which were so beautiful and unique and completely us. She has truly gotten us through this pandemic, and I know we wouldn’t have had the gorgeous ceremony we did without her. She was such a calming presence throughout the whole process, and became a friend along the way. She provided our wedding party and vendors with very detailed minute-by-minute instructions so that we were completely compliant with COVID protocols, and we could just relax and enjoy our day. She coordinated all of our vendors and reviewed the contracts for us to ensure we wouldn’t lose a ton of money if we had to postpone. We are so thrilled with our initial decision to hire Christa, and we will be using her for all of our events in the future.

We were lucky enough to find Christa about 5 months before our wedding (we had to fire our first planner)...we booked her for partial planning and the out of town guests package (if you have out of town guests, especially older ones get this add-on it's worth it!). She was a LIFESAVER! Christa was SO ORGANIZED, sending us milestone checklists (i.e. what to do 4 months before, a month before, etc), and checking in with us and keeping us up to date on the things we wanted/needed to know but never overwhelmed us - its was perfect balance. Christa thought of details I hadn't considered such as, brochures for out of town guests - they ended up being super cute and super helpful for guests. Christa even answered my dad's questions and my mother in law's questions; she was always consistent in her communication and response time and super dependable. Christa pulled the wedding together better than I could have ever even imagined - it was more perfect than my wildest dreams. THANK YOU CHRISTA!!!!!!!!!!
