When we signed with her she provided a beautiful guide that was so helpful - timeline suggestions, photo considerations, day-of tips, etc. She was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all of my questions. An engagement session was also included as part of the package we picked which was a great opportunity to meet Christi and get comfortable in front of the camera before our big day. Turn-over for our wedding photos was also SO quick (keep in mind it was off-season, but I'm sure she'd be just as quick any other time)! She also provided some amazing sneak-peeks only a few days after while we were on our honeymoon. The photos truly are stunning and we will cherish them forever. Don't think twice about booking Christi - she is worth it!

It's hard to put into words just how incredible and perfect our experience with Christi was throughout wedding planning. From our first Zoom meeting we had an overwhelming feeling ...
that she was the perfect choice to capture our wedding day - and we were right! We wanted someone organized, professional, accountable, with a classic, genuine, timeless style. Christi was PERFECT for us. She was organized, direct, and so much fun to work with. She helped us with questions about photos, planning, and the timeline leading up to our wedding. She responded to our questions promptly, she’s organized with our plans, she’s readily available for any creative input, and we always had a plan B. To start, we had Christi take our engagement pictures and she made myself and my husband feel so comfortable and relaxed. We dealt with quite a range of weather during that session and Christi handled it with ease and made us look amazing despite rain, humidity and wind! Christi also sets up a separate time a few weeks prior to the wedding day to shoot your details for a full day where lighting/styling is in a more controlled space. This allowed us to have gorgeous photos of the small details and mementos that mean so much to us without taking away from time on the wedding day.
On our wedding day, she was so efficient and made us feel comfortable while giving specific directions and tips to make sure the photos looked good. Our families and wedding party all commented on what a great job she did. She blended in but also stepped in for guidance when appropriate. Some of our guests said they didn't notice we had a photographer! We also got comments from other vendors on how great she was to work with. We recently got our photos back and could not be happier. There are SO many special, gorgeous photos that we will cherish forever. Not only did she capture the big moments like our first kiss and first dance, but she has the eyes for raw and candid emotions that normally go unseen.
Partnering with Christi was one the best decisions we have ever made and we never looked back. Christi has the heart to understand each bride and each couple and their desires for their wedding day. To understand that there’s the unspoken bar of perfection each bride dreams of, and she delivered even more. Having an excellent photographer is the best investment a bride can make, for you can’t turn back the time you get to marry your best friend, you can only look back through the lens of your wedding photographer. So hire someone who captures not only the perfect angles or the beautiful set-up, but also the genuine moments of your perfect day. We honestly wouldn't change anything about our experience and our photos and would recommend Christi to anyone.

From our engagement photos, to her BRILLIANT Details Day, to the actual wedding day itself, Christi was our biggest cheerleader and confidant. The morning of the wedding, I exhaled for the first time all day the moment she arrived! She just really is the best. Her work is absolutely breathtaking and so beautifully captures all the emotion of the day. Plus, her turnaround time is incredible! y minute I spent with Christi. Not only did I have her as our photographer on the big day - I used her for my boudoir photos and the night of our rehearsal dinner! Christi was extremely helpful with getting me (us) organized for the big day and what we would need; she was supportive and the ultimate hype woman every second of the day. Our pictures turned out beautiful and I will treasure them for the rest of our lives. She captured all of our friends and family so perfectly and I've received so many compliments from them telling me how gorgeous our pictures are (some of the best they've ever seen!) and asking for her contact information!!
Christi is fun and sweet and kind and just overall one of the best people you will ever meet. You will want to be friends with her long after your wedding day is over. I can guarantee that as long as Christi is still shooting, she will be our photographer for the rest of our lives!

Christi met with us before the wedding to ensure that everything was planned for, brought her checklist with her so that we got every photo we wanted, and went above and beyond for us to get incredible photos. It was foggy by the lake and Christi jumped out to do some test shots, with a backup plan if needed. The photos look amazing! Christi posted on the blog RIGHT after the wedding and we cannot wait to get the full photo album and celebrate the moments again. Christi truly felt like family, she was on the ground fixing my dress, hyping my bridesmaids up, and went above and beyond to make the day special. She even climbed behind a bar to get a picture of us taking a shot and stood in the street to get our shot of the theater. She's incredible! Hire Christi- you won't regret it, I promise!

Christi's website stood out to me right away from the beautifully light images she's captured, but also how her fun self shone through in everything she wrote, and to top it off her detailed and personal blog posts. Our first conversation with her was so fun that I deemed us friends right away! She was awesome and accommodating with our engagement pictures, and totally put us both at ease so our love is what really shone through in the pictures. Everything leading up to the wedding was easy and left us with only excitement and no worries about our pictures! From the reverence of our ceremony to the joy and love at our reception-Christi captured all of our favorite memories and so many candid moments we didn’t get to see and it has been amazing to be able to relive the day over and over. Christi is also such a genuine, wonderful person and is such a joy to be around! She helped us to feel so calm and at peace throughout the entire day because we knew she had everything under control. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Christi. First, her photography is absolutely stunning. Our engagement pictures and wedding pictures turned out absolutely perfect....
There wasn't a single moment of our day that Christi didn't capture perfectly. I had multiple photos of every moment I had "hoped to have captured". She created a schedule with me before the wedding of the photos I wanted taken and when they would be taken during our wedding. She took the time to talk to me multiple times over the phone to make sure we were both on the same page and I was satisfied. She stuck to the schedule perfectly during the big! She corralled family members and made sure people were where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. I didn't have to worry about a thing! On top of her phenomenal photography, Christi herself is an absolute gem. She barred the cold during our engagement photos and the wind and rain during our wedding and did so with a smile on her face and an attitude that was warm and positive! She was the calming force that kept me positive during our rainy wedding day and came 110% prepared. She came with beautiful umbrellas that we used for our photos and had a plan A, B, and C for photos if the rain got too bad. Throughout the entire process, I was blown away by her communication skills. She was always quick to respond to all my emails, was thorough in her responses, and most importantly positive and kind! She was one of my only vendors that made me feel like she was excited to work with me and excited for my big day! She made me feel incredibly special and like she truly cared that my day was perfect for me. I never once felt like a burden and always felt like I could reach out to her if I needed. She is incredibly organized, trustworthy, and thorough, which made this bride more than happy during the wedding planning process! She made both my husband and I feel incredibly comfortable around her, which made the engagement photos and wedding portraits so much more enjoyable! I would recommend Christi 100 times over to anyone looking for a photographer! She is worth EVERY PENNY! I walked away from my experience with her knowing it would not be my last! I'll most definitely be going back for family photos (with a baby or maybe just our dog...) in the near future! Thank you so much Christi!

We had an engagement session with her just a couple weeks before the wedding and she was able to get the whole picture gallery to us in plenty of time to order many beautiful prints for our wedding day.
The day of her and her second shooter were awesome. At one point throughout the reception night my groom and I went outside to get some fresh air out of the blue and we turned back to take a look at the reception building and Christi was there at a distance and caught even this precious moment even when she was in the middle of her dinner. She is so professional at what she does and catches the details that I totally would have forgotten about because the wedding day truly goes by so fast.

Leading up to the big day, Christi was always helpful, responsive and communicative. She made sure we were on the same page and ensured everything would run smoothly (while still being flexible enough to adapt on short notice!). She was prepared to lead our photography experience with her expertise but was also open to our suggestions and opinions. Beyond her artistry and professionalism, Christi is also just such a joy to meet and talk with! She is kind, friendly and incredibly thoughtful - she really went above and beyond to make us feel special throughout the whole process.

of places to eat and things to do so that we could make a day trip out of it! Because we spent all day exploring, we were a bit cold and a little wind blown. It was a special surprise when we arrived in the park, where she was taking our pictures, to her sweet husband waiting with coffee, water, and a mirror to make sure we were ready for our photos!
During the shoot, she made my Fiance and I feel SO special. It was natural, romantic and fun! She explained the process of each picture to us without wasting precious time. She was knowledgable about the area so no time was wasted there either!
Christi told us that she would have our edited pictures to us in two weeks. Less than a week later, I received an email telling us our pictures were ready! AMAZING!!! We are so lucky to have had Christi as our engagement photographer! We are so sad she is already booked for our wedding date because we would have hired her again in a heartbeat!

I knew I could trust Christi to do an amazing job from the very start - and trustworthiness is SO important in a wedding vendor. She communicated about all our preferences well in advance of the wedding. She created thorough questionnaires to really get down to what we wanted her to capture - details I would never even have thought about! She met with me in person and we just had a really genuine conversation about what's important to my husband and I for our photography. She communicated clearly, SHE did research on our wedding locations to prepare her shots, and honestly she really helped me keep breathing. I remember thinking "ok even if everything else falls apart, I know Christi won't let me down."
On the day of the wedding, she was so organized and had a written plan of all the various formal shots she would capture. She was able to wrangle my 18-person bridal party and my gigantic family so gracefully. Yet she was also flexible when one of us had an idea for a shot - she embraced our creativity too.
Christi clearly treasures her role as a wedding photographer and brings a reverence for the beauty of the wedding. She is so much more than a vendor - she's a partner, encourager, artist, guide... She is extraordinary and I recommend her a million times over.

I loved working with Christi, she made the whole experience feel very relaxed and natural, which I think makes for the best smiles and poses and takes away the worry that you won't end up with "the winning shot." Throughout the time we spent with her she alternated seamlessly between posing us and just snapping pictures as my husband and I casually chatted or snuggled - and I think those ended up being my favorite shots.
I think it is worth mentioning that the day we scheduled to do our portraits it was downpour raining, which through some sort of photography and editing magic, Christi made our pictures bright and cheery!
While she wasn't taking our photos for our wedding - I can imagine she would bring this same comfort to any wedding day. Having worked with my own wedding photographer and a few photographers while I have been in wedding parties, I can honestly say Christi's laid back style put us at ease in ways that other photographers might not been able to do either for a couple or for a group. That being said, when we started to lose focus, Christi reined us in to ensure she was getting the photos she/we wanted.
Christi turned around our photos in under a week and I was completely shocked with how many good shots there were to choose from out of a 1.5 hour long session. I'm sure the turn around might be a bit longer for a wedding but all in all, it felt like good timing and selection.
