Then when we went to finalize the invoice, they quoted us for a different size tent than what we had been discussing for 8 months, and then re-added the chandeliers. This is just one example - every time we let them know a final chair or table count, the invoice would come in with some other addition or change that was not authorized. As for the tent, it was a beautiful clear tent. However, for months prior to the wedding I would send inspiration photos and ask whether what we were quoted (length of string bistro lights) was sufficient to meet my expectations. We always got one word answers - "yes" - back, without any further details, despite me asking for photos from their prior events and better explanation. They couldn't provide anything other than a verbal guarantee that what was in the contract would meet our expectations. And they were the professionals, so we trusted them. So we get to the DAY BEFORE the wedding, and they add a description of the lights on the final invoice that had NEVER been included before. The description (three horizontal strings and one string down the middle) wasnt even close to the type of inspiration photos or guarantee they had made. They then wanted to charge us DOUBLE to make our inspiration photos a reality. My planner fought on my behalf because we had always been guaranteed a specific look, and they eventually caved when the company's owner got involved, and set up the lights to meet our expectations, at the cost that was quoted. After the wedding, I was told I would be getting a refund for a piece of faulty equipment that had been delivered. I had to email and request the refund three separate times over the course of two weeks before anyone could provide me with a receipt. Overall, I am disappointed with the customer service and reliability of this company. They were slow to respond, I had to always double check the invoice to be sure it was correct, and fight for my refund. Was the tent beautiful? Absolutely. Should I have had to argue with them the day before the wedding about the lights? Absolutely not. I ultimately would not recommend them to anyone, even though the tent and lights worked out.
