Her and her team never showed up to any of our venue walk throughs as she mentioned in the onboarding. The price points of her services are a scam she tried charging almost 10k just for wedding invitations. Christines entire business is nothing more than smoke and mirrors. She claim to be a world renowned wedding planner but the truth is she is a huge scammer. What a horrible experience to start your marriage with. Reflecting on my initial state of overwhelm, I recall the daunting task of coordinating numerous aspects of the wedding. However, Christine came to the rescue with her reassuring demeanor, immediately putting my mind at ease. She exuded confidence and competence, instilling a sense of calm that stayed with me throughout the entire process.
A standout feature of Christine's service was the remarkable vendor team. The choice of vendors, ranging from florists to photographers, was a testament to her discerning eye for quality and her knack for cultivating relationships with the best in the industry. Each vendor seamlessly complemented the other, resulting in a harmonious symphony of elements that left guests in awe.
Throughout the planning journey, Christine maintained an open line of communication, making herself available for discussions, questions, and brainstorming sessions. Her ability to anticipate hiccups before they could arise was a true testament to her experience and mastery of her craft.

er leading me to hire her on 5/12 for a 7/7 wedding. While prior to hire, Christine emailed and texted me nonstop, as soon as I hired her communication became extremely poor (see photo screenshot below where messages from 5/17 and 5/19 went completely unanswered). In my opinion, before hire Christine reached out a lot asking how could she help, while AFTER HIRE it felt like radio silence and my questions for help on filling out forms or requests for meetings were ignored. I reached out to her 4 different times asking to meet for an intro call and asking her availability to meet with the venue and those requests went unanswered. Prior to hiring her Christine told me she/Sugar Rose Events had done multiple weddings at my venue. When I asked the venue if they had worked with her I was told they had never heard of her and she was not in their historical database of vendors. 3 weeks before my wedding, I realized that Christine had not hired or made contact with any of the outstanding vendors I was paying her to hire and I terminated the relationship. She never gave any reason for why she couldn't perform the job she was paid to do. This left me with little time to find an actual planner to do the work. The whole ordeal was horrendous and I wish I had followed my gut and not worked with her. I paid her a $1750 deposit and received nothing but headache in the 5 weeks I worked with her. I would not recommend this vendor to my worst enemy and certainly would not recommend this vendor if you want a smooth wedding planning experience. If you want a trustworthy planner who will follow through on commitments, I do not recommend Sugar Rose Events at all.

Since I was an out of state bride, Christine took care of my appointments with the florist, bakery, photographer, videographer, transportation, hotel, hair/makeup and many more.
She made recommendations based on her broad experience and was always neutral when making suggestions, never pushy. I appreciated this so much because other planners I had spoken to had their own agendas and did not listen to what I wanted. I can't say enough good things about Christine and I would recommend her to anyone planning a special event or wedding.

ne and her team we able to accomplish at one time and how easy she makes everything seem. I'm not really a planner, and wasn't looking forward to planning a wedding for 200 people. But, with Christine there, the whole process really was so much fun. She totally took my vision that probably didn't make sense and made it a reality. The day was incredible, the ceremony and reception were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined, and best of all we could just enjoy our day and didn't have to worry about a thing. All of our guests were wowed by the beautiful decor and how seamless it seemed the ceremony and reception were (they said there was no lag time and things just moved along perfectly). And everyone in our wedding party commented at how awesome and on top of everything Christine was. My wedding day so far was the best day of my life and I know for a fact that Christine played a major role in making that happen. I can't thank her enough, and I'm looking for other reasons to have a party so she can plan them!
