ch good care of my best friend and made the planning so much fun for her while keeping her organized and on track with all of her deadlines. All I heard for 8 months leading up to the wedding was how amazing the Christie Rose team was, and then when I met them on the wedding day, I found out why! They were so on top of everything. They had this timeline/schedule that basically had the day planned down to the very minute. Both Christie and the other wedding coordinator were so professional, constantly communicating our needs and taking care of each member of the bridal party like they were our personal assistants! They kept us all on schedule and made the day run so smoothly...we just kept waiting for SOMETHING to go wrong and it never did. And trust me, if something was going in that direction, these ladies had the problem fixed before it even arose.
When we walked into the ceremony, I thought I was in a dream. They helped design everything and it just had that magic touch that every girl dreams of. The reception was the same way, it blew all of us away and the attention to detail was impeccable. Definitely a night to remember! This company is great and the whole bridal party would recommend them ten times over.

Christie is a dream to work with and handles event complexity and multiple moving parts with equanimity and composure. My family and I survived this crazy year with our sanity intact due to Christie's masterful event management and planning. Several highlights of our experience include:
- She is incredibly fast and responsive on email, text, and phone. She never dropped the ball on any one of our hundreds of separate planning email threads or communications with 20+ wedding vendors. I don't know how she does it, but she has 100% grasp of all the details down to remembering who will bring the markers appropriate to writing on a chalkboard directional sign, or what kinds of snacks the bride and groom will get between the ceremony and photography session.
- She is always wonderful and pleasant, and it is clear that she does what she loves! Although she has probably participated in hundreds of decor planning sessions, she always approached each conversation with an energetic attitude and excitement about making our decor visions come to life. We had a lot of fun dreaming up concepts for dance stages, swagged fabric in trees, unique DIY art projects etc. My husband was incredibly relieved that I had a designated outlet for the endless hours of design brainstorming that was not him :)
- She listened carefully to what we wanted and always circled back to make sure the event was tracking according to our expectations. In particular, I am a very "anti flower ball" type of person, and Christie identified vendors who could deliver a more organic and rustic feel for the decor.
- On the day of the wedding, her team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to move wedding gear, clean up bridal party hang out spaces, move the guests from point A to point B, and make sure the vendors executed on schedule. I cannot stress how important this was in helping us relax and enjoy our wedding!
- She deals tactfully with opinionated in-laws and vendor mess ups to bring harmony to your planning process, and will shield you from unpleasant logistics conversations.
- She will save you HOURS of time communicating your desires to vendors and reviewing quotes in advance, allowing you to sign off without having to spend too much time reviewing the details or worrying about contract terms.
- Her events are gorgeous! Christie has an eye for design and delivered a truly elegant and wonderful experience for our family and guests.
- She was very sensitive to our wedding cost concerns, and worked constructively with us to optimize wedding spending. She never made me feel bad about cutting items or asking to explore cheaper alternatives.
I could go on and on, but in sum, you cannot go wrong with choosing Christie as your wedding planner!

le are incredibly talented at what they do. They both have impeccable taste and have developed strong relationships with amazing vendors in the wedding industry. From the very first meeting, both of them were so kind, thoughtful, thorough, and most importantly, professional. They helped us look over our budget, guest count, and venues. When we were first looking at possible venues, Michelle drove us to 5 venues around Los Angeles and Orange County in order to ensure that the wedding site we chose would be a place that we would love. From there, we knew that our relationship with Christie and Michelle was the perfect match. When choosing a wedding coordinator, one aspect is often overlooked—comfort. It is so important to feel comfortable with your wedding planners, because they will be your go-to people throughout the process and on the day of. Christie and Michelle’s personalities made me fall in love with them. We were able to openly tell them my thoughts on certain details, that we typically wouldn’t be able to if we didn’t have such understanding coordinators. On the day of the wedding, they were there for us all the way, even until the very end of the night. They made sure that everything was packed and accounted for, locked important items in the safe, and delivered us to our getaway car. After the wedding, all of the guests mentioned how beautiful and elegant the wedding was; that our wedding coordinators did a fantastic job. We even had multiple inquiries during reception for our wedding coordinators’ contact information, which we happily shared. We honestly do not know where we would be without the help of Christie and Michelle. We probably would not have been able to pull off the fairytale wedding of our dreams. From our first meeting, Christie’s organization and planning capabilities impressed even this super-organized and demanding bride! She kept us on track and our budget in line throughout the process, adjusting as needed and adding her fantastic ideas and suggestions. Her event design capabilities with lighting, linen, tableware and a myriad of other lovely details made the whole event truly beautiful and special.
Start to finish Christie and her team, especially sister and assistant, Michelle, were wonderful to work with and so supportive it made even the trickiest and most stressful moments easier. If you are debating getting a wedding planner, DONT. This will be the best decision you make. Planning a wedding seems fun and easy in the beginning, but once you get down to the nitty-gritty, you will need a professional's advice or you can make one decision that will change the wedding dramatically. Looking back, Christie talked us out of decisions that would have ruined the wedding. I can genuinely and wholeheartedly endorse this company and recommend them to anyone getting married. rocess. When we first sat down for our consultation, she had every answer I needed. Her recommendations were spot on and ended up being great service providers. She was so prompt with my emails and made me feel so confident going into my big day.
My wedding wasn't an easy one- 325 guests in 2 different locations. Katie was so great ensuring we were on time with everything and making sure everyone was where they needed to be. She made sure the ceremony and reception were set up how I wanted and managed all of the vendors while still bouncing back to us and making sure the bridal party was taken care of. She coordinated the actual ceremony very well and made sure all of our guests were ushered to the right places. During the reception, she was hard at work coordinating all of the dances, DJ and food. She really didn't stop all night.
So many of my guests were so impressed with how hard she worked and want her number for when they get married!

The day-of was just as flawless as the planning. Christie and Michelle were behind the scenes making sure every vendor was on taken care of and knew what they were doing. They executed my details better than I ever imagined and all the while, made my whole bridal party feel like royalty.

only hired Christie Rose for day-of coordination, but when they heard about what happened, they swooped in and saved the day! They were able to get in touch with one of their florists, who was much less expensive than my initial florist, and they got me a flower mock up within 2 days. It was exactly what I wanted and more! Katie and Lauren even drove down to the florist the day before my wedding to ensure my flowers were perfect! I quickly learned that it is important to go with their recommended vendors, as all of their recommended vendors were a great price and highly reliable. Christie Rose Events will go out of their way to make sure the planning process is as smooth as possible! They had their “bag of tricks” on the wedding day which came in handy as it had everything we needed from Aspirin to a sewing kit, to fashion tape to mints. Everyting on my wedding day went so smoothly because these ladies were running around keeping all of my vendors in check. The best part was, they did it with huge smiles on their faces and made us all feel so comfortable, happy and taken care of. All I did was take it all in while enjoying some damn good champagne! they came into the picture, my stresses disappeared and the planning became enjoyable. They have a planning system that is so effective and made everything so easy. On top of all of their expertise in planning and designing my wedding, they handled all vendor correspondence, revisions, paperwork, managed all of my bridezilla moments so graciously and coordinated my wedding down to 5 minute increments. Their organization and execution was so superb that my guests were wondering where I found these women! They treated my guests like royalty and answered all of their questions, tended to their requests and made everyone feel so comfortable.
I was so worried that my budget wasn’t going to give me the wedding I really wanted, but Christie Rose stretched my dollar so far and had such great recommendations, that I got everything I wanted for the exact amount budgeted. I’ve talked to my girlfriends who’ve got married, and apparently this never happens!! They are the most kind-hearted and genuine people and I feel so blessed to have met them through the wedding planning! They really cared and made my wedding day the most wonderful day of my life. They were so kind, respectful of my budget and had such passion for their job. Christie saved me more money than her fee, so having her expertise was pretty much FREE! She has impeccable taste and knew how to pull together my vision (even when I wasn't being clear, she knew what I was talking about!). She saved me, in a very tactful manner, from making terrible decisions that would have ruined the look of my wedding. On my wedding day, Christie and Michelle were calm and collected, helped us 9 bridesmaids stay on time, ran every errand and made me feel so special. Everyone in my bridal party was so impressed by them. They had every emergency item and were 5 steps ahead of us, just like J.Lo on the movie the Wedding Planner!!
Just an anecdote on how great they are: I had satin table cloths that had the ugliest creases in them (a huge pet-peeve!). When I came to check on my wedding, Christie and her team were steaming all of my linens themselves! There is nothing these ladies wouldn't do to give me my dream day.
I'd HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding planner or coordinator! They made an overwhelming process so easy and they were the best wedding decision I made.
