Where do we even start?! We were lucky enough to meet Christi four years ago at my sister's wedding and knew that we HAD to have her capture our big day. Christi is beyond excellent at her job, so kind and helpful, and was quick to answer any and all of our questions. We love Christi's light, romantic, and intimate style of photography and now we have photos from our engagement session and wedding day that we can treasure for the rest of our lives. We could not recommend Christi enough and are so thankful for not only the photos, but our friendship as well.
Christi is the absolute best photographer out there. Not only is she so extremely talented and produces the most stunning photos, but she is also so sweet, organized, and professional. When we signed with her she provided a beautiful guide that was so helpful - timeline suggestions, photo considerations, day-of tips, etc. She was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all of my questions. An engagement session was also included as part of the package we picked which was a great opportunity to meet Christi and get comfortable in front of the camera before our big day. Turn-over for our wedding photos was also SO quick (keep in mind it was off-season, but I'm sure she'd be just as quick any other time)! She also provided some amazing sneak-peeks only a few days after while we were on our honeymoon. The photos truly are stunning and we will cherish them forever. Don't think twice about booking Christi - she is worth it!

It's hard to put into words just how incredible and perfect our experience with Christi was throughout wedding planning. From our first Zoom meeting we had an overwhelming feeling that she was the perfect choice to capture our wedding day - and we were right! We wanted someone organized, professional, accountable, with a classic, genuine, timeless style. Christi was PERFECT for us. She was organized, direct, and so much fun to work with. She helped us with questions about photos, planning, and the timeline leading up to our wedding. She responded to our questions promptly, she’s organized with our plans, she’s readily available for any creative input, and we always had a plan B. To start, we had Christi take our engagement pictures and she made myself and my husband feel so comfortable and relaxed. We dealt with quite a range of weather during that session and Christi handled it with ease and made us look amazing despite rain, humidity and wind! Christi also sets up a separate time a few weeks prior to the wedding day to shoot your details for a full day where lighting/styling is in a more controlled space. This allowed us to have gorgeous photos of the small details and mementos that mean so much to us without taking away from time on the wedding day.
On our wedding day, she was so efficient and made us feel comfortable while giving specific directions and tips to make sure the photos looked good. Our families and wedding party all commented on what a great job she did. She blended in but also stepped in for guidance when appropriate. Some of our guests said they didn't notice we had a photographer! We also got comments from other vendors on how great she was to work with. We recently got our photos back and could not be happier. There are SO many special, gorgeous photos that we will cherish forever. Not only did she capture the big moments like our first kiss and first dance, but she has the eyes for raw and candid emotions that normally go unseen.
Partnering with Christi was one the best decisions we have ever made and we never looked back. Christi has the heart to understand each bride and each couple and their desires for their wedding day. To understand that there’s the unspoken bar of perfection each bride dreams of, and she delivered even more. Having an excellent photographer is the best investment a bride can make, for you can’t turn back the time you get to marry your best friend, you can only look back through the lens of your wedding photographer. So hire someone who captures not only the perfect angles or the beautiful set-up, but also the genuine moments of your perfect day. We honestly wouldn't change anything about our experience and our photos and would recommend Christi to anyone.
I’ve been putting off writing this review because I don’t quite think there are adequate words to describe how much we adore Christi. After my video call with her, I knew she was the one who I wanted by our side on our wedding day. Her joy, excitement, and genuine care for her couples was evident from the start and remains true to this day. From our engagement photos, to her BRILLIANT Details Day, to the actual wedding day itself, Christi was our biggest cheerleader and confidant. The morning of the wedding, I exhaled for the first time all day the moment she arrived! She just really is the best. Her work is absolutely breathtaking and so beautifully captures all the emotion of the day. Plus, her turnaround time is incredible! We are so grateful to her and grateful to have gained a friend (and photographer!) for life!
Choosing Christi is by far the best decision we made when wedding planning!! She is so incredibly talented and her photos left my husband and I, as well as our family and friends, speechless. In addition, she is such a kind person and helped us with so many little things throughout the day, from helping me pin my veil in to reminding us what to do during the cake cutting when we somehow forgot (nerves will do that!). We were told to expect our photos a month after the wedding, but we got them ALL less than TWO WEEKS after! The photos taken from our wedding will hang in our house and will be cherished for years to come, and we hope that she will be our family’s photographer for life. <3
I cannot recommend Christi enough! She has gone above and beyond even before we officially booked her. She answered every question, got back to us in a timely fashion, and is so obviously passionate and talented at what she does. The day of the wedding she had the perfect knack of knowing when to take charge while also blending in at the perfect moments so that my husband and I felt like there were no cameras on us and we got to live in the moment. She provides SO many sneak peek photos, and she got our beautiful 1200+ pictures back to us in 2.5 weeks! Absolutely incredible. Not to mention she is the sweetest, most sunshiney human you could meet. 10/10 recommend!
There honestly aren't enough positive words to say about how fantastic Christi is. She not only gave us amazingly beautiful photos (both from our engagement and wedding), but she was so kind and easy to work with. My husband does not love having his photo taken, but he was so at ease with Christi behind the camera. We are so glad that we chose her to be our photographer and that we will have her beautiful art hanging on our walls and in photo albums for the rest of our lives. You will not regret booking Christi!!
I can't even begin to describe how amazing Christi is... there aren't enough words to do her justice! From our first meeting with her to even after our wedding, I have loved every minute I spent with Christi. Not only did I have her as our photographer on the big day - I used her for my boudoir photos and the night of our rehearsal dinner! Christi was extremely helpful with getting me (us) organized for the big day and what we would need; she was supportive and the ultimate hype woman every second of the day. Our pictures turned out beautiful and I will treasure them for the rest of our lives. She captured all of our friends and family so perfectly and I've received so many compliments from them telling me how gorgeous our pictures are (some of the best they've ever seen!) and asking for her contact information!!
Christi is fun and sweet and kind and just overall one of the best people you will ever meet. You will want to be friends with her long after your wedding day is over. I can guarantee that as long as Christi is still shooting, she will be our photographer for the rest of our lives!

Christi is beyond amazing! She is kind, caring, very talented, and has wonderful communication--just to name a few. From the very beginning, my husband and I knew that she was the perfect person to capture our wedding day (and engagement photos!). Her attention to detail and photography is stunning. She worked closely with us pre-wedding and on the day of our wedding, everything was flawless! I was worried about the timeline and we had absolutely no issues, everything was so smooth! She was great at keeping people on task and helping to gather family members to keep everything moving! She has a warm and calming presence, which helped put me at ease, especially when the wedding day nerves kicked in! Her second shooter, Carley, was just as outstanding and so kind too. Hiring Christi as our wedding photographer was easily the best decision we made during the wedding planning process!! From engagement photos, to being so flexible as we had to postpone for a year due to Covid, to finally capturing our big day this past August, Christi was amazing to work with in every single way and we could not have done it without her! Her passion and love for what she does is so evident in her work and our pictures turned out so so perfect!!! Christi is thoughtful, fun, detail-oriented and extremely talented. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond for them. I can’t tell you how many times my husband and I said to each other “christi is SO amazing” during the 2+ years we worked with her leading up to our wedding and still to this day as we look back at our photos. I am forever grateful for Christi and how she captured every special moment of our day.
Christi was all around amazing!!! I was pretty stressed about the timeline of the wedding and Christi walked me through how to make it the best day possible. I have more photos to count that are my favorites and find myself looking through our online photo album weekly. Christi was able to capture some of the most special moments on our favorite day and we could not be more thankful! Also, Christi seemed like a friend throughout the entire process. Christi is such an incredibly talented photographer! She captured my wedding day perfectly and quickly shared sneak peek photos the next morning. She also writes a heartfelt blog post and shares many pictures in the post, which was so nice to share with loved ones after the wedding day. Stop what you are doing right now and book Christi! We were worried about rain and Christi was more than accommodating, sending us ideas and supporting our back-up plans if needed. Christi met with us before the wedding to ensure that everything was planned for, brought her checklist with her so that we got every photo we wanted, and went above and beyond for us to get incredible photos. It was foggy by the lake and Christi jumped out to do some test shots, with a backup plan if needed. The photos look amazing! Christi posted on the blog RIGHT after the wedding and we cannot wait to get the full photo album and celebrate the moments again. Christi truly felt like family, she was on the ground fixing my dress, hyping my bridesmaids up, and went above and beyond to make the day special. She even climbed behind a bar to get a picture of us taking a shot and stood in the street to get our shot of the theater. She's incredible! Hire Christi- you won't regret it, I promise!

On my wedding day I told Christi that besides my groom, she was the best decision we made for our wedding and I meant every word! As a photographer myself, I was very specific on what I was looking for in our wedding photographer, but also within our reasonable budget. Christi's website stood out to me right away from the beautifully light images she's captured, but also how her fun self shone through in everything she wrote, and to top it off her detailed and personal blog posts. Our first conversation with her was so fun that I deemed us friends right away! She was awesome and accommodating with our engagement pictures, and totally put us both at ease so our love is what really shone through in the pictures. I absolutely love working with Christi! Since I met her, we have meshed so well together. I have been able to photograph countless beautiful weddings with her both having her as my 2nd photographer, and me being hers. She is so thoughtful and caring of all of her clients. She truly knows them, what makes them comfortable, and is always beyond prepared to support them through their wedding day.

From the reverence of our ceremony to the joy and love at our reception-Christi captured all of our favorite memories and so many candid moments we didn’t get to see and it has been amazing to be able to relive the day over and over. Christi is also such a genuine, wonderful person and is such a joy to be around! She helped us to feel so calm and at peace throughout the entire day because we knew she had everything under control. She is very professional, creative, detail-oriented, and organized-she was soo helpful as we put together the timeline for the day and in making sure we got all of the shots that we wanted. Working with Christi for our wedding was amazing! Choosing a wedding photographer is tough and we initially chose Christi because we loved her style of photography. In the end, we ended up getting so much more than beautiful photographs! She was there every step of the way- she helped us choose an engagement photo time & location, helped us pose, and helped immensely with revisions of our wedding day timeline. She had wonderful advice and input to maximize our time and keep the day running smoothly. Christi is dedicated, kind, fun, extremely easy to work with, and so, so talented. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Christi. First, her photography is absolutely stunning. Our engagement pictures and wedding pictures turned out absolutely perfect. There wasn't a single moment of our day that Christi didn't capture perfectly. I had multiple photos of every moment I had "hoped to have captured". She created a schedule with me before the wedding of the photos I wanted taken and when they would be taken during our wedding. She took the time to talk to me multiple times over the phone to make sure we were both on the same page and I was satisfied. She stuck to the schedule perfectly during the big! She corralled family members and made sure people were where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. I didn't have to worry about a thing! On top of her phenomenal photography, Christi herself is an absolute gem. She barred the cold during our engagement photos and the wind and rain during our wedding and did so with a smile on her face and an attitude that was warm and positive! She was the calming force that kept me positive during our rainy wedding day and came 110% prepared. She came with beautiful umbrellas that we used for our photos and had a plan A, B, and C for photos if the rain got too bad. Throughout the entire process, I was blown away by her communication skills. She was always quick to respond to all my emails, was thorough in her responses, and most importantly positive and kind! She was one of my only vendors that made me feel like she was excited to work with me and excited for my big day! She made me feel incredibly special and like she truly cared that my day was perfect for me. I never once felt like a burden and always felt like I could reach out to her if I needed. She is incredibly organized, trustworthy, and thorough, which made this bride more than happy during the wedding planning process! She made both my husband and I feel incredibly comfortable around her, which made the engagement photos and wedding portraits so much more enjoyable! I would recommend Christi 100 times over to anyone looking for a photographer! She is worth EVERY PENNY! I walked away from my experience with her knowing it would not be my last! I'll most definitely be going back for family photos (with a baby or maybe just our dog...) in the near future! Thank you so much Christi!

We had an engagement session with her just a couple weeks before the wedding and she was able to get the whole picture gallery to us in plenty of time to order many beautiful prints for our wedding day.
The day of her and her second shooter were awesome. At one point throughout the reception night my groom and I went outside to get some fresh air out of the blue and we turned back to take a look at the reception building and Christi was there at a distance and caught even this precious moment even when she was in the middle of her dinner. She is so professional at what she does and catches the details that I totally would have forgotten about because the wedding day truly goes by so fast.

We LOVED Christi. From day one she was amazing. She was flexible with scheduling engagement pictures, handled photo permits for venues, made rain plans, created detailed day of plans. She was detail oriented, professional, fun, and made taking pictures a breeze! I would highly recommend her to everyone! Beyond being great to work with, our pictures were AMAZING. Christi put all the little touches in for my wife and I. She was very friendly, she helped guide us to the package and shots we wanted, the photography fit into the rest of the plan for the ceremony and reception (as opposed to other things needing to be fit around the pictures). On top of it all we were able to support a local business.
We were amazed by our engagement photos. Christi made us feel like we were the only ones there at the Milwaukee Botanical Gardens even though it was a rather crowded afternoon. Her style has the perfect combination of professionalism and comfort, which made us feel at ease in front of a camera. Could not ask for more.
Christi helped our day run smoothly. She knew when to take control to get important pictures, and when to be in the background for candid moments. The photos are light-filled and well-composed, and Christi helped us feel comfortable in the shots.
Christi is AMAZING! We traveled from Chicago, IL to Wauwatosa, WI to use her for our engagement pictures; we were not disappointed! Two weeks before our shoot, she sent us a list of places to eat and things to do so that we could make a day trip out of it! Because we spent all day exploring, we were a bit cold and a little wind blown. It was a special surprise when we arrived in the park, where she was taking our pictures, to her sweet husband waiting with coffee, water, and a mirror to make sure we were ready for our photos!
During the shoot, she made my Fiance and I feel SO special. It was natural, romantic and fun! She explained the process of each picture to us without wasting precious time. She was knowledgable about the area so no time was wasted there either!
Christi told us that she would have our edited pictures to us in two weeks. Less than a week later, I received an email telling us our pictures were ready! AMAZING!!! We are so lucky to have had Christi as our engagement photographer! We are so sad she is already booked for our wedding date because we would have hired her again in a heartbeat!
Christi is absolutely wonderful! She is very friendly and took excellent photos. She gave lots of suggestions and recommend locations for the photoshoot. I would definitely recommend her
Christi & her assistant did a phenomenal job capturing our special day. Their warm nature made it feel like they were a part of our family, which was perfect, as it was a smaller, intimate ceremony. She was nothing but professional, while still being funny & also open to the natural flow of the day. She took initiative when she saw opportunities for great shots, and was open to spur-of-the moment ideas. I've already suggested her to friends, who decided to hire her as their photographer, and will continue to suggest her for years to come!
Christi was amazing on our wedding day. She was flexible with the ideas that Jen and I had about how we wanted our pictures. Christi was invested throughout the whole process, from the gifts she sent us after choosing her as our photographer to the blog post that she had about us on her website for our wedding. The quality and quantity of pictures was amazing. We would definitely choose Christi over again to be our photographer for future events.
Christi is an angel. I can't stop looking at my photos and showing them off to everyone! She captured the events and all the emotion of the day. My grandma beaming with pride in the church pew? She got it. My maid of honor and I sharing a sweet hug? She got it. My HUSBAND and I twirling and smiling and embracing
- she got it all. Plus, her photography skills and editing really made everything look as magical as it felt. My photos are gorgeous and such a special keepsake. I am so grateful for Christi.
I knew I could trust Christi to do an amazing job from the very start - and trustworthiness is SO important in a wedding vendor. She communicated about all our preferences well in advance of the wedding. She created thorough questionnaires to really get down to what we wanted her to capture - details I would never even have thought about! She met with me in person and we just had a really genuine conversation about what's important to my husband and I for our photography. She communicated clearly, SHE did research on our wedding locations to prepare her shots, and honestly she really helped me keep breathing. I remember thinking "ok even if everything else falls apart, I know Christi won't let me down."
On the day of the wedding, she was so organized and had a written plan of all the various formal shots she would capture. She was able to wrangle my 18-person bridal party and my gigantic family so gracefully. Yet she was also flexible when one of us had an idea for a shot - she embraced our creativity too.
Christi clearly treasures her role as a wedding photographer and brings a reverence for the beauty of the wedding. She is so much more than a vendor - she's a partner, encourager, artist, guide... She is extraordinary and I recommend her a million times over.

My husband and I worked with Christi for some portrait style photos around our neighborhood - we haven't had photos taken since our wedding several years ago, and we now have beautiful updated photos of us!
I loved working with Christi, she made the whole experience feel very relaxed and natural, which I think makes for the best smiles and poses and takes away the worry that you won't end up with "the winning shot." Throughout the time we spent with her she alternated seamlessly between posing us and just snapping pictures as my husband and I casually chatted or snuggled - and I think those ended up being my favorite shots.
I think it is worth mentioning that the day we scheduled to do our portraits it was downpour raining, which through some sort of photography and editing magic, Christi made our pictures bright and cheery!
While she wasn't taking our photos for our wedding - I can imagine she would bring this same comfort to any wedding day. Having worked with my own wedding photographer and a few photographers while I have been in wedding parties, I can honestly say Christi's laid back style put us at ease in ways that other photographers might not been able to do either for a couple or for a group. That being said, when we started to lose focus, Christi reined us in to ensure she was getting the photos she/we wanted.
Christi turned around our photos in under a week and I was completely shocked with how many good shots there were to choose from out of a 1.5 hour long session. I'm sure the turn around might be a bit longer for a wedding but all in all, it felt like good timing and selection.
